We've hired 25 people for our company in the last year, and these are the top 3 things I look for. Number 1, a high degree of energy. I believe if someone brings energy to their job in the workplace, they can solve pretty much any problem. Number 2, I wanna see that they've had some type of star over their head in the past. I wanna see that they've gone all out and excelled at something, whether that was sports or academics or something in college, something that they went after and really killed it with. And number 3, I want someone who's pretty ambitious. If they've got hunger to drive and improve themselves and gain knowledge on the job, that usually leads to an A type of player on your team.
