It's not easy having ADHD in the workplace. So here's how you can be a more helpful and supportive and understanding boss. Make flexible ways of working a cornerstone of how your company operates and part of your company culture. So this is pretty basic. Ask questions and listen to the ways that people need support in working, because as we keep talking about, our brains are different. And it's not even different in just 2 ways. Each one of those ways has lots of different flavors, but by simply asking the right questions and understanding and caring about what is gonna help your employees to feel fulfilled and to work in the best environment they can to produce and be happy, the company's gonna do better and the employees are gonna feel much better too.
