Story Selling OS Demo - AI that creates business stories that sell

Brad Costanzo demos "Story Selling OS," an AI-powered storytelling workflow that runs inside ChatGPT and other LLM platforms (Galaxy AI, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.). He explains why he uses Galaxy AI (access to multiple models, chooses Claude 4.5), shows onboarding/memory prompts (name, business, audience, CTA), presents story categories (origin, identity, epiphany, failure, success, process, teaching, future, against the grain), and walks through extracting a user story (screenwriting epiphany) into a structured narrative (hook, conflict, turning point, transformation, insight). He then repurposes the generated story into a 60-second Instagram script, an X/Twitter thread, and a keynote opening, and demonstrates iterative refinement (more dramatic/visual language). The demo closes with a call to try Story Selling OS.

Brad Costanzo here. A lot of you asked for a demo of stories selling os. I'm going to give it to you now. Before I go into the demo of how this custom GPT works, I'm going to explain where I'm using it because this is not chatgpt. That being said, I'm using Galaxy AI for this. But the story selling OS works inside your Chat GPT account. Gemini, Perplexity, genspark, POE and Galaxy. The reason I'm using Galaxy is pretty simple. It's a great tool. I pay one very low price. I get access to all the various models at once and I actually love using this specifically inside Galaxy. But right now just understand it functions the exact same in all of the language models. But this one allows me to do something really cool. It allows me to choose which language model I want to use. I can choose things from OpenAI, from Claude, from Google, from X, Grok, and more. I'm going to go ahead and choose anthropic Claude 4.5 when you get here, you're just going to click Start. It is going to ask me, well, a few questions about myself, but it's also going to tell me what its purpose is, right? So it'll say here, what's your name? I can see Brad Costanzo because it has memory. What's your business? What type of business is it? Who do you help? What's your main offer or focus? And do you have any specific calls to action should happen to my. There we go. Yes, correct. And all I did is answer it. So here are several powerful story types we can work with. Origin, identity epiphany failure success process teaching future against the grain. So then it asks me would I like to proceed by one of these categories? Would I use like to just use an existing story? And then what I like about this one is I, I've just got a story. Can you help can you help integrate this into one of these story types above so that it go oh, this is a great story. I can see how it can be used here. It's one of my favorite features. The next thing is create a brand new story from scratch. I'll extract it from you or I'm not sure, guide me right so it coaches you along. Now for instance, if I know that I want to create a failure story for something that's great, I would just say create a failure story and it's going to ask me some questions and it's going to try to extract this out of me multiple questions in order to get the Details and provide the structure. But let's just say I have a good story that I'm like, I don't know how I would use this, but let's. Let's think of something or just create a brand new story from scratch. Let's try that just to show you how this works. Okay. It's going to ask me a few questions to get the raw material. First, think of a moment experience realization related to AI business or your work that felt significant. It could be a time you saw AI solve a problem. A moment you realize something about how entrepreneurs think about it, A conversation, etc, what comes to mind doesn't have to be perfect. So it's just asking me to think of a story such as that. Okay, I just thought of a fun one actually. Let me record this. Right. Watch. Okay. I am not a screenwriter. But one day I sat down because I had a great idea for what I thought would be a good movie. Sometimes we all get crazy ideas and this was one. And I thought this would be a great screenplay. But I have no idea how to write a screenplay. So I went to AI and I told it exactly what the background of my story concept was. And I told it. I had no idea how to write this. And then it immediately started to coach me through. Through how to structure a screenplay. And it became my mentor. And then afterwards it started to help me build out characters and do everything else. And although I don't yet have a screenplay because I just recently did this, I have kind of the beginnings of it and I know a lot more about screenwriting than I ever have before. And it actually made things feel possible. Where in the past I felt a lot of creative resil because I just didn't know the process of that. I didn't have the time and inclination to go learn because it's not my main business. But now once I did this, I started to feel much more enabled. Now that's my story. I don't really know where to go with that. Maybe you can help. So now I was dictating that whole time and it took my instructions. I click go, let's see what this does. Okay. You handed me an epiphany story with elements of a process and identity shift baked in. What makes this so powerful? It's a relatable starting point. It has a clear desire, there's a barrier, a turning point, a transformation, and a bigger insight. Here's the story angle. I see this is an epiphany story about a creative enablement, how it removes the barriers, the lesson for your audience is you don't need to become the expert in everything. You need a mentor who meets you where you're at and guides you forward. The next step. I'm going to write this for you in a way that opens with the moment of creative resistance, shows the shift, ends with the realization and includes the bracketed labels. Good. Now, next step is it should provide structure to the story. And it starts off with the hook, the moment of pressure. I'm not a screenwriter, never have been. But one day I sat down to write what I thought was a legitimately good idea, one of those wild creative impulses. Then I had the desire. I wanted to write it, I could see it, but I had absolutely no idea how to structure a screenplay barrier. In the past, it would have been the end of it. Creative resistance wouldn't kick in, et cetera. I'm not going to read this entire thing to you because I think you kind of get the point now. This is really good. Right now. I could say the lesson for my audience is this is what AI does when you use it. Right now I could ask for a call to action. I could ask for something else, but it's going to say, I have a story type, a hook, a conflict, a turning point, a transformation and insight. What would you like to do? Refine it, repurpose it, Create another story. Let me show you what happened if we repurpose it. How about yes, for an Instagram second 60 second video script. Also for an X Twitter thread. And lastly for the opening of a keynote speech. Okay, so I've given it three ways to repurpose this story. So version one gives me the 60 second video script for Instagram. The next thing it'll do is it'll punch it out towards a Twitter thread. Tweet 1, Tweet 2, Tweet 3, Tweet 4. This is how you do it once and get a lot of results out of this. And then lastly, a keynote speech. I might like this, but I want to make it more dramatic. So I'm going to say this on the speech, make it more dramatic, visceral and visual. Really paint the picture. Okay, let's see what it does now. So before, while it writes, I'm just going to go back up here and it said this. I'm not a screenwriter, never have been. But one day I sat down to write what I thought was a legitimately good idea for a movie. One of those wild creative impulses we all get. That's the standard. But when you ask it to tune it up a little bit. Here's what it gives us. I'm not a screenwriter, never have been. But one day, I'm sitting at my desk. It's late afternoon. The light's coming through the window at an angle where you can see the dust particles floating in the air. And I have this idea. Not just a fleeting thought, a movie. I can see the opening scene. I can hear the dialogue. I can feel the tension building in the third act. It's one of those wild creative impulses we get at times. It kind of makes your heart beat a little faster because you know it's good. So you see how with a few little tweaks, you can really dial this in right now, folks, this is just scratching the surface of what's possible with this. It extracts your stories, categorizes them into these categories, blends them, finds calls to action, and allows you to dial it up, dial it back, write like you make it funny, do what you want, but it's very, very powerful. It's very simple to use. So if you like this, I encourage you to get it, try it out. You got nothing to lose. Okay, this is Brad Costanzo, and this is story Selling os.
