More than anything, I want to see artists change the trajectory of their life by changing how they show up in the world. Because when you change how you show up in the world, you change how people perceive you. You change how people perceive your work. You have more opportunities to generate revenue. You have more opportunities to reach the things that you want to reach. You know, like reach the goals that you've been setting. So this is day nine of leading artists and creatives through a quick meditation, so you can calm your nervous system, so you can show up more as yourself in your creative business, on your social media, wherever you know you need to be today. So take a deep breath in with.
Me, through your nose and out. Right hand on your belly, left hand on your heart, and you can close your eyes, lock into the rise and fall of your breath in your belly, and feel the beating of your heart. Bring to mind a fear that you have around your art business. Maybe it's that someone will think you're slimy or salesy. Maybe it's that someone will misunderstand you. Maybe it's that it won't work and that you won't ever be able to make a living doing what you love to do. Take that fear and hold it in your mind. Where do you feel that fear? In your body. Now, in order to dissolve this fear, we're going to take the fear and I want you to imagine grabbing it and pulling it down into your heart. Breathe into the fear. Fear is here. I acknowledge the fear. Repeat after me, either aloud or in your mind. I am safe, I am loved, and I am worthy of love. No matter what happens today. Deep breath in. Through the nose and out. I want you to consider today that anytime a fear comes up, that you can pull it from your mind into your heart and soften that fear so that you can move through it a little bit easier. This is something that was taught to me by one of my coaches. I love this exercise. I hope it serves you well. Send you tons of love today. Don't forget, you don't just make art, you are the art.
