No matter what your level of education is on ADHD brain science, it will definitely help you. The challenge is the people around you don't have that same education. A big reason for this is that ADHD is invisible to other people, and they most likely don't know about neurodivergence. They don't understand that there's a neurotypical brain operating system and there's a neurodivergent operating system. And this invisibility is what really trips up How we show up in the workplace. We start feeling shame and we start not being productive because we're focused on not spilling milk at work. And we're basically cosplaying like a neurotypical professional and we're doing it with a neurodivergent brain. One of the best solutions for this is learning how to explain what ADHD is to the people that are around you. To learn how to do that, watch my other videos.
