All right, check out how cool this is. I just put this prompt into Fund Launch AI to build a $25 million real estate fund in multifamily doingā in San Diego, California, buying Class B apartments right here at Fund Launch AI. I'm going to hit execute. What happens is it calls on about a dozen or so subagents to find what are best practices for real estate funds in California doing multifamily Class B investing. I'm going to fast forward a little bit so you can see the end. All right, I've now loaded into the platform. You can see my agent bar is still working on the left to draft out my entire fund. What you're seeing right now is the fund builder. These are all the dependencies in my fund. So you can see fees and carry, other things there. You'll also see my legal canvas on the left. This is all the legal docs for my fund. You can see my LPA, my PPM. It's given me a name called Pacific Threshold, and it's also drafted me a pitch deck. So I can see my pitch deck here, Pacific Threshold. It's given me an executive summary, target IRR, terms, length, etc. So now on the left, I can look at target returns, fee returns, team, etc. Here it asks me what I want to tackle first. I can say what's next, or I can just go look inside of here. For example, if I go to terms and structure, so here's like my fees and carry, for example. So if I click on my management fee, it's currently set to 2%. I can change that to like 5%, for example, and it's going to probably penalize me though, because that's kind of weird to set your management fee to 5%. Now if I go use like fee offset rate, for example, here it is. I'm going to hit get insights, and actually it's going to teach me what is fee offset rate, what does that mean. And actually, what does it mean for my fund in context of all the other 200 data points that are going on in my fund? It's going to research a little bit. It's going to help me go and actually find what is fee offset rate and what's optimal for my fund here. So it's pulled a few sources. Great. Here you go. So this is what a fee offset rate means. It actually offsets from other fees that are in your fund. It's 80%. It's the right number for me. Awesome. It'll give me suggestions again for my entire fund as I go and build my fund. Everything auto syncs together. So if I change my fee offset rate, It'll actually update my legal docs. I can see the updates in real time as I go through. And then once I've done all this and I'm ready to go, I would hit submit for legal review. This includes now multiple lawyers come in, they work on your fund. I can talk back and forth with them, build their fund out. If I ever get stuck, I can go book a one-on-one call with one of our advisors. For example, this is Ben Julius. He currently manages over $250 million in assets. I can book a call with him Monday. And actually use 550 credits to do that on platform. We have office hours going on every day of the week, etc., for real humans in the loop to come and help you go and launch your fund. But the lawyers come in, they go launch your whole fund, we file your Form Ds, your entities, regulatory filings, and bam, you are set up and live as a fund. fundlaunch.com and create a free account here, and no credit card required. Go play with it, see if you can build out an entire fund in just a few minutes.
