If you have ADHD, you're well aware of dealing daily with struggles around things like interrupting when you get excited about something, having a hard time communicating what's happening in your head to other people, remembering to do things people ask you to do, especially if they ask you to do it while you're doing something you are hyperfocused on and you are really into, and generally feeling misunderstood. And there's a big disconnect between how neurotypical brains and people with neurodivergent brains see the world. It causes a lot of stress, a lot of anxiety, depression, miscommunications, and generally just makes life not quite as great and makes work a lot harder too. That's why I do ADHD coaching and lead peer groups with folks who have ADHD who are generally more high functioning and are professionals, but are still having these struggles and are really confused about things. If you're interested in learning more about how ADHD coaching or peer groups can probably help you, please message me.
