Brian LaManna recommends creating a Slack "deal room" for every deal over $50,000, with every internal stakeholder who touches it. Post all updates there instead of scattered messages, so the whole team sees progress, shares ideas, and can jump in to help. By deal close, you'll have 7 to 12 people working it together.

Here's the ultimate team selling hack. Create a Slack deal room, aka channel, for every opportunity $50K+. What we do is we add everyone that will be involved in the cycle internally. So a manager, your VP of sales, sales engineer, an SDR. Add more people as the deal continues to grow bigger on both sides. Maybe internally it's folks like partnerships, implementation, customer success, an exec helping be the executive sponsor, or an AE that has a connection there as well. I ask everyone working the deal internally to communicate only in that channel. No one-to-one siloed messages. I'll continually share updates, the plays I'm running, and when I hit a roadblock. I've been amazed at others who jump in with new ideas or help along the way. Usually by the end of a cycle, we'll have 7 to 12 people internally involved. It's fun to see everyone rally around it together.
