So when this client came to me, he had AuDHD, autism with ADHD, and had a lot of anxiety around new job at Amazon, was afraid of losing the job, wanted to show up well. And a big part of it was public speaking and leading meetings, which he didn't feel he had a lot of great experience with. With 3 months of coaching, he was in a place where he was very confident. The team asked him to lead meetings. His boss was having him on track for a promotion, and he had discovered through our coaching that there was different work he wanted to do, and the company was supporting him in shifting over to that.
