Art isn't just paintings or performances. How you act in a supermarket, what you post online, any moment where you show courage and change someone else—that's art too.

There's this quote that says, "Art is an act of courage, something one human does to create change in another." Think about that for a second. Sure, making your art takes courage and it can make change in someone, but it could also be the way you interact with somebody at the supermarket or the way you post and show up on social media. So don't boil your art down to just a thing that you can hand to somebody or let somebody listen to. Imagine what it would look like to expand your art into something that can really change somebody's life.
