How Chiropractors Can Use AI to Attract New Patients

Live presentation (recorded) by Brad Costanzo teaching chiropractors practical, clinic-focused AI workflows to attract patients. The talk centers on the “Five Buckets” framework (think, create, communicate, analyze, automate), the MAC prompt method (Mentor–Assistant–Critic), demos of tools and workflows for rapid workshop and content creation (ChatGPT/custom GPTs, Gamma, InVideo, HeyGen, HeyGen, HeyGen, Gamma, InVideo, HeyGen, HighLevel mentioned), content-hacking techniques (random-word prompts), AEO/SEO tips, ethical/authentic AI use, and building automated marketing workflows and workshop decks for patient attraction.

So, unfortunately, Brad Costanzo was not able to make it here today. He's decided to outsource all of his work obligations and speaking engagements to AI because he is very lazy. So he sent me the Braticus 2000. State of the art engineered artificially intelligent robot, trained in chiropractic and marketing best practices. I've also been trained to teach you how to use AI in your practice, making it simple, energizing, lucrative, and a little bit fun. Unfortunately, the manufacturers did not give me very good computer vision, so I'm going to have to wear these. Who remembers me from last year? Yep. Great. Who here is using AI in their practice right now? I know all y' all using it in your life, right? Raise your hand so I can see them. Cool. Last year when I spoke, it was a lot less. It is growing and growing, and AI has really taken over everything. It is one of the greatest things. It is one of the scariest things to happen. There is a whole lot of, what the heck is going on? How do I use it, and how do I actually move the needle in my practice? And there's a lot of folks in a lot of professions who are worried about their jobs becoming obsolete. Right? Will AI put them out of business? I mean, will AI put you guys out of business? Ow. That was the best I could do on short notice. But I think you guys are pretty safe from having robots manhandle, you know, the patients. I would not sign up for that one. You know, maybe other types of things. But what to expect today? I'm gonna give you some really practical ways to use artificial intelligence to get more patients without overwhelming you in technology or all the headaches needing to be a tech nerd. And we're gonna show you how to create workshops and marketing materials really quickly. So by the way, I'll show this at the end. If you want to take a photograph of it, we got these slides. I got a lot more resources for you. I will show this at the very end if you want to see it again, but just in case you miss it. So for those of you who don't know me, I was going to tell you a little bit about me, but get a little self conscious up here. So the real Brad felt a little weird talking about himself. He said it felt like bragging, but I'm a virtual avatar. I have no shame or humility. So I'm happy to tell you why you should listen to him. Brad, the guy down on the stage right now, has been working with business owners for over a decade, helping them Create innovative marketing strategies. And although he's here to talk about artificial intelligence, he's not an engineer or computer programmer. I'm probably better at programming than Brad is. After all, I'm AI. Brad's unique ability is being able to use technology like this to drive real results while keeping the process simple. In fact, if I know Brad, and I do, he'll probably explain something about five buckets pretty soon. Just humor him and act like it's interesting. Okay, Brad, back to you. Just remember, if you get nervous up here, just picture everyone in the audience naked. But enough about me talking about me. You know, sugar, everything I know about artificial intelligence, I learned from Brad Costanzo. He has this clever little thing he calls the five buckets. Makes it all so simple, even for a girl like me. Guess he's got the smarts and I've got the curves. Thanks, Mary. All right, as she mentioned, first of all, I did that with an app. It's all the rage these days. Who's been playing around with the new Sora app? I've lost so many productive hours on this thing. It is so goofy, but fun. They both mentioned something I call the five buckets framework. This is a very simple thing that underpins all of the work I do with all of my clients that who get really overwhelmed at saying what all can AI do for me. And the truth is it can only do five things. It can help you think, it can help you create, it can help you communicate, it can help you analyze, and it can help you automate. Every other aspect of AI falls into one of these, what I call buckets. And I'm going to focus today on two primary buckets for patient attraction, which is thinking and creating. Now, in the thinking bucket, I want to cover this a little bit more. This is content planning, social media content planning, maybe planning out a multi channel marketing campaign, planning out workshop topics. Who here gives workshops, educational webinars, et cetera to your patients? Right? Pretty effective way to get new patients. Helps you think, helps you brainstorm. What can AI create? Well, very simply text, images, videos, audios and combinations. What do you use in the creation bucket? Content marketing, articles, sales copies, speeches, video editing, video avatars like you've seen, podcasts, presentations and more. In the communicating bucket, we've got think of these as chatbots and voice agents. Whether you're communicating with prospects, customers, patients, employees, you're getting it to set appointments, answer questions, etc. Very effective. The analyzing bucket is probably the unsung hero. It allows you to analyze data, marketing statistics, does qualitative and quantitative analysis. And then automation is really what ties it all together. It's where two pieces of software are talking together, or more than two. And if you're doing something once, more than likely you can get AI and automation to tie it all together. Now the reason I call these buckets is because we're all doing these things in our life, in our business anyway. And so I like to say the first thing you want to do is weigh your buckets first before you go. Choose an AI thing to use what is heaviest right now. Audit the amount of time, money and energy you spend in each and then just look for ways to empty those buckets, get it off your plate so you can make room for these new innovative strategies. Much like I'm going to teach you today. Make sense?
Yep.
Cool. First, I want to teach you a three step trick to get amazing results from AI every single time. Because who has ever went to ChatGPT or the thing of your choice, put something in, you get something that looks really AI generated. You're like, I'm not going to really use that. Right. Everybody does. Very simple trick called the Mac method. It's so simple, it's stupid. Mentor, assistant, critic, you're going to have it teach you. Tell me how you would approach this problem. A lot of us sit there going, I don't know how to use AI. Ask it how do I use you? And then have it do the work for you. But you might say, here's what I want to do. Please help me write a better prompt for this. What's the best framework for creating a high converting Facebook ad and why? Like teach me, I don't know this stuff. Teach me. And now. Okay, thanks. Now do it for me. And now create, execute the prompt that you just helped me create. And then lastly, oftentimes overlooked is the critic and don't have it criticize you have it criticize itself. I often say review your work and look for ways to improve it or anything missing that would make it better. Or if I'm writing sales copy, I might say, how would an expert copywriter improve this? You know, if you hire somebody to write copy for you or to do anything else for you, especially creative, and you say, now critique this and tell me how you would have done it better. They're going to, you know, flip you the bird behind their back and like I gave you my best shot. AI never gets mad if you only do these three things. Like this is the biggest hack to getting awesome at AI is I don't Know what I'm doing. You teach me now do it now. Critique yourself and make it better. And you just do it over and over again. I cannot stress this enough. It's so simple. Now, there are three types of marketing. I know Doc Fransen talks about this. He and I had a long conversation about how to best serve you. And so we're going to talk about the internal marketing, external marketing, and digital marketing. So obviously, internal marketing is patient workshops in office events, referral programs. You know how to get more of your existing patients, giving you more money more often. But then there's external marketing, such as external speaking and workshops, dinners with a doc, networking, partnerships and more. And then digital marketing, creating ads, social media, SEO, email marketing, webinars, content marketing. This marketing thing sounds like a lot. Who got into chiropractic business because they wanted to be a marketer, not a one of you. Damn. Never get hands on that one. All right, so let's talk about how or what are some of the most effective ways to attract patients with AI? Well, even without AI, you can advertise on Facebook, Instagram and Google. You can create lead magnets. Who knows what a lead magnet is, right? It's a give away, something for an email, a name, et cetera. You can create articles for SEO, you can do social media posts, you can create AI avatar videos for social media that look like you, but aren't you. They're getting a lot better. The one I showed you of me introducing me was taken about a year and a half ago or about a year ago, and it's 10 times better than it is that I did that. You can create email newsletters, you can do physical flyers, and you can do workshops. So one thing I want to share with you. I didn't put this in the slide, but I thought it was really fun. And I think the last speaker, I heard him talking about social media and a lot of other content. So there's a little trick I have, and every single one of you guys could and should do this. It is my favorite little hack to create really engaging content. And this can be used for video content, this can be used for email content, social media, and more. Because most of the time when we're creating content, what we do is we jump in and go, all right, what are people searching for? Keyword rich. Or we'll say, what are the problems? Okay, how to get over a stiff back, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And that becomes really cliche and it becomes really boring. And the web social media is getting inundated with Content, content, content. And now AI generated slop and is getting worse, and it's getting harder and harder to stand out. But creativity loves constraints, and a constraint allows it, especially AI, to operate within a boundary. And I was playing around with this one time, and one of the best constraints I decided to come up with was, and everybody can do this on ChatGPT, Claude, whatever you use, the first thing I say is generate 10 unique, completely random words. And I did this when I was back here. And here's the words it gave me. Persimmon, zephyr, quagmire, labyrinth, Byzantine, satchel, pumpernickel, fjord, aardvark, and marionette. Okay, why would I come up with random words? The next thing I said is that I'm a chiropractor trying to create content for Facebook that educates and enlightens and entertains, but not directly sells. I want you to create a 100 word banger of a post for each one of these words, tying it to what I do. Now. How many here, raise of hands. Could come up with a metaphor that ties the word persimmon to chiropractic? Who feels really confident that they got it? I would love to hear yours. Or marionette or aardvark. Or Byzantine. Well, I'm just going to read one of these for you because I thought persimmon was great. That was the one that would have stumped me. Ever bite into a. Ever bite into an unripe persimmon? That puckering sensation is your mouth going. Nope. Your spine does the same thing when it's misaligned. It tightens up, compensates, and protests. Just like waiting for the perfect ripeness makes all the difference with fruit. Timing matters with your body too. Ignoring those little aches, they're your spine's way of puckering. The good news is we don't have to wait for nature. We can help your body find its sweet spot right now. What's your body been saying? Nope too lately. Is that insane? Like, I did this when I was, like, back here and Pete was about to introduce me. I got 10 more of those. I'm not going to read them all right now, but all of you can do this. You can come up with anything. And now if you're creating. Does anybody create video content for social media? Yeah, grab a persimmon. Or grab whatever it is and use it as a prop. This is gonna get somebody's attention. They're gonna be like, what the hell is this? This is so cool. I'm gonna watch it. It's different One simple way to create really engaging content. Now, here's a marketing pro tip. Do not reinvent the wheel. Enter the conversation your market is already having. Now, there's a conversation that the United States is having right now around health and wellness. Anybody know what it is? Maha does it stand for? Make America Healthy Again. So this guy here, Bobby, is leading the charge and your opportunity. And I spoke with Doc Fransen a lot about this, and I understood that this was going to be a big part of what's presented today is to tap into this. This mission of Maha. It's to lead the movement and help educate patients on health care while everybody else sticks to sick care. Because you guys know that's what happens. And y' all are different now when it comes to leading a movement and inspiring other people. Nothing like a good old manifesto, right? Well, I've got a little prompt that I use to create manifestos in a program, and I popped it in here, and what you're about to see, I created in five minutes with an AI tool called InVideo. Five minutes. So I didn't do a lot of editing.
We are chiropractors. We chose this path because we believe the body is brilliantly designed, self healing, self regulating, capable of more than most people ever imagined. And yet, look around us. America is crumbling under the weight of preventable disease. We spend more than any nation on earth and get less in return. Our children are growing up sicker than ever. Our families are told that perception, prescriptions and procedures are the only way forward. The truth is clear. America doesn't have a health care system. It has a sick care system, and it is failing. This is our moment. No profession is better positioned to lead a health revolution than chiropractic. We hold the key that unlocks the body's potential, the nervous system. We stand for health creation, not disease management. We know that families don't need more drugs. They need more freedom. But this requires courage to step out from the shadows of crisis care, to stop apologizing for the bigness of our mission, to claim our place as leaders of a lifestyle movement that can transform communities and ultimately a nation. We are not technicians. We are not alternatives. We are guardians of the nervous system. We are teachers of the principles of life. We are guides for families who want more than survival. We are the front line on the mission to make America healthy again. Our responsibility is greater than adjusting spines. It is to adjust culture, to lead conversations, to educate, to inspire, to model the possibility of a healthier future. One spine at a time, one family. At a time, one community at a time. This is our manifesto. This is our mission. We will make America healthy again. And it begins with us.
Brings a tear to my eye. Not bad. 100% of the videos you saw on that were generated by AI, none of that was stock footage. How'd I make it invideo IO? Well, first I talked to Doc Fransen about how Maha meets chiropractic. Then I used ChatGPT to create a manifesto like that. Then I input this in nvidio IO, five minutes later, this was done. Then I used their own little AI to make a couple of little small scene changes. Like, I didn't like this and all I had to do was tell it. But yeah, once more, five, maybe 10 minutes, it was rendered. And that's just me farting around. You guys can do it too. Now, how long or how much money would this have taken? The old way. Anybody want to get. You wouldn't have done it, right? You wouldn't have done it. A couple thousand dollars in two months. That's okay. So one of the things I want to talk to you today is your workshop. So once more, I know that DOC recommends that everybody do these workshops and these presentations, but you know, to build these things yourself takes a lot of work, right? Anybody built one of these themselves, sat down with a blank PowerPoint and go, what am I going to talk about today? Because you got to brainstorm topics, you got to outline the presentation, you got to build the slides, you got to write the talking points or the script. Then you've got to build the registration page, copy, do some social media posts to get people there. So send some emails, follow up and promotional, and then do some ads, maybe on Facebook or Meta, who looks at this and goes, hot damn, I can't wait to do all this, right? Can AI just do it for me? Maybe. Let's find out. Because what if you didn't need to be an expert in workshop planning, in slide designing, a marketing copywriter, or even a good prompt engineer. What if there was an easy button? Well, who thinks there might be? Great. Who knows What a custom GPT inside ChatGPT is? Raise your hand if you do not know what a custom GPT is. All right, great. But you all know what ChatGPT is, right? I'm gonna assume you have an account. You need to have a paid account to use it. 20 bucks a month, you can afford it, guarantee it inside ChatGPT, it's like an app inside the app, right? So it is pre instructed. Other people build them, they Sell them or they give them away, but it's inside your ChatGPT. As long as you have a ChatGPT account, you can use it. And so after talking in depth for several hours with Doc, I decided to build one. And I call this a chiropractor Maha workshop creator. Now, we're not live on here, so what you're going to see is a little bit of a screen share and I'm gonna try to narrate what I'm doing. And this is the alternative to sitting down with a blank slide going, I got patients who need me, but what the hell am I gonna talk about today? So the first thing you do is you click start and hopefully you guys can read this. And it's gonna talk to you. It's gonna say, do you know your topic or you wanna help identify topics? And I click B. Help me identify some topics. So it looked. It comes up with seven the Posture Epidemic, Breaking the Energy Crisis, Sleep, Pain Nation, Digestive Health, Healthy Kids. We're going to pick the topic you like. I picked one of them. I don't remember what it was. I think it was like sleep or energy. We'll find out. Said, what's your name? I said, Dr. Costanzo. Costanzo, chiropractic. Finally I get to say those words and they're real, but they're not really. So it says, okay, well how about this? What you're seeing now is it's creating an outline for you approved by Doc in the remarkable practice Simple Outline. And then you can refine this. If you don't like it, you can copy, paste it, send it somewhere else. Now it says, how would you like me to create the speaker notes so you know what to talk about, slide by slide. Not necessarily a script, but it could be. Now it says, let's create some marketing assets. We need a whole bunch of stuff. Let's get to it. Now what you're seeing, I sped it up creating social media posts, different ones. And this, if it wasn't sped up, probably would have taken about 15 minutes as opposed to 15 days. Oh yeah. Let's create an image for social media that we can post when we're promoting your workshop. We also need emails. How about five promotional emails, pre registration, post registration, follow up emails. And this is ChatGPT doing all the work. It's been programmed with templates that I built behind there. So these are all expert level marketing copy. Now we got Facebook and Instagram ad copy. You can use these as they are, you can edit them. It's a hell of a lot quicker than sitting there with a blank page or hiring a really expensive marketing agency to have to do all of it for you. Nothing against marketing agencies. I used to own one and they're really good at doing this. But this saves a heck of a lot of time of doing it from scratch. Need a registration, sales page. Copy now. Pretty cool. You guys like that? All right, you sit down with ChatGPT and you come up with an idea, and within about 15 minutes, you can have damn near everything you need to take this to the road. But who knows what we're missing? Boom. I wonder if there was a way to make that easy. Well, back to the exact same thing I was at. I'm going to go into here and I'm just going to copy. Everybody can copy paste. If you can't or you got troubles, I'm going to go into my favorite presentation tool called Gamma and I'm going to paste that in here. Gamma app. I'm going to paste that in here. I'm going to click Generate notes from an outline, continue to editor. I'm going to select Preserve what I've got, and then I'm going to pick a style. You can pick all types of pretty styles. You want dark, you want light. What do you want? Well, I created one for trp. It's very basic but clean. You can choose AI, generated images, stock images, you name it. Once more, compare this to sitting there with a blank PowerPoint. See all the slides, 37 cards. Let's hit Generate. And now you're watching this in real time, not sped up. So it is starting to build who's used Gamma before? Yep, only a few. So as it's going through, it's. It's taking the content that I put in there exactly as is, it's preserving it. But if you didn't do this, you could go directly to Gamma and just say, create me a topic. Think about this and it's going to act like ChatGPT. It's going to create it all on its own. And then this entire thing is very editable. So you can go in, you can edit it, you can change anything, much like you would do on PowerPoint. But what it does is it gives you the core piece because it's a heck of a lot easier to edit something than it is to build it from scratch. Wouldn't you agree? Cool. So now, as I said, this is not sped up. It's going through. You can watch it do this. There will be some placeholders in here based upon the template that I created for you. And. And let's just see. Okay, this ends. Let's go back up and let's see what it did. Now, this ain't perfect, right? I would call it good enough for government work on the first round. But once more, it is very editable. And as you can see what it did, you can change the style. You can change anything. And I do believe when I was doing this, I went up and I think you'll see me do a couple of edits on this. Okay? Like, so, for instance, who am I? Well, let's change this image. Instead of an AI image, let's do a web search. And I think I put Dr. Steven Fransen. All right, let's find a picture of him. Drop it in here. Easy. Now let's change something else. You know who's seen the Dirty Dozen poster from the Remarkable Practice before? There we go. Drop it in. Make it look better. Get rid of that little emoji, maybe. And one of the other cool things about Gamma, down at the very bottom of it is a. Down at the very bottom of it is a little button that says, like, create a slide with AI. And like, if you're missing something, let's say you wanted to add something of your own. Let's just say I'm going to think of something random about our team, right? Like maybe you want to do a slide that talks about the team at your esteemed chiropractic clinic. You just click a little button and says, create a slide about our team. Add placeholders for five members, make their names John Doe, Sally Smith, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And it will create a beautiful slide. It'll know what you want, and it'll create it, and then you can edit it. So you can create slides with AI on the fly. As you're editing, you can click in there, you can say, edit this, make this longer, make this shorter, make this, you know, expand on this, make it more condensed. And then, so after this, we went in and edited it. And I'm gonna show you flipping through a little bit prettier version of this. And the pretty enough probably took about 30 minutes. Pulled in a, you know, grabbed a screenshot from a newspaper. You can see now it's a lot prettier. The imagery is a lot more realistic. So this is the Dirty Dozen here, going through each one of them. It's clean, it's easy to present. It's very readable. So if you're in a workshop environment and you want to show the process, I mean, I'm not process. You want to present it without having a lot of little stuff to read. You can do that. So that's kind of like the cleaned up version. And doc loved it. We worked together on this. Let's just review what we just did with ChatGPT and Gamma and nothing else. We brainstormed hot topics. What's more, you can bring your own topic to it or you can say, you tell me what are stuff that is on the minds of the market, that is hot, urgent and might lead to the next step. So this is all the programming I did behind the scenes, understanding how persuasive presentations are built. And then we said, okay, let's now outline the presentation. Now if you just go to ChatGPT and say outline a presentation, it honestly does a pretty good job. But we put in some templates and some frameworks to just make this even much more geared towards exactly what you're trying to go after. But then we built slides, we wrote the talking points script, we created the registration page copy. I don't know if you guys use your own landing pages or maybe you put it on eventbrite, but it's copy paste done. We created at least three social media posts and images for each. I actually only created one for demo purposes, but at any point, let's say it gives you those three. If you're using this, you just go, wait a minute, those three aren't quite my voice. Change them up. Do a little bit of this. You get to be the director. I like to think of myself as the director in the Hollywood director in the director's seat. It's my actor. And I was like, nope, cut. I don't like that. Change this up. It's up to you. You don't have to just. This isn't. Just take it and run with it. Unless you want to emails. If it's not in your voice, you can change it. And meta ads, Facebook, Instagram, go Google, et cetera. So I do want to ask who's put together, marketed, sold and delivered a workshop before? Just quick raise of hands. How long? Just scream it out. How long would something like this really take if you're doing it manually? Hours, minimum hours. Right. Then do you have to. Do you guys typically hire somebody to build the slides, write the sales copy, do the social media posts, write all the emails and do the ads? Yeah, probably. I mean, you're talking typically thousands of dollars and hours and hours, if not weeks of kind of doing this in your spare time when you're not healing patients. But I will tell you that you can do all of this within an hour. I mean, maybe a couple hours if you're just starting out. Who would like this GPT? Who would like to use it in their practice, in their life? Great. Everybody run to the back of the room. It's only $1,000. Today only. I'm just kidding. We're gonna provide this to you guys for free. It's gonna be once more on the slides. And also, if you join my breakout workshop tomorrow, which I believe is Saturday, I'm gonna be doing a little bit more of a deep dive. I'll give you the edited workshop deck. We'll go step by step how we do this. We can get really deep into the Q and A. I might have workable. I might have a workable Internet connection. So I can actually go into some of these tools and, and show you how it's done and help you troubleshoot and help you kind of understand the nuances of it. Because that's really the thing with AI is there's, there's a lot of nuances to making it really, really good. You know, I've been, you know, an entrepreneur and a marketing agency owner, et cetera, for a long time. So I really understand how to work with this. And I've been working with AI for four or five years. But the beautiful part, and most of you have probably already recognized this, is that AI is very simple to pick up. You just gotta fafo. Anybody know what fafo means? I'll use the PG word, but fart around and figure it out instead of find out. So I just fafo, like AI is the best place to play. Just get in there and play with it. You're not going to break it. I have to tell my dad this all the time when he comes to me. Well, I don't want to push the wrong button. Just say, which button should I not push? And it'll tell you. And so on this QR code or if you just go to bit ly TRP25, there is a page I do ask you for your name and email. And one of the reasons is because there is a couple of pieces in this, this presentation in the GPT that I'm gonna have to email to you because there's a couple things I need to tweak, which I'll have to do when I get back on Monday. And if you, if you wish to then contact me and, you know, potentially go further. I've worked with several of the chiropractors in this room, just helping them kind of start to utilize AI more effectively in their practice. I'm happy to have a conversation with you, but under no obligation. And this is free. So I have some time left. And I did this on purpose because I do want to open this up. If anybody has any questions either about what I did or maybe a use of AI that I may not have talked about yet, which might be helpful for you. Does anybody have a question that they would like to. Yes, sir. Like my voice Hispanic.
I found some sites, but they were like.
The three ones were like only for like a couple minutes. Hey Jen. My favorite. There's different ones. H E Y G E N It's the exact same video that I did my avatar introduction video with. I oftentimes have. Last year when I was here, I did one where I had Doc Fransen speaking Spanish, French, Chinese, etc. And it is the best. I think it's like 20 or 30 bucks a month and you get quite a bit of that. And all you have to do is upload it into. Take an existing video you've got, upload it into heygen, choose the language you want and it not only translates it in your voice, but it lip syncs it perfectly. And I mean perfectly. My friend Elena was over at my house two days ago and Elena's Russian and she doesn't have a lot of Russian friends. She doesn't get to visit home a lot. And I did a quick video and I put it in there and I was speaking Russian to her. It literally brought a tear to her eyes. She's like, I never get to hear Russian anymore. Now I get to hear one of my close friends speaking Russian to me in a perfect accent. And she was laughing and crying at the same time, but it's so real, it's crazy. So does anybody here market to non English speaking or non English dominant markets, whether it's the Spanish market, et cetera. Especially if you're doing content marketing, right? You want to maybe you really work on the Spanish market and you want to put content out there, but you're not fluent in Spanish. You could technically create these videos of you speaking perfectly fluent Spanish. Run ads or social media to them, but be careful because when they come in, they're gonna speak Spanish to you. Like, I got nothing. Sorry. That being said, who is familiar with what iPhone just came out with? Apple just came out with. I think Google may have it, which is real time translation using the AirPods. Anybody seen this? So my wife is Brazilian and she speaks Portuguese and I do not much to her chagrin we tried this the other day, it just came out. So I put on my fancy little AirPods and Apple has the Translate app and you press them both and it opens up the app and it can either detect or it'll know. What will happen is she will start speaking Portuguese to me and the AirPods drop down like it does the silent drop down the volume and in real time with about a one second lag, it translates what she's saying in real time. Now, if I talk back to her, let's say she doesn't speak English. If I talk back my phone, which I would never talk back to my wife, my phone will show. If she says something in Portuguese, I say something back in Spanish. I'm sorry, she says something in sport, she goes, I say something in English. I can hold this up and she can read in Portuguese what I'm saying. But if she puts in her handy little airpods, what happens is you get a real time translation between both people. She's speaking Portuguese to me, I'm speaking English to her, but we're both hearing the translation in our head. I think this is one of the awesomest uses of AI. We travel internationally quite a bit and I'm so excited to use this. I'm also so excited to eavesdrop when she's talking to her friends and family on the phone and I don't know what she's saying and I hear, I hear, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, Brad, he, I'm like, hey, what are you saying? And she even said, she goes, damn, now you get to eavesdrop on what I'm saying. But there are many, many ways to use artificial intelligence in your practice, in your business, in your marketing. And although using it for like creating AI based, like avatars, doing content marketing for you, I always recommend against trying to fool your market because a lot of people really are lazy. Just like the real Brad Costanzo who didn't want to be here, so he sent me. A lot of people are lazy. They're going to put out AI generated slop. We are facing a crisis of trust in this world. I was going to say the country in this world where you don't know what to believe anymore. I mean, you guys have all seen AI generated videos that are mind blowing. And there's, I guarantee you there's some videos out there AI generated, you didn't know they were. And so we don't know what to trust and consumers don't know what to trust, but they know everybody's using AI. And I like to Say use AI to automate and delegate all the other stuff, except what only a human could do, or more importantly should do, which is connect and build relationships, right? If, if you have AI automating all of your marketing so that you can show up live on camera or, or that you can go do workshops and you can do everything else so that AI and your team using AI is getting this stuff done. Now you're doubling down on team human. And I think that our society is really gonna face a big crisis. I mean, look at social media. It's one of the best things and worst things to happen to us as a society. And it is both, right? Like how many friends have you connected with and how many, how much business have you made because of it, but how much hatred and vitriol and craziness is out there and anxiety. AI is going to be the exact same thing, probably on steroids. So if you pay attention to the proper ways to use it and if you see other people trying to take the shortcuts and fool their clients, then you may want to be the other guy or gal who doesn't and shows up authentically. Now that doesn't mean that you cannot create content using like hey gen avatars and it doesn't mean you can't put that out on social media. It's going to get better and better as long as it's not detectable and as long as you're not necessarily trying to fool somebody. That's, you know, I think perfectly fine AI generated imagery, et cetera, especially for social media. But just, you know, be careful on how much you try to once more fool the folks because you know what they say about fooling folks. You've got a question. I'd love to hear it. Invideo I N V I D E O that is that one. Also on this screen here, one of the, one of the little bonuses I'm giving you. So I'm giving you all these slides. I am giving you a shorter, like a 15 minute video I did on the Five Buckets framework. It's so simple, but it is so, it is so revolutionary when you really think through. All right, what are the buckets I need to empty first? Because there's a lot of stuff I can do with this. But what should I do? You may only find two things that moves the needle. I'm giving you a list of my favorite apps. There's probably like 20 AI apps that I've battle tested. I love. So I've got a little, you know, updated Google sheet and Every time I add one, I put it on there so you don't have to go hunt and peck. And there's a new. There's 10 new apps every day. You guys seen this? I've coined a term for it. It's called Toolforia. It's really exciting. Like, oh, my God, a new app. This is so cool. But, oh, shit, a new app. Like, what? Another new app? Like, what, this one? Okay. Synthesia says it does what? Hey, Gen does it. Does it better? But should I cancel my subscription over here and do this one? Because this is slightly better and. And then I do it and then, hey, Jen comes out with a better version. I'm like, oh, damn, I'm go back over here. That's tool for you. And it wrecks productivity. So I always say, find a few tools that do what you need. Good enough. Double down on those. Go really, really deep. You know, I've got. I've got ChatGPT and Gemini and Claude and Grok and Deepseek and Kimmy. I've got all the ones, but I work in this business. Right? So pick one. Right? ChatGPT. Kind of the granddaddy of them all. Right. That might be good enough, but don't let yourself get caught up in Tool for you. Pick something and go deep. I saw another hand up. Was that a hand up over there? Yeah. So what he asked me is how to rank higher. And in the. We call this aeo. It's like answer engine optimization. It's like SEO. So I will say that I am not an expert yet at this aspect. It is something I'm trying to learn and the whole marketing agency's trying to, like, industry is trying to learn as well. Some of us are figuring out a little faster than others. So the language models scrape a lot. All the content out there. And there are a couple things that I can tell you that I do believe are working now. One of them is Reddit. Reddit is a cesspool of stuff, but the language models love it. And if you can go on there and you can post, you know, Reddit is like a forum community, but it gets picked up in Google and the LLMs really well. If you can find chiropractic or other people who have problems, stuff in there and just create really good content, it will likely get scraped. There is also. I'm trying to remember what this is called. There is a framework you put on your site, like it's in the header code. I'm trying to remember what the heck this is called. But it is a way. It's like in, I think it's in a JSON format where you're basically, you're basically structurally telling the language models when they scrape it what this is all about. If you have an expert in SEO, if you guys need this, I do have people that I refer to business too. So when you, when you get there, you'll get my email and just say, brad, I would love an introduction to your AEO resources, et cetera. But one of the other things is LinkedIn. So Microsoft is the probably the biggest investor in OpenAI, which is ChatGPT, and they also own LinkedIn. LinkedIn shows up tremendously well in the search results and as a result, things that you post, like articles and newsletters in LinkedIn and content posts, et cetera, are tending to show up, especially in ChatGPT and some of the other models as well. And it's training that. So this is one of these new areas that like, you know, I talk to a lot of entrepreneurs, business owners, marketers all the time. They're in masterminds, they're like, yeah, we're talking about this exact same thing. And one of the reasons is because, you know, everybody knows that if you're number one in Google Organic, you get like 60% of the clicks and a really high buyer rate. If you get recommended on one of the language models like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. It's something like a 40 times higher likelihood of getting that lead than being number one on Google because it's recommending them and people are outsourcing their thinking to these chat models and it's like, oh, well, this person came up and it's not given 10, it's given one or two. And so if you can do that, the juice is worth the squeeze. And it is the wild west out there right now. But yeah, as I said, I've got professionals that I work with, I make referrals to who are really good at this. I've got a couple clients who said they're already getting clients from the work they're doing. So happy to make any introductions. What are some of the. Any. I've got one and a half minutes left, so if there are any other questions, I will. Yes, over here. Yeah. So would these be. Is this for generating and posting content or is this for communications and bots, et cetera? Yeah, so there's a lot out there. The one that I'm most familiar with and, you know, I use this in my business and I build these for clients at other businesses. Is high level. If anybody's ever used high level before, so. Or go high level. I've actually got a link to that in my favorite apps thing over here as well. So that is an amazing communication channel with integrated AI in it and it works in with social media. So if somebody sends you like a Facebook page, a message, I believe it does work with WhatsApp as well. Text messages and more. So it's multi channel. There are other ones out there, but one of the nice parts about that is it's a fully integrated marketing CRM as well. I've got a lot of clients who use high level just for the communication channel or the bots, such as text message marketing, et cetera, with an AI brain. So once more, that brings me to the conclusion of this. I've got to go call Brad Costanzo and tell him the speech went well. And if you guys want to show up to my breakout tomorrow, we're going to go a little bit, actually a lot deeper into this and I'll make sure that you guys get all the resources you need and see exactly how to, you know, walk away with that GPT and your slides done. In fact, also give you the slideshow that we produced for the MAHA workshop that is approved, ready to go. You could take it out and deliver that tomorrow. So if anybody thinks that'd be useful, it's yours. Thank you very much.
