Ron Carpenter distinguishes success from significance: success is what you achieve, significance is the difference you make in others' lives. He finds his deepest fulfillment watching people find healing, purpose, and faith, not from platforms or numbers. Being used by God, even in a small role, brings humility and sustains him.

Wow, so you have accomplished so much in your life, right? You are a leader of leaders. You are not just very successful, you are also very significant in the lives of so many people. But, uh, what is the most rewarding aspect of your life experience so far?
You know, if I had to boil it down, the most rewarding aspect of my life experience so far has been seeing lives transformed. There's nothing like hearing someone say, that message you preached, or that book you wrote, or even the way you walked through that tough season, it gave me hope. It changed my life. That's the stuff that fills me up. It's not about the platforms or the numbers. It's about the people. When someone tells me they found healing, or they discovered their purpose, or they came to know Jesus because of something God allowed me to be a part of, man, that's everything. I've always said success is great, but significance, that's where it's at. "Success is about what you achieve, but significance is about the difference you make in someone else's life." And when I think about the fact that God lets me play even a small part in his plan for someone's life, it's humbling. It's the kind of thing that keeps me going, even on the hard days. What about you? What's been the most rewarding part of your journey so far? I'd love to hear what's been filling your cup.
