S4:Trailer - Leadership & Success Podcast with Coach BZ Season 4 Trailer

The trailer opens with an endorsement from John C. Maxwell, who introduces Bob Fabien Zinga (Coach BZ) as a top‑tier trainer and speaker. Coach BZ then welcomes listeners to the Leadership and Success Podcast, explaining that the show is designed for anyone seeking to become a better leader and achieve greater success. He outlines his personal journey—from the lowest enlisted rank (E‑1) in the U.S. Navy to Commander (O‑5), and from a PC‑tech intern to Chief Information Security Officer—crediting these advances to core leadership principles that even AI cannot replace. The season will focus on practical, 21st‑century leadership skills that transcend titles, drawing on mentorship from a roster of world‑renowned leaders (e.g., General Colin Powell, John C. Maxwell, Darren Hardy, Les Brown, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Robin Sharma, Ken Blanchard, Jack Canfield, Captain Joel Rothschild). Coach BZ emphasizes a “Bible‑based, non‑religious” approach to extracting timeless leadership wisdom. He announces upcoming live LinkedIn sessions with guests Chris Robinson (Maxwell Leadership faculty) and Colonel Michelle G.I. Gardner, and invites audience interaction via questions and comments. Listeners are urged to subscribe to two daily newsletters—Leadership Excellence, Accountability, Devotion (LEAD) and a cybersecurity‑focused newsletter. Finally, he details the rapid distribution of each episode across major podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, Audible, YouTube Music, iHeartRadio, TuneIn, Alexa, Pandora, Samsung Podcasts, SoundCloud, Spreaker, Facebook Watch). The trailer promises a practical, action‑oriented season that applies universal leadership principles to any industry.

Alright, hello everyone. Please let me know that you can hear me. Alright, I did a test earlier and the recording wasn't working. It should be working now. All right, this is Coach Bizzy, and I want to thank you for being here. I'm glad I am taking care of all of the kinks in this technology, so I really do appreciate that. So this is the trailer for Season 4. I won't be keeping you long today, so basically we're gonna do a We're gonna dive deep into what it really takes to lead in today's world, right? Because I believe leadership in the 21st century is very different than leadership in the 20th century. So, from my journey as a seaman recruit, E-1, lowest rank in the military, to a US Navy Commander, O-5, only 2 promotions away from being a flag officer, being an admiral. And also, on the civilian side, from being a PC Tech Intern to becoming a CISO, so high-level executive in tech. I believe that was really due to leadership principles I've learned and put in practice, right? That worked for me. So I've learned that leadership is the skills that even AI cannot replace. I know a lot of people are very worried right now that AI is going to be taking away a lot of jobs, and I think a lot of the entry-level jobs are probably going to be the case, yes, but I think we still have room for leaders, people who are going to manage projects and overseeing the deployment and expansion of AI. So this season, we are going beyond titles and position. We're gonna focus on real leadership principles that drive real results. So we're gonna focus on the principles that drive real results. And you are not just gonna be hearing from me, you're gonna be hearing from all of my mentors. So I'm gonna go on this screen right here. And I'm gonna show you some of the mentors that you are going to be learning from. So right now, I believe what you see is a picture of the podcast. After we are live here, this podcast will be distributed within an hour or two to all of the major podcast platforms. So I'm gonna go here and I'm gonna show you the mentors that have really changed my life, and these are the people who have been speaking into my life in the last 20, 25, 26 years, and I'm going to be sharing them with you. Here are some of the books they have written. So this season you are going to be learning from people like General Colin Powell, and even though General Powell is no longer with us, all of his writing and his work still speaks to me, and still has a huge impact on my leadership journey. My primary leadership mentor, John C. Maxwell, and by the way, I want you to purchase this book, 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, because I think it's really a foundation for everything we're gonna be talking about. We have Darren Hardy. Darren Hardy was the Success Magazine editor, one of the most successful The editor, he's spoken to thousands of the most successful people in the world, and he synthesized, after speaking to all of them, the secret of success, and he's been sharing that with a lot of the top CEOs, not just in the US but across the world. So I'm very, very fortunate to be one of his mentees. Uh, Les Brown, uh, everybody knows who that is. Tony Robbins, uh, Brian Tracy. Brian Tracy, I've been listening to him since I was about 16, 17 years old. I've read most of his books. I don't think I've read all of his books because Just like John Maxwell, he has so many books out there, but I've read the great majority of his books, and Eat That Frog is one that I recommend everyone reads as far as productivity and performance. Robin Sharma's 5 AM Club. The Admiral started this, the accidental Admiral. He used to be the NATO commander, I believe the very first Admiral. To be commander of NATO, Ken Blanchard and Jack Canfield. So I'm saying all of this to let you know that you won't just be hearing from me and my experience, but from all of the mentors that have affected my life. Some of them not mentioned here, like Captain Joel Rothschild, who was my mentor since I was an ensign back in 2007, and many, many, many others. All right, so That's important to know. The other thing is going to be a little bit different this season. We are going to be using the Bible as a reference for Bible-based leadership principles, right? Not religion, right? Pure leadership wisdom, okay? So this is not going to be religious in any way, all right? It's going to be going back to the old scriptures and extracting the leadership principles in trying to apply it in our lives today and see if we get any positive result. So what I'm asking you is to have an open mind. I think I've learned a lot throughout my career in the Navy and in Silicon Valley, everything I've gone through, but I don't think I know everything there is to know. I am still learning and I want to learn from you as well. But what I'm asking you to do is to listen to what I have to say, tell you what worked for me, and then I would like for you to please put into practice in your own life. Just listening to it and understanding you read it in your mind doesn't mean that you know it. You're gonna know it once you put it into practice, once you do it, right? Action, action, action, like Tony Robbins says, massive action. That's what you need to do. And once you put into practice, then let me know, okay, this worked, that's great. And if it doesn't work for you, that is fine, no hard feeling, go try something else. But I know these are universal principles and they apply not only in the military and not only in high tech, but whatever industry, whatever niche you are in, whether you are in social media, contracting or business or healthcare or whatever, these leadership principles are universal, they apply everywhere. All right, so, and the other thing I'm gonna continue doing like we've done for season 1, 2, and 3, I will have some conversation with some incredible leaders in my network. The first one, I am really, really, really pleased to have Chris Robinson. He is going to be here on Wednesday, Wednesday morning, all right, 7:00 AM my time. So I really look forward to that, and I will have the link in the comments. Please go there now, let us know where you are coming from, and ask your question. And Chris Robinson will be answering your question in person. He has a brand new book coming, from Drift to Drive. I encourage everybody to purchase the book, listen to him, and because Chris is one of the faculty members under the Maxwell leadership organization that actually personally mentored me and certified me. So he also has a really wonderful story of how he started with the Maxwell organization so many years ago to now becoming the executive vice president. So that is going to be fantastic. After Chris, I will have Colonel G.I. She's going to be here, Michelle G.I. Gardner. S. She's gonna be here on Thursday morning for about an hour. She's also working on an upcoming book, and she does a lot of work still for the veteran community, and she's a top voice on LinkedIn. And I look forward to finding out what's her secret, and she's going to be sharing so much of her experience and leadership journey. And then I will be back here on Friday to talk to you about the realm of leadership. Okay, so whether you are a naval junior officer or a senior security engineer or analyst in Silicon Valley or a startup founder, a professional aiming to lead at the next level, this podcast is for you. Again, no fluff. We're just going to talk about some real, principal, practical things that you can do to improve your leadership skills, and I believe get more success, right? So we are not building followers here, but we are developing leaders. All right, so if you want to learn how to lead, this is the place for you. I truly believe, like Dr. Maxwell has taught us, that a leader isn't the one who has many followers. A true leader is the one who develops other leaders. All right, so please subscribe to my newsletters. So I have the leadership Excellence, Accountability, Devotion, which I write every single day. Please subscribe to that. We go deep into a lot of leadership principles which I'm going to be covering on this podcast as well. And I also have a separate newsletter for cybersecurity. If you are in tech, that might be of interest to you. So once we are done with the live event, within a couple of hours, the video and the audio will be broadcasted and uploaded to all of the major podcast platforms, right, from Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, Audible, YouTube Music, iHeartRadio, TuneIn, Alexa, Pandora, Samsung Podcasts, SoundCloud, Spreaker, Facebook Watch. I mean, it's going to be all over the major podcast platforms out there. So what to expect this season? Number one, it's going to be practical. Leadership strategies for military and tech professionals, but like I've said, it applies to any industry because these leadership principles are universal. So there's going to be mentorship wisdom from world-class leaders. Many of my mentors, like I mentioned, General Powell, the accidental Admiral, Captain Rothschild, John C. Maxwell, Les Brown, Tony Robbins, Darren Hardy, Brian Tracy. So all of those people who've had a huge impact on my life, I'm going to be sharing to you what I have received from them. So this is going to be faith-based insight to build resilience and vision, but not religious, right? It's going to be based on the Bible. So the, the other book I want you to purchase in addition to the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership is the Maxwell Leadership Bible. Again, this is not about being religious or trying to convert everybody to Christianity or anything like that. It's just using the Bible to extract leadership principles and apply them today and get some positive results. Okay, and so this is going to be live on LinkedIn, and I'm gonna be having conversation with great, tremendous leaders from time to time. Right now, I've already scheduled Chris Robinson and also Colonel G.I. She's gonna be here on Thursday, and Chris will be on Wednesday. So there's gonna be some actionable steps to develop your leadership capacity. Daily. All right, so subscribe to, uh, the newsletter, the LEAD newsletter— Leadership Excellence Accountability Devotion— and share with leaders who are ready to go in your network. All right, until next time, uh, thank you so much for taking the time to speak with me today. And next time I speak with you, I will be with Chris Robinson from Maxwell Leadership. I'm looking forward to it. Thank you so much. Bye.
