The Blue Team for the Navy, we take care of the IT for the entire Navy, whether it's software development, database integration, the infrastructure, cybersecurity, knowledge management, all of it. That is what, we do. But then in 2010, so 3 years after I became an officer, the Navy decided, uh, we don't want to have all of the information, uh, related, uh, designator to be silos, right, to be doing their own thing. Want to bring them together under what they called at the time Information Dominance Corps. So that was us IPs, but intel, intelligence officer, uh, OSHNO, GFR was brought in, cryptologic officer, and then space, people work, work, working in space. So they brought us into Information Dominance Corps, and then the Navy found out that, um, the Navy doesn't dominate anything in the information warfare domain. So we, we, we branded ourselves to information warfare community. So, uh, when I started as an ensign, as a lieutenant junior grade, as a lieutenant, even as a lieutenant commander, I still saw myself as an information professional officer first and foremost. That was my tribe. That was who I was. But when I became a commander, that kind of changed, right? I went from being hands-on information professional officer to now becoming an information warfare officer, right? Meaning I don't just see— I don't just represent the members from my tribe, but from all of the other 4 tribes from information warfare community as well. Because when you are a senior officer, it doesn't matter what your tribe is, you are expected to lead not just IP officers but intel officer No, uh, hey everybody, this is Coach Bizzy. We are back. This time we are going to do this in French. Ça sera en français. This is for my French-speaking folks. We did the English version earlier today. I want to say hello to Kathleen Jean-Pierre. I believe you speak French, right, Kathleen? You are going to enjoy this. She's joining us from Los Angeles. Thank you for being here. I appreciate that. So let's start with our moment of gratitude. Every day I like to spend less than a minute to just be grateful, thankful for one thing. So let's take a minute and think about it. So I like to close my eyes and put myself in my happy place, and for me it's probably by the beach and by the ocean, and I feel good. I feel like I'm I am everything I was called to be and doing exactly what I was supposed to be doing here on Earth. And maybe you want to take a deep breath, slow down just a little bit, and think about one thing that you are grateful for today. What is it? What are you grateful for? This morning I was really grateful for the opportunity to share knowledge. One, to learn from my peers, to learn from my mentors, but also to add to the common body of knowledge of whatever topics I am an expert in. For me right now, it happens to be cybersecurity technology, project management, business operation, governance, and just the ability for me to write or to add value to other people in the industry. And that really means a lot, so I am very grateful for that. So if you would please tap into the comment What are you grateful for today? And if you have a question for me, go ahead and type it in the comment as well. And thank you for letting us know where you are joining us from. So this is going to be mostly in English, but when I come to the 10-minute AI recap, it's all going to be en français. So it will be French. And again, this is meant for the French-speaking, the growing French-speaking community there that follows me on this wonderful platform. So from purpose to credibility. All right, so without further ado, I'm gonna go ahead and play the French version of the 10-minute summary. So again, if you have a question for me, I'm going to type it in the comment, and I'll be back in about 10 minutes.

Right, exactement.

Stick around if you're still here, stick around because the second one's always the fun one. Not you, I'm talking about everyone else. But of course, you're going to be here. First, if people were really interested and want to learn more, what's the best way for them to reach out?

That would be my LinkedIn profile. So, Bob Fabien Zinga, LinkedIn in Bob Fabien Zinga. Perfect.

Thank you for that. All right, so the last question would be, if based on this conversation and how it went, is there a question that you wanted to be asked, or is there a question you'd like to ask yourself?

Uh, I know I've read your book about, uh, SIPOP. I think it's definitely a game changer, and I think it's kind of important to be able to succinctly get to know what I guess to be the essence of your customers, right? Customer point of possibility. I think that is a very good way of thinking about business and who your customers are. But I guess for me, for the majority of my of my experience, my background. Yeah, I've, I've had my own, uh, small business at times, but for the most part, the way I made money, I was an employee, right? Either for the US Navy or a Silicon Valley company or a corporation. I, I guess I am saying all of this to say Maybe one question, something I would like to make clear is even if you do not own a business, I believe you still have customers because your customer could be your internal customer, like your colleagues, the people who work for you in your organization, or the other function within your organization. So those would be our customer as well. And I think it's—

Yeah. And credibility is the quality which you're trusted, known, and liked. And you didn't have to talk about any of them specifically. And you talked about and demonstrated all 10 of them. So I'm just going to say congratulations. Specifically on your last comment, one way to think about it is the way you talked about your daughters. They are the customers of you and your wife producing a conscious human that's going to add value to society.

Yes.

And so, I just thought I'd share that.

But, thank you. If I can add one more thing, you just reminded me of something. So, I am originally from Africa. And, for some reason, a lot of African parents including mine, they want all of their kids to be doctors or lawyers. I don't know why. Actually, I know why. It's because they They like money. Once you're a doctor, you're a lawyer, you are respected in society and you make a whole bunch of money. I think that is the drive. Now, I didn't want to be a doctor because my parents wanted me to, but they definitely very much encouraged it. I remember when I was maybe 7 or 8, 9 years old, I actually wanted to become a minister. That was my desire. My dad said, absolutely not. He says, one, if you become a priest, you won't give me any grandchildren. And then two, you will be poor. You're going to have to do a vow of poverty and all of that. So no, not in my family, not in my lineage for those. And then when I eventually said doctor, oh yeah, absolutely. We want you to be doctor. We're going to do everything we can to support you. And then my sister, she was supposed to become a lawyer and all of that. Again, I understand that. I do not judge my parents. When you know better, you will do better. But that's definitely not the kind of father. I want it to become to my children. I think every child really needs to do what God has called them to, right? What they were born to do, really follow their purpose, not just passion, but purpose. All right, so this is it for the 10-minute AI recap in French. And I don't see any question on LinkedIn or on YouTube. All right, so I'm gonna be back here tomorrow morning around 6:30 AM Pacific time, so 9:30 AM Eastern time. And tomorrow we are going to start a new podcast on What's in Your Life's Blueprint, a good speech by Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King when he says, if you can't fly, then run. If you can't run, then walk. If you can't walk, then call. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward. So be the best no matter who you are, no matter what you do. So that's going to be a very important podcast, I think. And then the day after, we are going to have a 10-minute recap, uh, for that. And also, I want to remind everyone, uh, I believe it's going to be this Saturday, I am going to have a leadership conversation with, uh, let me see, here she is, with Daniela McCoy, Certified Business Continuity Professional. You need to be here. And then the following week on Friday, I'm going to have two leadership conversations. One with the one and only Sharon Lechter. She's the co-founder of the Rich Dad Poor Dad brand. So it's going to be really great speaking with her and learning from her great outstanding wisdom. And on the same day around 3 PM, I'm going to be talking to my buddy, my friend, my shipmate, our commander, now Captain Select, Desmond Walker. So it's all going to be live on LinkedIn and YouTube. And then at the end of the month, I've already got the one and only Octavia Goldhammer scheduled. That's going to be on the 30th. And she's the author of Prep, Push, Pivot, but also the author of the Audible book, How to Change Career and Brand Yourself for Success. So prolific author. So it's going to be really great to speak with her. All right, so until tomorrow morning, have a wonderful night, and thank you so much for watching the show today. And by the way, for those who do speak French, pour ceux qui parlent français, vous pouvez écouter à l'original. All right, bye. Bye everybody, this is Coach Bizzy. Thanks for watching. Until next time, don't forget to like, comment, and share.
