You have a very, very powerful voice. And I think part of what I'm also trying to do with this podcast is to make sure that aspiring leaders and also minorities, women, and people of color understand that they do have something to say, right? There is room at the very top for you. You don't have to be afraid or intimidated. What you think, what you feel, matters. And I do see you and I am rooting for you. Not just you, Daniela, but all of the other people listening on this podcast. And I want to make sure we have some type of community or environment or platform where everybody can really speak their mind freely, creating that psychological safety where you really feel valued.
