We all have a level of complacency, uh, and because if you call 100 people that know me and said, hey, is Chris Robinson a complacent person? I'm, I'm guessing that 99.9%, you know, Bob is shaking his head going, no, no, not there. But that's not true, Bob. I have complacency in my life. And so, the way that I redefine complacency in this book, Bob, is I call it a secret place of satisfactory success. Now, that's where our good becomes good enough. Now, when we're developing in something or trying to become proficient in something, like we give it all of our effort. Like we are trying to learn it, we're trying to develop, and we get to about 80%. And then at about 80%, in order to get that next 20%, it really, it really takes a lot of work. And oftentimes we don't want to do the work to actually fulfill our potential. And so we will get good at something, but our potential is much greater than our good. And so the gap between our good and our potential is great. And so we all have complacency in our lives, and we have to figure out where's that secret place of satisfactory success. So what you pulled up there earlier there was, uh, we have a free assessment that you can take called the Complacency Assessment Profile, and it gives you not only where you're at right now in complacency, but it gives you action steps in order to move forward. So that's a free assessment that you can take, and, and that's going to add value to your life.
