How To Build A Fund Investors Take Seriously Without A Wall St Pedigree

In this webinar Bridger Pennington walks viewers through Fund Launch, a proprietary software and service platform that enables aspiring fund managers to create, structure, and market an investment fund without a Wall Street pedigree. He demonstrates the step‑by‑step roadmap: onboarding with an advisor (Maddie Dallimore), building a team, defining fund terms (open‑ended vs closed‑ended, size, fee structure), designing a pitch deck that syncs across the platform, and accessing a curated marketplace of service providers (legal, tax, accounting, fund administration via partners like Carta). The platform also offers on‑demand courses, a Slack community, in‑person events, and the option to invest as a GP stake. Pennington explains licensing nuances (when a Series 65, CFTC registration, or no license is needed) and outlines capital‑raising tactics, emphasizing trust, momentum, and leveraging advisors to open new networks. He shares a case study where a fund that stalled at $2.8 M eventually closed at $32 M after adding trusted advisors. Pricing is presented in two tiers ($5 K down + $850/mo or $12 K upfront), with a “better‑than‑money‑back” guarantee that refunds the fee and pays $5 K if the user logs in daily for 60 days and finds no value. The session ends with a final call to action, detailing post‑launch support, the upcoming Salt Lake City event, and how the platform can serve both immediate fund launches and longer‑term learning.

ready to get rolling? Welcome in for people that are joining from all over the world. Actually, let's do this. I'm going to start out with a quiz and you can start the stream as well, Jackie. So my name is Bridger Pennington. I'll talk about what we've done in the past, but let's do this. Question and then answer in the chat for me. Alright? Let's see how smart you guys are. I just pulled some stats for today. What is the top type of small business being acquired in 2026? So a lot of businesses are being acquired. I'm talking small business. What's the number one type of small business being acquired? Type it in the chat here. What do you guys think? Let me pull open— you guys are seeing my full screen here. Here we go. I'm going to pull up my chat. There we go. I can see it here. So pet shops, AI, online, home services, detail shop, traditional, HVAC. If you wrote HVAC and plumbing, HVAC, you are correct. The number one small business Being acquired in 2026 is HVAC companies. Guess what the median price is for one of these businesses? How much are they spending for an HVAC business? So, we're talking about small business acquisition. The average cost is $350,000 for a full business. That's not bad. And most of them, you can get an SBA loan and most of that can be financed. About 80% of it can be financed with an SBA loan. That's not too bad. So, you're putting down $50,000, $60,000. come out with a $350,000 HVAC business. That's the number one category. All right. Question number 2, what are the top client industries we've worked with at Fund Launch? Okay, so here's your— the answers you could put down. Private equity, that means buying small businesses. Venture capital, which means investing into startups. Hedge funds, which is trading the stock market, options, bonds, etc. Real estate funds that buy real estate or private credit funds. We have had over just under 10,000 customers at Fund Launch, over 100,000 members in our community. We've launched over 400 funds. What is the number one category of clients that come through Fund Launch just in our realm? Take a guess. All right. 3, 2, 1. The answer is, ding, ding, ding, real estate funds. The ones we've worked with the most are about 40%, 45% of the people we have worked with do real estate funds. They are doing fix and flips. They're buying small apartment complexes. They're buying multifamily apartment complexes, etc. Now, it's about 40%, let's call it 45%, 40% in real estate funds. The next largest group is private equity venture capital, about 20 to 25%. We have another about 10% in hedge funds, now about another 10% in private credit funds, and then just a few funds that are just other. They kind of don't match any of these categories. Okay, not too bad. Final question: do you need to look like Ryan Gosling to raise money? Okay, do you need to be slick talking, charismatic, look like Ryan Gosling to raise a fund, to raise money? Okay, the answer is no, you do not, but it does help. It does help a lot if you look like Ryan Gosling, but the answer is no. Okay, so Today, we're gonna talk about, again, this, how to build a fund investors take seriously without a Wall Street pedigree. We're gonna get into this. Now as we get into this, why am I, Bridger, qualified to speak on this? What, you know, if you're gonna listen to somebody for a little bit of time here, the next 90 minutes, why would you listen to me? So, so far, me and my team, we have raised $84 million of equity. It's not too bad. Our portfolio is over $640 million of aggregate portfolio AUM. I've launched 5 different funds under 3 different platforms. This has made me a deca-millionaire in my 20s. I'm now in my 30s, but in my 20s became a millionaire, then a deca-millionaire, and we've done pretty darn well. We have 17 portfolio funds in our pool of Fund Launch partners. We have hundreds of limited partners or investors. We've done just under or just over $47 million of revenue through Fund Launch, our business. We hit the Inc. 5000 of fastest growing companies in America. I didn't add this as well, but we also recently just hit the Utah Fast 50 of fastest— Utah's fastest growing companies in Utah. I have the largest YouTube and social media following on launching investment funds. So yes, I know a thing or two about building funds. So I've built my own funds and I've taught others how to build their funds as well. Now, all that being said, I also dropped out of college. I did not graduate school. I did not go to an MBA. I dropped out of school. I'll tell that story in a little bit. I did not attend an Ivy League school. Okay? I went to kind of a second-rate school. I went to BYU. Go Cougs! Okay? We're playing Notre Dame this weekend. We'll see how we do. We're kind of a second-tier school though. Like nothing too special about BYU in the world of finance. I did not work on Wall Street. Okay? I live in— for my first fund, I raised $49,500. You know, today we're going to talk about huge funds that are managing hundreds of millions or billions of dollars. My first fund in college that I started at 22 years old, I raised a whopping $49,500. But it was enough to get started and get going. I'll come back to that in a minute. I live in Utah, for crying out loud. Like I live in a flyover state for most people. This is my beautiful family. This is our 2 kids. We have 9 chickens. We live on an acre and a half. So how would a guy like me get in this world of funds? It doesn't seem likely, right? But yet I was able to do that. So I can speak to how other people, the untraditional managers, People like me and you that don't come from the perfect background, the perfect college, the perfect university, the perfect city can actually play in this game and play pretty well. I'm living proof that this can work. And by the way, we're pregnant with our 3rd child. We just announced yesterday on social media. But so we got a 3rd baby coming, which is crazy. I'm going to be a dad of 3, which is wild. Me and my wife grew up on the same street together. We've known each other our whole lives. And anyways, she's amazing. I have the most amazing wife in the world. If you wanna make lots of money, marry an amazing woman, okay? That's my, if you take anything from today's call, marry someone amazing, okay? Alright, through Fund Launch, we've launched 400 funds and syndications. Our clients manage $7.1 billion. We've had over 9,000 paying customers through Fund Launch. So this is not some brand new thing. We've seen this tried and true. For example, this is all in ventures, okay? They paid us roughly $30,000 to help them build their fund. They built a— their first fund was a $20 million fund 1. Right now they're raising their fund 2. They do venture capital, so they're investing into early-stage startups. This is Percy, paid us approximately $25,000, has over $100 million of AUM doing multifamily unit apartment complexes. This one he just posted about was in Oklahoma that he did just recently, okay? Now Bridger, what's your sneaky little secret? Like what are you here for? What are you doing? What's in it for me? Okay, what's in it for me is this. Okay? Our mission at Fund Launch is to democratize Wall Street, to help more people understand the high world of investment funds. You can put me full screen for a sec. The— we want— I just want to help people. Our— I teach pretty much everything for free. If you go on my YouTube channel, if you see our stuff here, it's all for free. You can join this webinar for free. If you would like help implementing this into your own business, that's where people pay us. Okay, so you can see here that Percy paid us roughly $25 grand. All In Ventures paid us about $30,000. We help implement and build the fund with you. That's why we're called Fund Launch. Okay, so we bring in the lawyers, the teams, pitch deck designers, coaches, mentors, people to help you go and build a fund. Alright, that's the dirty little secret. So at the end of this call today, I'm gonna invite you to, if for a few of you, not all of you, people that want to actually move, take action, I'm gonna invite a few of you to join us and build your funds with you. Does that sound fair? For the rest of you, this is just free content. I will teach everything for free, pretty much. But the implementation is what we sell. Alright, that's why I say, what's in it for me? That's why I do webinars like this, whatever, okay? So at the end of today's call as well, we're gonna do Q&A, okay? So you guys can ask me questions live, so queue up some questions. This is a livestream for a reason. I wanna answer some of your questions, okay? Also on our agenda, we're gonna talk about building investment funds. Okay, what are investment funds? Why would you even build a fund? Okay, in this world of these different types of funds, how do they even work? This is the highest level of finance. This is the number one category of billionaires, is these categories right here. Okay, that's what we're gonna be talking about today. All right, to kind of preface what we're talking about, I asked a guy recently what he did for a living. I was like, hey, what do you— you know how you meet people? Hey, what do you do for work? What's going on? He goes, oh, I I flip real estate. And I said, oh, that's cool. Like you do house flips, you know, are you doing this kind of stuff? And he's like, oh no, no, no. We flip skyscrapers. And I was like, oh. And he said, well, it's actually pretty similar to a house flip, but instead of making a few hundred grand on a house flip, we make, you know, $30 to $50 million per flip. I was like, wow. And he underpinned that with a fund. He pools money together from large investors, takes that money, he buys a skyscraper for $75 million. He renovates it, puts new paint and gets new tenants and sells it for $107 million or $120 million or $150 million. Takes that cash, splits it back with investors, pays himself a handsome return. Usually it's 20% of the gain. So if they're making $30 million, 20% of that's $6 million he takes and they go flip another one. That's a pretty— that's pretty cool, right? Okay. That's the world we're talking about here with funds. Okay. And this is what we help people do with funds. Okay. So my goal for today is that you should consider launching an investment fund. I know some of you are already building your own funds. Some of you don't even know what an investment fund is. Okay. We're going to talk about all that today. This is the number one category of billionaires is building and launching your own investment funds. Okay? To give you a sense of the type of funds, to just get your— the wheels turning a little bit, if you're kind of new to this space, we've helped people do multifamily real estate funds, sports gambling funds, commercial real estate funds, short-term rental funds, long-short trading funds, African food supply chain funds, forex trading and investing funds, crypto trading funds, real estate lending funds, almond farm acquisition funds, debt consolidation loans. Seller finance funds, sub-2 type of funds, startup investing funds, business acquisition funds, single-family real estate funds, software industry roll-up funds, farming funds, shipping container arbitrage, Canadian funds, venture studio funds, competitor roll-up funds, hard money lending funds, and many, many more. Hopefully this gets your brain kind of moving in the direction of funds. This is the type of stuff we are doing. Okay, now let's do this. I'm going to go to my iPad. Let's just dive right in. You guys ready to get moving? Type a yes in the chat if you're ready to get going. Let's talk about what funds are, what they mean, And how they work. I did not know what funds were. Oh shoot, I don't have my pen. Can Adam or Mason or someone, Mason or someone on my team run me my pen? I think it's on my desk. Shoot, I need my pen to draw on here. Okay, so what is a fund, right? What are we talking about with a fund? So you're gonna see my iPad here. We're gonna talk about a bunch of these. These are all subframeworks we can talk about, about round raising capital. Our funnel for investors, different types of investors. Thank you. Forgot the pen. Rookie mistake. Can't forget the pen. All right. We talk about different types of investors we're going to raise from high net worth, family offices, or institutions. Okay. The fund structure. We'll come back to that in a minute. Waterfall structures of closed-ended and open-ended funds. Okay. Here they are. We're going to talk about how fund managers make money. Okay, what licenses you may or may not need to build a fund. You can see here different fund types. Who do you register with a fund? And then ultimately, how do you actually go and launch and run your fund, do asset management? How do you make decisions with the team? How does your investment committee work? These are all things that we go through with— I'll zoom out a little bit and stop moving so your screen can settle for a second— with the Fund Launch Formula. Okay, these are all things that we can talk about today and get into, but let's start simple for a second. What are we? I'm sorry, it's gonna flip around here. What are we talking about here with a fund? What is a fund? Okay, when I talk about funds, I'm gonna zoom in for a second. What is a? Let's make this a little smaller so you can read it. Okay, what is a fund? What are we talking about when we say fund? These all these different terms. All a fund is is a pool of money. Investors, I'll draw them over here. I'll put them in, let's change their colour to green. Okay? Investors got money. Investors put money into this pool. And then fund managers over here, I'll draw them in orange. Okay? That's me and you. We can draw from this pool. We go and make Investments. Whenever those investments make money, the money flows back, and I'll put, let's use, we'll use purple. Whenever the money flows back to the pool, so let's say we bought the skyscraper for $50 million, we sold it for $75 million, okay? So we made a $25 million gain. We return the $50 million to our investors, and then the $25 million gain here, we split 80/20. 80% to investors, 20% to the fund manager. So, 80/20 on $25 million, that would be what? $5 million here, if my math's correct? $2.5 million. $20 million. It's hard to do math live with like 100 people looking at you. Am I right on that? That's 80/20, right? So, $5 million to us, $20 million back to them. So, they made $50 million plus $20 million, and then we made $5 million. Hey, that's not bad, right? Now, this is what's cool about this is this scales as well. Some people, you know, this is a $50 million acquisition. Some people do this with $500 million. They build a data center or whatever, and they split it 80/20. And then you just add a zero to all these things. They make, the managers make $50 million in one year. Like, oh shoot. Some people do this with $5 billion. And again, add a zero. This like, it actually scales just like that. Fund managers, because you don't need huge teams to run funds. Fund managers will make over $500 million a year. doing something like this. They're not working 10 times harder than everybody else. They're using a business model that is the right line for growth. Does that make sense? And by the way, this is, you know, this is one of the oldest business models in the world. So let me give you a few examples. So like, what are these different types of funds? We already mentioned them, but a real— actually, I'll go up here. I think I have them written out. You have hedge funds or private equity funds, real estate funds. They're all exactly the same. They're all a pool of money. I've helped all of these people launch. I've actually ran three of these types of funds. They're a pool of money. The only thing that changes is what they invest into. So if you've heard somebody talk about running a real estate fund, well, what's a real estate fund? It's a pool of money that they invest into. Ta-da! Real estate. What's a private equity fund? A private equity fund is a pool of money instead of buying real estate. They buy private equity or private ownership in businesses. Like we talked about earlier, buying HVAC companies, that'd be a private equity transaction. Same exact thing. Pool money. They still split 80/20, 20%, 80%. It's the same thing. They just call it private equity because it sounds cool. And there's a few nuances, but it's pretty much the same thing. Okay? Venture capital fund. Same thing, pool of money. They invest into early-stage startups, kind of like Shark Tank. What's a hedge fund? Same thing. It's a pool of money. They split 80/20 things like a stock or a bond or crypto. That would be a hedge fund. Debt funds or private credit funds, they issue debt. They make loans. One thing I hate about the world of high finance, they make very simple things sound so complex, like no one else can understand them. And really, these principles aren't that crazy. You guys following? Is this making sense? You guys cool if I keep going for a second? Now, today we're talking about building institutional-grade funds, right? Funds that are going to attract investors. It's funny. I'll tell you a quick story. Last night, I had a friend of mine send me his pitch deck and what he was looking at, and it looked Horrible. It looked absolutely horrible. And the structure of like what he was trying to raise money for his business. He's like, I need to raise some money from investors. Really great dude. Nice guy. And he had put together like a Word document and like, hey, just kind of give us money. And we're trying to raise, I think it was like $800,000. And I'm like, we hopped on the phone. I'm like, why would I, like why should I put money into this? Well, it's going to be such a great investment and all. And I'm like, well, you haven't spelled that out in any of your marketing materials or the way you're structuring your fund? Like, how do I even give you money? He's like, I don't really know. I don't really— And I'm like, you're trying to raise $800 grand or $8 million or $800 million or $8 billion. You got to look professional. You got to look institutional. You got to look— have things put together. You got to have thought through the process of what you're doing. Okay? One of the things is the structure of those types of funds. And I'll share that briefly with you to kind of bring this full circle. So instead of calling it a— let me— I'm going to white some things out here for a second. Okay? Hold on. Stay with me. I know you're looking ahead. Okay? But we're just going to keep it simple for a second. What I mentioned earlier, right? There's a pool of money. that investors put money into. Okay? And by the way, this is how 99— gosh, it keeps making it so big for me. 99% of private money in the world flows through this GPLP structure right here. This is how the largest funds in the world raise money. We're talking about having something institutional grade. They all pretty much use the GPLP structure. 'Cause they don't, you know, back to this, they don't call it a pool of money 'cause that's just not what it's called. What they call it instead of a pool, it's the same exact thing we just drew out, instead of a pool of money, it's called a limited partnership. You can see my little pool icon there I pulled from Google Images, okay? A limited partnership. This is the fund and this is managed not by fund managers, but by the general partner and the management company. Every box represents a legal entity, okay? So these are usually, let me make this here, I'll make it smaller. This is usually an LLC and this is usually an LLC. And this is where you are. As the fund managers, you guys run these 2 entities, okay? And you oversee what is going on in the limited partnership. You following? And you direct, the general partner management company direct what investments the limited partnership's going to make, okay? Over here, sorry, we kind of had to look ahead for a second. Over here, these are our limited partners or investors. They're not called investors, they're called limited partners, okay? So limited partners, investors with money, invest into the pool of money, the limited partnership. That's managed by the general partners and they go make investments. And again, when the investments make money, they flow back to the limited partnership and they get split. What was the usual split? 80/20. So 20% over here, 80% over here. Does that make sense? These are all governed by 2 major documents called the LPA and PPM, the Bible. We lovingly call them the Bible. These documents are big. They are, you know, usually about 100 pages each, usually very dense. And they help outline all the laws, covenants of the fund. That's why we call them the Bible. Now, what's really cool about funds is you get to write the Bible. Now, once it's written, you can't change it. You're like, not very often, okay? But you get to decide what you're doing. So earlier, whatever I've been saying, 80/20 splits, right? It's usually 20%, usually 80%. Well, if you don't like that, you can change it in your Bible. Some funds do 70/30, and you would put that in your Bible. Some funds say, hey, it's a minimum $100,000 to invest as a limited partner. Other funds say it's $25,000. Like you get to decide the terms of your fund and we're going to keep it for 7 years and we're going to be buying skyscrapers and flipping them. These are all things that get determined inside of your fund. Is that kind of making sense? Now, once it's written though, you got to keep it. You can't change it, but you get to decide what's written inside of your Bible. Y'all following? Type a yes in the chat if that's making a little bit of sense, okay? This is the number one structure of all private wealth in the world runs through this. If you're going to run a fund and raise money for thousands of people, be professional. Do what everyone else does. Have it buttoned up. Have it done the right way. And most people use the GPLP structure. 99% of all private capital in the world uses the GPLP structure. Following? Is that somewhat useful? Okay. I wanna make sure you kinda have that context going in. Now, can I take you back for a second? Okay, so I started my— I was— I got outta high school. I grew up in a normal kinda household in Salt Lake City, Utah. And I got outta high school. And I got outta high school. Very excited. I went on a church mission for 2 years. So I served a church mission for 2 years in Taiwan. I spoke Mandarin Chinese for 2 full years from ages essentially 19 to 21. I get home. I'm very excited to get into business and start working stuff. So you can share my screen here. I started 6 businesses my first 2 years of college. So I got home and I was like, all right, my first business, I'm going to start a Chinese tutoring business. So I started tutoring people and I was making okay money. I was making $30 an hour, $40 an hour tutoring kids. And then I hired a few other kids to help tutor with me. And quickly though, it was hard to scale a tutoring business. It was a lot of work, a lot of time, a lot of complaints or people or just clients or whatever. So I was like, ah, I gotta start another business. So I started another business. I did funnel building. I went on YouTube, I started looking at different types of businesses. I was like, hey, I'm gonna start building, if you've seen of like Russell Brunson, ClickFunnels funnel building. So I started building funnels. I'm like, that's so cool, I'm gonna build funnels. And then that led us into an online marketing agency. So we started to run Facebook ads and things for other people and we made a little bit of money doing this. I then did real estate wholesaling. I actually wholesaled 2 houses, again, in college my first 2 years. I made a little bit of money doing that. We had a business we were putting together, put a chip in a snowboard to track our progress. And anyways, all these businesses were okay. I'm sure you have tried a ton of different types of businesses. And I was trying all these businesses. And finally, my dad is like, hey, you should go meet with my business partner. This guy can really help you out. And I said, okay, I'll go meet with whoever. Sounds good. And again, my dad drives kind of an old crappy car. Nice, like nothing, we weren't poor, but we weren't rich either. We're kind of just middle. And I drive to this guy's house and I pull up and he lives in this huge mega mansion. Like I pull, I'm like, is this the right house? I'm like, this is my dad's business partner? He lives in this gorgeous home. I get out of my car. I walk over to the door. It's a massive door. I knock on this big door. And I'm like, I'm a little nervous. Like, who is this guy? He answers the door. Bridger, come on in. I walk into this guy's house. It is immaculate. He's got a full-court basketball court in the basement. He's got cars in the garage, a pool in the backyard. I mean, it's beautiful. We sit down. We start to chat. I tell him about my businesses, what I'm doing. I'm trying to like figure out what to major in college and what my career is going to look like. And he said, Bridger, when I was in my 20s, I was a lot like you. He goes, I was trying all different types of businesses, anything that was hot in the moment. But he goes, then I figured out the secrets of the rich, the secrets of the ultra-wealthy. He said, the ultra-wealthy families of the world, they do something way different with their kids. They're trying to send all of their kids to the best universities and they're trying to get them to work in investment funds like we just talked about. private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, or come back home and run the family fund or the family office. And he goes, this is the number one thing all these wealthy families do are pushing their kids into this because it's the best place to be. And he told me, he's like, Bridger, I first learned about funds, I didn't even know what a fund was, let alone building one. He goes, we started putting a fund together, me and your dad and others. He goes, at the time, he goes, we're managing around $8 billion of real estate in our funds. And I was blown away. To put that into perspective, that is 2 times bigger than Cardone Capital. You guys know Grant Cardone, Cardone Capital? At the time, they were 2 times bigger than Cardone Capital. Today, they're still, they're like 10 times bigger. And they've now retired and they have other people running things now. But I was like, holy crap, that's wild. And he goes, I learned about funds. He goes, it took me, he's like, it took me Years to figure this out, put this together. We finally started to fund and get going. And he goes, if I was you, I'd figure out how to get in the fund space. And so I told him, I said, hey, I would— can you mentor me? Can you teach me? I'd love to get your tutelage of how you did all this. I'll show up early. I'll stay late, whatever you need. He says, Bridger, go talk to your dad. Your dad knows way more about this than I do. I said, no, my dad's kind of poor. We're kind of broke. You're kind of rich. You live in a big house. I want to learn from you. And he said, Bridger, sorry to break it to you, but me and your dad make about the same amount of money. And I was like, huh? Come again? He said, yeah, Bridger, me and your dad are pretty much equal business partners on these businesses. I left the dude's house. I drove straight to my dad's house. I was like, Dad, what the heck? Like, what's going on? Like, why can't I order a soda at Chipotle because it's too expensive? You know, no dessert at dinners. Like we always, like we're saving money. Like what's going on? Like you're running these huge massive funds. Anyways, to make a long story short, my dad says, yeah, you know, I like to save and invest my money. My partner likes to spend his money. But yeah, we run these big investment funds. And so my dad, every Sunday night I go to his house and start to meet with him about building funds, how funds work, how you raise money, what gets an investor to invest versus not invest, how do you put the documents together, how do you, what licenses do you need? How do you do this business? And there's a funny thing about life. Anybody ever bought like a new car or at least new to you? And all of a sudden you start seeing that same car drive around everywhere. And it's like there's not magically just that new car appeared. It's just we started to pay attention to that type of car on the roads, right? The same thing was true for me about investment funds. The moment I started to learn about investment funds, I started to see it everywhere. Most of the Las Vegas Strip is owned by investment funds. Most of the buildings me and you walk in and have apartments in or whatever are owned by investment funds. A lot of the companies you see on the news and other things are actually owned by investment funds. Investment funds own pretty much everything on earth. And I was like, whoa, this is crazy. And so a few— this is about a year later. I started to work on. I was working a job. I'm in college. I'm working a job at another business. And we had this idea to start an investment fund. We started to think about what type of fund we could put together. Sorry, I don't share this yet. But I started to think about what type of fund I could do. And we had this idea, this business of we could actually do loans to people and put loans together. And we would do short-term loans or about $2,000 to $5,000. They last about 2 months and we could do these small loans. And so, I was like, I'm so excited. This is a great fund. I talked to my dad. My brother's an attorney. I'm like, let's put some documents together. We start putting together this small fund. I'm like, great. I'm so excited. And then I'm like, crap. How am I going to raise money? You know, I'm 22 years old. I got no college degree, no background, no whatever. Like, who's going to invest in me? And then I had a great idea. I was like, my dad would invest in me, right? And so I'm like, hey, I'm going to go pitch my dad for money. So I remember it was a late Sunday night. I went over to my dad's house. I was like, Dad, we got this great business. He was— and he honestly helped mentor me through. He knew what the business was. He loved it. And I was like, dude, Dad, do you want to be our first investor in this fund? And my dad kind of smiled and laughed and said, Bridger, I have the money to invest, but if I invest in your fund, it would ruin the experience of you raising money on your own. If I invest in your fund right now, this will be a crutch that you'll never be able to recover from. And he said no. And he kind of kicked me out and I left with my tail between my legs a little bit. And I said, all right, I'm going to go figure this out. And I spent the next few weeks talking to everybody I knew. I talked to, I mean, a former boss, a college professor, someone I grew up with. I talked to neighbors. I talked to friends. I talked to everybody about this fund I was doing. And I raised a whopping $49,500, like I said earlier. That sounds— it's probably the smallest fund to ever launch. But it was enough to get started. And I started this small little micro fund. We started doing these small short-term loans. And we actually had some good success. The loans were paying us back about every 2 months. We had a good way of doing it. That first group of investors got a 64% return on their money. We then dovetailed that into a second fund. That second fund, I raised about $850,000. And we would turn it 3 or 4 times a year. So, we're doing $2 to $3 million of loans a year. And they're all these short-term small loans. So I'm in my college dorm room. I have 200, at any given time, 200 loans out. And I'm calling, I'm doing collections, I'm working with people. And our investors got a 47% cash— 64% was first year, 47% cash-on-cash return, and then 36% cash-on-cash return the next year. And actually had a competitor come in and offer us money and bought out our entire fund. We actually sold and exited the business at, I think I was like 25 years old or something like that. And I was like, wow, you know, what an amazing business to be in. And I started really small. We then dovetailed that to other businesses. We've now launched Ugly Unicorn. Actually, I raised around $24 million of equity for that fund. Then we started Fund Launch Partners. We've raised over $60 million for that fund and we're still raising. And we're on the path, right? And then through Fund Launch Partners, our portfolio funds manage over $640 million of Aggregate portfolio AUM. We've been able to grow this. And then we started to like, hey, other people want to learn about this. I have such a unique background and story. So, I started to bring my dad and my brother and myself and others to teach and share what funds are, how they're put together, how do people raise money? Like what is happening with funds? And then Fund Launch started to balloon. We, during COVID just, we started to grow massively. We started to get customers and help them build their funds, put that together. We did events. We did live coaching. We did all sorts of cool stuff. And it put Fund Launch on the Inc. 5000 of fastest growing companies in America, which is pretty cool. You can clap that up. Pretty awesome. And we've been able to serve hundreds and hundreds of fund managers. It's been absolutely amazing and an incredible ride. Alright, so that brings me back to you and me. We're talking about funds. I talked about the structure of funds, right? How funds are put together. We're talking about building, you know, when I talk about institutional grade funds, You want to build them with an institutional quality to them. And that goes into, you know, a number of major buckets, right? And I'll kind of put it into 3 things here. I'm going to jump ahead a little. You guys cool if I jump ahead a little bit? Let's talk about capital raising for a second because this is kind of— it all dovetails with capital raising. So share my screen here now. It should be ready. What do you actually need to raise capital is the question. What do you actually need To go out and raise capital. Most people kind of think this. When you're looking at raising— anybody in market right now trying to raise capital or raise capital in the past? Type like a yes in the chat if that's you. If you've tried to raise money in the past or you're raising money right now. We're actively raising money. We've raised— Funnel Launch Partners, my partners, they're awesome dudes, have raised about $30 million this year so far. We're queuing up a bunch of people for a final close here at the end of the year for some more. But $30 million closed and signed. into our fund this year. So like huge kudos to them. We've tried all sorts of stuff with capital raising. The problem is with capital raising and how do you find the investors, most people think this. I'm going to go hire somebody. I'll hire an employee or a sales rep or a placement agent to help me do this, about $100,000 a year. Or I'll pay to pitch. We've done this a number of times. I've hired people. I've done pay to pitch. I've sponsored events. We've used expensive placement agents. Placement agents are essentially hired guns. They kind of put you in front of family offices or others. We've done CNBC, Fox News placements. Let's get some articles written about us. Let's get some stuff going. We've built beautiful websites and other things like, oh, that'll attract investors. And people do this and still don't raise money. Now these things are all fine. They're good things to probably do, but they don't actually move the needle. Can I get an amen in the chat from anybody that's also done this before? Because I've actually spent this type of money on, I think on, let's see, every single one of these. Yes, every single one of these we've done. Amen. And we've done some of them multiple times and they're okay. They've kind of moved the needle. They've kind of helped. What actually moves the money in, moves the needle in raising capital? So I've broken this down into 3 distinct things, 3 distinct buckets that we have seen move the needle. Okay? And I asked my dad this question. He kind of drew this scenario out for me. Okay? So I'm actually going to switch screens here for a second. and draw this out for you because I was asking my dad the same question. Like, Dad, no one's going to give me money. I'm young. I'm inexperienced. I'm not like, I'm not the guy. Like, you know, who's going to give me money? Money. I got to go work on Wall Street for 20 years, then they'll give me money. And my dad also said, he's like, you know, there's plenty of people that work on Wall Street for 20 years and still don't raise money and still don't launch their own firm. Like, there's no guarantee. What actually moved the needle? And he gave me this example. Let me draw it out for you. So, he said, Bridger, And I'll give you guys the same example. I call this the Lamborghini example. Okay? Lamborghini example. He goes, imagine we just got a phone call. There is a family, really wealthy family in Montana. Montana. Okay? They just had a death in the family, divorce, big blowup, whatever. Everyone's mad at each other. They have a car, a Lamborghini Aventador. Oh, nice. Okay? We have looked at it. We've had a mechanic look at it. It looks awesome. The car is in mint condition. Okay? They want to get rid of it. It was what, you know, dad used to cheat on mom with or whatever. They just hate the car. They want it gone, but the car is a good car. Okay? They're willing to sell it for $100,000 on Saturday at 2:00 PM. Cash. You got to have cash in hand. We've done some analysis. We think the car is minimum worth about $300,000, probably about up to $400,000. And we could probably sell in the next couple of weeks. Let's call it the next 1 to 2 weeks for that amount, you know, in Miami or wherever else. Okay? And this is a fake scenario, but go with me. All right? Go with me. This is the scenario my dad gave me. He said, Bridger, Could you, could you go find $100,000 right here to close on this deal by Saturday? And I was like, what do you mean? He's like, could you come? You can't use any of your own money. Could you find other people and put together $100,000 to do this deal? And I was like, well, okay. So, the car is in perfect condition. He's like, yep. Car is in perfect condition. We can sell it, fire sell it for $300 grand next week. Yep. Everything is true besides one variable: Can you raise a hundred grand? And I was like, I don't know. I've never done that before. I'm young. I'm expert. Then I started to think about it, and I was like, wait a sec, dude. If we do this, if we buy this for a hundred grand and we could sell it for three hundred grand in your scenario, that's a two hundred thousand dollar gain. That's crazy. $200,000 is a crazy amount of money. To me in college at 22 years old, I was like, and maybe I split it with the investor. You know, the investor puts in $100 grand. They take $100,000. I take $100,000. Okay. I'll make $100 grand in college in 2 weeks. And I really started to think about it. I was like, okay, this is a pretty good deal. Could I talk to somebody? Who could I talk to? Could I find a friend, a family member, an uncle, a neighbor, a former boss? Someone to do this with. And in the chat, what do you guys think? Could you find $100 grand by Saturday at 2:00 PM, cash in hand? And I started to think about it. I was like, you know what? I bet I wouldn't sleep for 3 days. But you know what? I'm hungry. I'm young. I bet I could do it. And I kind of told him like, yes. You guys in the chat, what do you think? Could you do it? I was like, you know what? I bet I could. I could just knock on doors. It's such a good— and then I was like, well, Come on, Dad. This is a fake scenario. Right? But yes, I was like, yeah, I could do this. But it's obviously, it's a fake scenario. This is so good of a deal. This deal is so juicy. Right? Like, yeah, I think I could do it on this fake deal. And he goes, aha, there it is. And I was like, what do you mean? And he goes, 3 minutes ago, you were telling me you're too young, you're inexperienced, no one believes in you. And all of a sudden, you're telling me you could raise $100,000 by Saturday at 2 PM if you had a good enough deal. And I was like, oh, interesting. If you have a good enough deal, people will underwrite the deal. And smart investors can just look at the deal. They can underwrite it themselves. And it actually tears away a lot of the things we just talked about a minute ago of what you actually need to raise capital. He goes, Bridger, deals like this don't exist as far as usually Lamborghinis or cars, but they do exist all the time. I'll put it over here. In business and in real estate. People are in foreclosure. They need loans. They whatever. And there are real estate deals that happen like this. Every week across the country, and if you can find one and be a part of it, I bet you could raise some money and do this. You just have to have a good enough deal. Is that kind of making sense, you guys? Can I get a capiche in the chat? Type capiche however you want to spell capiche. Okay. Okay. So back to this question: What do you actually need to raise capital? If you break down that little scenario, down that little scenario, just see if my screen will pull up here. Deals, structure, and network. What do I actually need to raise money? If you notice that example, I had a great deal. I had a structure. I was like, hey, let's just split the returns 50/50. And I had a network to go to, which was someone I grew up with, an uncle, someone, a sports coach growing up. Maybe it was a college professor, maybe a boss, someone I worked for before that I think is wealthy. Okay? Deals, structure, and network. Okay? And by the way, money loves speed. Money loves people who move fast, who take action. Okay? Write that in the chat for me if you can. Money loves speed. Okay? Money loves speed. So, when I look at these, let's break down each one of these. Now, let's look at deals. Okay? Where would a deal live? You know, we're looking at like, what could I do or you do? Again, we talked at the beginning, the number one category of businesses right now being sold, bought, and sold are small. $350,000 is the average price. When you have deals, you can actually go and tell people you're building a fund. You can go to broker sites to find some of these deals off market. You can go knock doors. How do I find that Lamborghini deal? Just start talking to people. Go to sites. Go find things off market. This is from Empire Flippers. These are websites that are live right now. You can go look at deals that are live and start calling on them. This is a lifestyle and health business. They usually keep the name private until you fill out their form. So this is A lifestyle and health business that's listed for $2.8 million. It's doing $75,000 a month. Oh, that's pretty interesting. You can call and get more details. See if it's worth your time to look at. Now, another thing, by the way, you're like, that seems like a lot of money. SBA, the Small Business Association, will give you loans up to $5 million to do small business acquisition. OK? Like, they will help you on this. So, you bring in investors and SBA and other people to raise money. That's part of your network piece, but it's huge. Here's another one. This is a Mathnasium. It is listed for $129,000. Gross revenue is $247,000 in a year. We have to see what the margins are, but you can fill out a contact form and start hopping on phone calls. This is in California and see what it's like. And I'm not telling you this is a good deal or bad deal. I'm just telling you, you can start getting in the habit of looking at deals. Here's another one. This is in Draper, Utah, real estate property, right? You can call Derek. Right here, you can see Derek's phone number. We could give Derek a call and just start practicing looking at deals, underwriting. If you're like, I don't know what questions to ask. Well, guess what? Call up Derek and just be, and just like understand you're not probably going to buy the first deal you look at, the 5th deal you look at, probably the 10th deal you look at. You're probably going to look at 50 to 100 deals before you buy one. So call Derek. Derek, you know, I'm setting up a fund right now. I'm putting money together. I'm looking at real estate. I'm kind of new to this space though. Can you? What should I be looking for? What kind of questions would you ask? And Derek will tell you, right? Oh, I you know I'm looking at this and here and the windows and the crack and the foundation, and and then you take what Derek taught you and you go to the next one. You just slowly start learning the game over time. And by the way, if you're like I'm not good at that, find a partner who is. Even better is find someone else who already does deals like this that you can talk to. Okay, deals. Okay, there are other people looking for your deals. You can type in angel groups. You know, go to Kansas City, find angel groups here that you can go and find. You can post on LinkedIn. This is Lincoln Archibald, my business partner, does not have a large social media following. Essentially posted, Fund Launch Partners, we're trying to deploy capital. Okay, we found deals through LinkedIn. This is me posting. I got over 395 comments on this post by posting about, hey, we're looking for deals. Now I have a social media following. Lincoln doesn't though. He's still got 22 comments. Okay? You can start posting, hey, I'm just looking for deals. I'm looking for deals in this space. Anybody interested? Okay? That's the deal side. Finding great deals helps you raise money much easier. The structure. How do I structure a good deal? You guys following? Money loves speed, right? Money loves speed. Structure it like what we just talked about a minute ago. Use the GPLP structure. Use— create the Bible, the general partner, the management company, the limited partnership. Create a fund structure. Investors know this structure. They like this structure. They're familiar with this structure. And this is the best structure to protect you and the investors from problems or lawsuits. This structure is so amazing because it protects both sides immensely. Okay? We also help you do this in Fund Launch and Fund Launch AI. Our whole system, Fund Launch Pro, is we help you build and structure your fund. I can share a little bit in a minute. This is what we do. Okay, with Fund Launch, when someone comes in to Fund Launch, actually I'll share briefly with you, we've built something pretty amazing here to help you go and build your fund. So if you're like trying to put together a deal, let's say you're doing real estate, you're trying to raise, you know, $5 million, I can type it in here. I can say, hey, I'm trying to buy a multifamily apartment complex. building in, what was that earlier? Draper, Utah, you know, raising $5 million. I can hit enter. And what this does, and this is part of our pro account, you have to be one of our members to have access to this. This analyses what are top multifamily funds that are raising $5 million doing in Draper, Utah, like that deal we looked at earlier. I'm using this deal right here, okay? What do they look like? What are kind of the best parameters around this? What would the legal docs look like for this? And we help design and build this fund with you. Okay? This is something we've— this is proprietary to us. This is our own software. We help build out and design your fund with you across the board. So you can see this is our agent bar on the left. It's helping think through your fund, how it's put together. You have your timeline here of everything that's put together, your terms and structure, your pitch deck, service providers, how you would launch. You can see our— we help you launch your fund. You have your legal gate formation, signing consultation, and you launch your full fund. We have a fund builder that helps think through the strategy of your fund. So this helps you think through what are the terms of your fund. When we talk about building institutional-grade funds, you want to do what's best practice. So if I look at fees and carry, you can look at management fees. Carried interest, fee step-down over years. And things are already set up, 3 years, 20% carry, 2% management fees. If you ever get stuck in here, if you're like, what's a fee offset rate? I don't know what that is. I can hit this little button over here on— sorry, it's still setting up my thing. I'm going to wait a second. I can hit this little button though, get insights, and it will actually teach and train me what is a fee offset rate. And help me better understand what are these. So I just clicked it here. What's a fee offset rate and what's optimal for Draper Utah Funds and what they're doing here? Does that kind of make sense? We'll come back to this more in a minute. But this is what we've built is to help you design and structure your fund in a very awesome way because most of us are like, dude, I got a great deal. I don't know how to structure it well. This is what we help you do. Okay? The market says here, this is what, you know, the market tells you to do. Gives you a bunch of context for your specific fund. Isn't that pretty slick? And then helps educate and inform the legal docs and everything else. Okay, I'll come back to our slides here. So that's what we do with Fund Launch AI, and that's proprietary to us only for our members. So we talked about deals, that's the structure, and then you go to your network. Okay, out to your network. Money loves speed. How do you go out to your network? Okay? Most people, again, try to hire somebody, pay to pitch, sponsor an event, use anything else but themselves, okay? And still don't raise money. I've done all these things, okay? People invest with others that they know, like, and trust. Okay? People invest with others they know, like, and trust. That sounds simple, but this is what we did with Funnel Launch Partners. And what we tried to do, I'll draw it briefly, was slowly expand the pool of people that knew, liked, and trusted us, especially on your first time raising money. Okay? Now, can you go out to random strangers? Yes. If your materials look good and you deliver some stuff, you can. Yes, you can go out to strangers. And actually, you can raise well from them, but still, it helps to have an intro. It helps to have a warm audience. So when I look at You know, let's call this you. There is a certain group of people around you that know, like, and trust you, right? And this is kind of your circle here. And if you bring in other business partners, they have circles around them. And some, maybe they overlap, but this is like a partner. They have people that know, like, and trust them. And you can start to introduce and bring groups together, right? This makes pretty obvious sense. You start to talk to people. Now, how do you engage these people? One of the best ways we've seen to do it is, well, I'll give a few examples. So you have your, and I'll put a big circle around this, this is kind of now you and your partners, people that know, like, and trust maybe all of you. How do you engage them? I love this thing. I heard it from a wise mentor. He's like, Bridger, if you go ask people for money, if you go pitch them for money, they will just generally give you advice. But if you go ask people for advice, they generally will give you money if they like it. If you're talking to people you know, like, and trust, go say, hey, we're trying to put some money together for this deal. Can I get your advice on what we're doing? Can I get some thoughts from you? Maybe can I run you through my pitch deck or can I get— I'd love for you to break it down for me. And what's crazy is if you do this the right way and you come prepared and have good materials and you like, they go, wow, actually, this is pretty good. Are you actually raising money? You're like, well, yeah, we're trying to put money together. Hey, you know what? I might be interested. Right? This is a great way to start warming up your eye and it doesn't hurt relationships. People love to give advice, and if they don't invest, it's like, hey, I got some good advice from this guy. Thank you. You know, it doesn't like ruin your relationship with other people, right? Now, I'm going to come back to this in a little bit about what we did. We started to bring in outside advisors, and there was a unique strategy that we did to kind of pull in, you know, different audiences. There's groups of wealthy people that already hang out together. There's these like pods of wealthy groups. They already go to the NFL game together. They hang out. They're friends. How do you insert yourself into those pods of people? Okay? We're going to come back to that in a minute as a little teaser, but this is how we went from raising, you know, with our group, we had raised like $2.8 million, something like that, from our group of people that knew, liked, and trust us. Once we started tapping into these other pods, On our Fund 1, we oversubscribed to $32 million. By the way, this first $2.8 million took us about 14 months. To raise the remaining $30 million took us about 2 months once we figured this out. And then on our Fund 2, we launched and raised an additional $30 million just earlier this year in about, I don't know, let's call it 4 months. Because we had learned how to tap into some of these pods in a different way. We'll come back to that in a second. All right. But I wanted to share a few other things. Is that cool? All right. Is this feeling good so far? What have you guys learned so far? Feeling all right? Now, what I would heavily lean on, especially with funds and fundraising, is your network. This sounds so interesting, but find great partners. There's 3 distinct buckets. In every type of fund. You have your expert investor, your fund manager, and your money raiser. If you're not good at one of these, find someone who is. Find great partners you can pull together to work with you. Does that sound like— it sounds obvious, but like start pulling in people that have different circles. This is why I love doing in-person events, okay? This is what we did with Funnel Launch Live number 1 in Las Vegas. This is my dad, my brother, and myself there. If you can't see, that is 1,200 people behind us. Wow. Had Funnel Launch Live number 1 in Las Vegas. That was 2022, I believe. 2021, 2022, I believe. We then did Funnel Launch Live number 2 in Miami. We had again about, I don't know, 1,500 to 2,000 people there. We had a huge stage. It was amazing. We taught investment funds, which was so cool. Amazing. We had Jim Rogers show up. He was an original founder on a huge Wall Street investment fund. Awesome guy. And then we did Funnel Launch Live number 3 in Orlando, Florida. Here we are again, about just under 2,000 people showed up to this event. It was amazing in person. There's something about meeting people in person, being together, shaking hands that is huge, okay? We've done other events. We just got off a cruise a few weeks ago with our Funnel Launch crew, which is amazing. This is one last year, we went to Spain, France, and Italy. Our one just barely was Cabo. We do events all through the year. We did a Hawaii event previously. We had our Whale Group, which is our top group here, which is pretty cool. You had to have a $10 million fund or above to join this group. It was pretty cool. That's awesome. This is our larger group with Black Card. This is our event at our office. So we actually have a full-court basketball gym downstairs right from me. And we have a bunch of people show up, a bunch of our pro members, and we actually talk and share funds in person. Many of these people end up doing deals together, talking to one another, helping one another out. It's just, it's really cool to be. There's something special about being in person, being unique. We went to Waste Management in Scottsdale, Arizona with our Whale Group as well. All here, okay? So with that, you guys cool if I share for a few minutes kind of some cool stuff we've been building? Is that cool with you guys? I wanna share something unique and something that is only truly unique to people that are live today right now, okay? And then I wanna get back to capital raising and answer some of your questions. We'll do Q&A. Does that sound fair? Do this for me. Type a yes in the chat if you're okay if I talk about for a few minutes what we've built, how we help people launch their funds, And then we're gonna go to capital raising, do Q&A, et cetera. Type a yes in the chat, and also I will, we haven't done any more giveaways. I'll do another, we haven't done a giveaway in a while, so let's do a giveaway, $100 in the chat to someone who types in yes, okay? You guys ready? Type in the chat, here we go. Let me, hold on, let me get my screen so you can actually see it so you know I'm not faking it here, okay? 5, there we go. 4, type yes. Yes. 3, 2, you can share my screen, there we go. 1. Okay, it's a little hard to stop. Let me get— let me stop it. Cindy Peach. Okay, Cindy Peach, you got $100 to Amazon or gift card, whatever you wanna do. Send me a message, bridger@fundlaunch.com. Send me a message, we'll go from there. Okay, this is what I wanna share with you. If you wanna build a fund and do this, It costs a lot of money. If you go look at Brightstar Law Group, they estimate it's $40,000 to $70,000 to set up a private equity fund. If you ask ChatGPT, it will tell you $50,000 to $100,000 to launch a fund. Doing and setting up this process is incredibly expensive. It's time-consuming. It usually takes about 6 months to set this up with a pretty large cost just to set up the legal docs. That's not even a guarantee of raising any money. That's just getting the pieces of paper organised to go build your fund. Okay? I'm going to skip through this, but again, we've helped people build all different types of funds. Multifamily real estate funds, oil and gas funds, sports gambling funds, commercial real estate funds, short-term rental funds, long-short trading funds, African food supply chain funds, forex trading funds, crypto funds, real estate funds, almond funds, debt consolidation funds, seller finance funds, startup investing funds, business acquisition funds. Single-family real estate funds, software industry roll-up funds, farming funds, shipping container arbitrage funds, Canadian funds, venture studio funds, competitor roll-up funds, hard money lending funds, and many, many more. Okay, we have helped all different types of funds. Okay, this is what we do. We do it primarily through Fund Launch with Fund Launch AI, and Fund Launch Pro is what we do it together with. So the old process of doing this, you would hire a lawyer. If you're trying to build a fund, you would hire a lawyer. It's called $10,000 to $30,000. Plus more, you hire a compliance team partner, a pitch deck designer, a website designer, event person, you know, you're spending in that range just to kind of get going, okay? And 6 to 8 months to fully launch your fund. And we thought there's got to be a better way to do this, okay? And are you guys cool if I share what we built? And again, we have something today that I have not shared with anybody else. You guys cool with this? Okay, we're gonna have some cool stuff I want to share with you guys, okay? So we thought this new way would be a lot better in Fund Launch. Yeah, sound good? Type a yes in the chat if that's cool if I share with you, okay? Today we're gonna talk about what we call Fund Launch Pro, okay? Fund Launch Pro. Now, I am nothing special, okay? I have just spent the last 10 years trial and error building and figuring all this out so I can share this with you, okay? I've spent about a decade working, building, and organizing funds all together to do this with You. Okay? And I've spent millions of dollars, literally millions of dollars and years building out this entire system to make building a fund faster and more cost-effective so that you can focus on what you do best, which is doing great deals and raising money. I like— can we just take care of all the annoying, boring work? Can we just make it faster, more cost-effective, and let more people play? Play in this game, okay? So I wanna share this cool offer with you guys today. By the way, this is only for people live today on October 15th. That's the right date, right? October 15th, 2026, all right? This is actually live. What we're gonna talk about today is Funnel Launch Pro, okay? Now, I cannot cram all this into the short time that we've been together, and I wanna go beyond today's call with you, okay? You know, in 60 minutes or 90 minutes, you can't change old habits. You can't change everything that people are doing. Okay, so I wanna go beyond today's call and help you implement this into your own business, okay? Put me— put my screen back up here. If you feel like a fund is a good fit for you, this is one of the craziest offers we've ever done, okay? With Fund Launch AI and what we do. So the first thing I wanna talk about is setting up your fund, the legal formation. With our process, with Fund Launch, we help you in our launch package do— with your full Fund Legal Canvas, you get the full custom fund built out. That means your limited partnership agreement, your private placement memorandums, your investment management agreement, Your operating agreements, your management company, your subscription docs, your Form Ds, EDGAR CIK codes. And we have high-quality law firms that we partner you with inside of the Fund Launch process. So you come into Fund Launch, we help build and design your fund with you. We partner you with great law firms. The cost is included. So everything we do together is included in the cost to go and build this fund with you. And we have attorneys that come in, they sign off, they work with you, answer questions. And launch your fund. These attorneys and these law firms love working with us because we prep and we have amazing clients like you guys that we work with. We prep so that when you come to the legal team, it saves them a ton of time. You know, usually lawyers bill by the hour, right? And that for funds, they'll bill $50,000 to $100,000 because most people don't know what funds are. What we do with you is we train you, educate you, coach you, work with you on your fund. We actually prepare the documents with you. We prep everything and then we send it over to a lawyer, and they do a final sign-off and review. And it's done for a fraction of the cost that the same law firm would spend on somebody else. Does that kind of make sense how we do this? Okay? I mentioned this earlier, how much it costs to do this. Again, this is from AI. You can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars building investment funds. Now, part of that programme is if you think back to high school, okay? If you're in high school and it was like, okay, here's all the legal documents. Great. We can do it. We can set it up for you. Here is— share the screen for me— a textbook. Here's the biology book. Go ahead. Read it. The final exam is at the end of the semester. See you later. Chances are you probably won't learn biology that well, right? It helps to have someone with you, right? It helps to have someone work with you in the process of building this out. I can give you the textbook, But it doesn't mean much without a teacher next to you. So we actually come through and have one-on-one calls with our advisors to help you do this, myself and our advisors in the process. These are real fund managers. These— we have speaking coaches, pitch deck advisors, capital raising experts, tax and audit advisors to help you design and create a great fund. Okay? For example, this is Jim Riggio. He actively runs a hedge fund right now, has 20 years experience, and then coaches or advises on the side. This is Ben Julius. He's a real estate manager, has over $250 million in assets, works with Canadian and US funds. Okay? This is Tanya. She's a personal development life coach. She's the author of Building the New. For people that feel like you're getting stuck, your team's getting stuck, she can help you through that. This is Dan Pearson. He does private equity, buying small businesses. He's transacted on many businesses, actively does deals, and coaches on the side in our community. Jeff Tiefenthaler actively runs a crypto fund, coaches on the side in our community. This is Dustin Gomez. He's an active real estate fund manager. He runs an 8-figure real estate fund, coaches on the side. Okay? Tom Coburn spent 20+ years on CBS and NBC. He's a public speaking coach that you get access to in the Fund Launch community. And I can go on and on. I'll kind of skip through these, but tax and legal advisors from the list here. Okay? So when you join, We don't just leave you alone with a textbook. You get advisors to work with you in all these asset classes to help you build and work on your fund. Pretty cool? Yeah. Okay, so this whole cost for the launch packages and the one-on-one with advisors is $25,000 to do all of this. Okay? So bring it in. Now we have a few other bonuses with you. Okay? So you get the launch package that covers all the legal, the setup, the cost, plus the advisors to help you through the process. With this, we help build you custom pitch decks inside of the program. Okay? We also have a private Slack community with all of our other members. These are real fund managers, investors, partners. They do deals all inside of Slack. We have over 1,800 members in the Slack community actively doing deals, talking with one another, sharing and meeting other people. For example, this is Tim. He has a unique deal in Qingdao, China. Okay. He has a project doing biotech and mixed-use real estate in China. He's looking for partners. So you get to meet with people that are, you know, doing big deals across the world. And hey, there might be a future partner for you in here. Okay. So again, you get the Fund Launch, the package, the LPA, the PPM, the bonuses, the calls with the advisors, and the community Slack channel for $25,000. It's all-encompassing and you guys can start today for $25,000. There's something very unique about meeting in person. I mentioned this earlier. So, when you join today, you also get to come to our next Salt Lake City event. You get to come to our hometown here. We're going to do skiing one day. It's going to be a 2-day event. It's in Salt Lake City, Utah. It's January 28th and 29th, 2027. So, kick the new year off. Isn't that crazy? It's almost 2027. We got to get moving. It's time to move. Okay? It's almost 2027. You can network and meet with other fund managers, come together, hang out. There's something special about being together all here. Okay? So again, you get the full Fund Launch package, calls with the advisors, the teachers to help you through this process, the community, and join us for— this is all our old crews here. You get to come and actually join us in Salt Lake City, Utah for $25,000. Additionally, we have weekly office hours. So sometimes it's like, hey, I don't want to work one-on-one with somebody. I want to join group coaching calls. When you join Funnel Launch, we have weekly office hours happening every week where our coaches and other groups go live. You can do group sessions. I do one every Wednesday, for example. You can hop on with me and work with our— we work live with other people. And there's almost a sense of sometimes when you see somebody else go through something, it helps train you. You know what I'm talking about? And so we do group coaching sessions together on weekly office hours along with one-on-one sessions as well to help get your fund up and running and launched. So you're gonna get the launch packages, the bonuses, the calls, the community, the next event in Salt Lake City, Utah, and weekly office hours. Now, we thought we wanna make this one of the coolest offers in Funnel Launch history if what we've done so far isn't enough. We were like, how can we make this absolutely insane, absolutely bonkers? Put me full screen for a second. So I wanted to, we wanna do something cool and kinda special. Again, this is just for you guys live today. Alright. 2 things. Number one is this. How many of you, well, actually let's do this first. I'm gonna go to my iPad here for a second. So I wanna share the history of kinda what we've done inside of Black Card. Let it load up for a second. So we launched— Launched. Hold on, don't share it quite yet. Hold on, let me cue it up. Okay, so we— not yet, hold on. All right, cue it up for me. Okay, so we launched in 2020, 2019 really, but 2020 is really— we came out with Black Card and our other kind of more coaching type of programs. Okay, it was about $10,000 to do this. We quickly— and it was really just, you know, we were kind of just putting this together with a small group of people. 2021, we started to add some coaches. We added content, pitch deck designs. We added one event for the year, okay? And we raised the price to $20,000. And this started to take off, okay? So we started to get hundreds of members joining Funnel Launch, okay? So we were, I mean, growing. This is again what put us on the Inc. 5000 was we were just growing rapidly. So we had started to have hundreds of members. join over this year. 2022, we added coaches, a few other things. We added partnerships, legal discounts. We then raised our price to $30,000. We threw 3 events in a year and we ran this. I think we've had, I don't know the exact number, but I'll just say in the hundreds. I think it's closer to thousands of people that have joined this program, which is pretty cool. Additionally, we were selling our courses and coaching. We've had over 5,000 people 5,000 people joined one of our courses as well, paid courses, to kind of learn this. This is more of the coaching side of things. So hundreds in there and then thousands here, not $5,000, just 5,000 people. Okay, this is 2024. Then last year, 2025, we added a bunch of other stuff. Fund Launch 360, capital raising events, stuff that I didn't even talk about today, partnerships, 4-phase programme, And we raised our price to about $35,000 to $54,000. We also introduced something we called Whale Group. Whale Group was a group you had to have a fund over $10 million to join minimum. Most funds were over $100 million and it was $75,000 to be a part of. And that's where I showed you in Hawaii, we had our whole group in Hawaii. We went to another event in Arizona. We did one in a cool cabin at this remote spot. We had helicopters fly us in. It was really, really cool. That's Whale Group. Okay? Now, 2026, you guys can see this okay, right? In 2026, we, well, I'll just add it on here. We then said, hey, this is amazing, but we gotta be, like, could we help move this much faster? And I showed you earlier, we spent, I think, over $1 million into development of Fund Launch AI. to build a full software system to support all of this stuff. Okay? Now, so far, this software system, we launched in June. We've kind of kept it in beta. This has been a beta launch, meaning we've had a few hundred users come on. We've had to work with it and launch and build their funds. And actually, we've seen a ton of success. So, we've seen a bunch of people launch, build their funds, Use this. It's made the process way more efficient. We are now today, and that's why I said this is special for today, what we're doing is taking this out of beta to full production. Okay? We are taking this to full production, and that's why you see the listed price of $25,000. And so the slides you're seeing today is from, you know, what we're doing is $25,000. To be full production. Okay? And we're going to be offering this. We're doing all this cool stuff that we had in 2025 with Black Card and other things for a cost of roughly, and you can variable, if you have partners or other things, it varies a little bit, but roughly $25,000. That's why I have it on the slides here. Now, for today, what I want to do for you guys is pretty cool. You get access for the last time to all the cool stuff in here. The stuff I talked about, the stuff I shared, the legal, the launching your fund, the coaches, the community, bringing people together, the event in Salt Lake City, the 4-phase process. You become a— you can become a legacy member, lifetime, okay? All these cool things in here. We said, hey, let's give people one last chance to join at the previous beta pricing that was June to now. before we raise prices and go back to full production, let's give people one last sense. Now, what's cool is we've updated all of our stuff. You're essentially getting the full production stuff, but for the previous price. And what was that previous price? I think I have a slide here, but I'll just draw it up here for you. That previous price is not $25,000. That previous price Is down to $12,000. Pretty awesome, yeah? So we're going to give you guys one last chance to join at the $12,000 price point to get, again, all your legal docs covered, access to the full software, the events, the community, the one-on-one coaching, the help from our advisors, the weekly office hours, the partnerships, all included inside of Fund Launch. Okay? For $12,000. And to make it even easier, what we've been doing in beta, because we just wanted people to come test it and use it, and we've seen such good results, we're now pushing it to production. We're going to drop this price down where you can join on a payment plan and start today for only $5K down. And then what it is, it's $5K and you can split it up over the next 11 months, over a year at $850. $50 a month. And what's cool is what we've done for beta people as well. So that's the payment plan option. That equals roughly $14,000. I think it's like $14,500, something like that total if you do the payment plan. But what we're going to do as well is at any moment, so if you come in, you join for $5K today, you'll get access to everything. Tomorrow, we start building your fund. We put together your decks. We start building everything. You hop on coaching calls. At any moment, if you're like, hey, I'm ready to launch, I want to move, I want to get started, you can just say, hey, I'll cancel this $850 and I'll pay the $12,000. And then you're trued up and you're ready to launch. So you could go even 10 months here and say, you know what? I'm ready to launch. I'll just pay the $12,000. I'm good to go. Okay? We'll honor that $12,000 as long as you pay up there. Does that kind of make sense? This is one of the best offers I think we've ever made in history. Okay, so again, next week prices are going up to $25,000. This offer expires Monday at midnight. Okay, so Monday at midnight, at midnight, this goes away and we are going to $25,000 on our production level scale. Okay, this is kind of your last chance to join this before Monday at midnight. Is that kind of making sense? Now, I'm going to go back to my slides here for a second. I wanted to do 2 other things to make this the craziest offer we've ever done, I think. I guess you guys can tell me. We thought to make this— Make this the best. So again, you get all this cool access. You can— let's see if my screen loads here. The launch package, the LPA, the PPM, the bonuses, the one-on-one calls with the advisors, build your pitch decks, the community, the event, and weekly office hours. To build this and make this one of the coolest offers for people who join live right now, who put $5,000 down. I, you know, I've worked with Whale Group people, $75,000 to work with us and come to our events and stuff. What we're going to do today is you can actually work with me one-on-one. So for people that join live right now, a fast action bonus. I want to work with people who take action when they see something good in front of them. They know they want to move. Okay? If you join right now, you can hop on a one-on-one call with me and I will actually help you. I'll be your first coach to walk you through the process. Only for people that join live Right now on this webinar in the next few minutes for five grand down. Okay, who again? Who is Bridger Pennington? We've raised. I've raised eighty four million of equity. Our portfolio has six hundred forty million. We've launched five different funds under three platforms, seventeen portfolio funds, hundreds of limited partners. We've done just under fifty million of revenue. We're on the Inc. Five Thousand of fast growing companies in America. Utah's Fast Fifty. I did this actually with Alex Hormozi. This is before Alex got famous when he was selling his first company. We went boating together in Bear Lake, and he was actually. We kind of traded coaching. He coached me on something and I coached him on funds. And actually was the basis of what they built into acquisition.com, which essentially is a private equity firm, which is pretty cool. And again, I had to get my— I was trying to get my muscles ready, but Alex is pretty jacked. It's hard to beat him. That's Mason, my co-founder. That's my dad. That's Alex's friend. We were in Bear Lake together at our— and that's our boat that we took him out on, which was pretty fun, okay? This is what we did for him. So what we're gonna do for the first 5 people who sign up today, I will do a one-on-one, 1-hour call with you, no extra charge. This is a bonus. fast action bonus for people who take action in the next few minutes when I drop the link. Okay? Sound good? So, and again, instead of $25 grand, it is $5K down there. Now in my time in business, I've noticed people are good at one of two things. They're either good at excuses or results. You can't have both. Okay? What I'm— I am committed to get results. That's why people pay us thousands of dollars. We've done this with over 400 funds we've launched. We've had thousands of members come through and build and design and help and build community and do all their things with their funds. Okay, this is what we want to do for you. So again, you get the full launch package, the LPA, the PPM, the lawyers. We— that includes the cost for your legal team. Okay, that includes all of it here. You can start today for $5K down. I'm going to change that down there. You start today for $5K down. Bonuses: one-on-one call with advisors, build inside the Fonch AI, Custom pitch decks, the community Slack channel. Join us on the next event, not the Cabo cruise. Join us in Salt Lake City. Weekly office hours, one-on-one call with Bridger, and what we're doing here. Now, I wanna do something else to make this even stupid easy. What we call going to the crazy zone, okay? If you're still on the fence, if you're like, hey, I'm a maybe, I might do this, I might not do this, I wanna do something called the better than money-back guarantee. Better than money-back guarantee. What does that mean? Okay? Most offers have 100% risk on the client, 0% risk on the company. Meaning you're like, I'm risking $5,000 to see if this will work out. And Bridger has no risk besides a little bit, I got to take an hour call and work with you and give some of my things. What if I put some risk on the table? Okay? What if I raise the stakes a little bit? I call this the better than money-back guarantee. For people that join today, Okay? People that joined today, I will do this for you. I want to flip this. Here's the deal. If you log into the platform every day for the next 60 days and spend at least 5 minutes, because we can track that, we can see if you log in or not. You got to just spend 5 minutes a day because I am so confident in what we've done. If you just use it, I believe you'll feel like this is well worth your time. But in the scenario, you do this for 60 days. And you're like, I don't feel like it's worth my time. I will refund your money completely and I will pay you $5,000 for your time. So today you put down 5 grand. If you do this every day for the next 60 days and feel like it wasn't worth your money, wasn't worth your time, wasn't whatever, I will give you 5 grand plus 5 grand in my own pocket. That's how confident I am in this. Okay? And I'm doing the math here. 5 minutes a day times 60 days, that's 5 hours. I'm paying you $1,000 an hour to come try this out. That's how confident I am in what we've built. Because I've done this for now 6 and a half years. I've seen hundreds of entrepreneurs. I know what we've built is amazing. That's why I'm so confident in this. Like, it's a win-win scenario for you. The better than money-back guarantee. Okay? So again, in just a second, I'm gonna drop the link. You can join today for $5K down, and then it's $850 a month, or at any time you can upsell to $12 grand. We have the full fund legal canvas, LPA, PPM. The bonus is one-on-one call with advisors, building funds inside of Fund Launch AI, custom pitch decks, community Slack channel, the Salt Lake City event, we're gonna go skiing, weekly office hours, one-on-one call with Bridger, and the better-than-money-back guarantee for people who join today for the first time. First 5 people who join today, you get the one-on-one calls with me. The money-back guarantee is for anyone who joins, okay? So I showed this earlier. You can come and design and build your fund. It'll walk you through. You're gonna do your onboarding first. So right here, you're gonna click. We're gonna go in and you're actually gonna onboard with Maddie Dallimore. You'll click right here. You can actually book a call with her, and she will help onboard you to this whole thing. If I go back to my roadmap, We're going to then work on your team. So start building out your team. It's going to help you think through and build your team with you. This is all proprietary to us. We spent over $1 million building this to make it excellent for you. You're going to work with your first advisor. You'll be assigned an advisor. You hop on and they're going to start working with your fund. Okay? Again, pro.fundlaunch.com. You'll see it at the bottom of the screen here. pro.fundlaunch.com and you can join office hours. We'll then work on your strategy and market. We're going to build out your whole fund, how it's going to be put in the marketplace, how— what's the strategy behind it? We're going to work on your terms and structure. So what are your terms? You can have an advisor call, join office hours, and you actually, if you click on these cards, it actually brings you to the part of the fund builder, the terms and structure. Let's look at your size and structure of your fund. What's your, are you doing an open-ended or closed-ended fund? What's your fund size? And again, if you don't know these, your advisor, your coaches, myself can help you think through these or our pretty amazing software system can help you as well to think through and build out your fund. You're going to continue through terms and structure. You're going to work on fundraising and investors. We're going to actually design your pitch deck with you. So if you click into here, we actually have a full website and builder here, right here. Let's just do pro.fundlaunch.com on that and you can make it cleaner there. But we'll— you'll see like the name of my fund. This is my pitch deck right here. I can use this. I can actually download this. I can make it. I can preview this as my full website. You can see I can change the name to, you know, Pennington Fund 1. This cross-references and updates across the entire platform. So anytime you change one thing, it changes everything else. Your advisors will be able to see this and work with you. I can change themes here. Here's some different themes of my fund. I also can make custom themes. So I can go right here and say generate my own theme. And I can make custom pitch decks here for my fund. Again, it takes in my terms, my target IRR, my management fee, everything inside of my fund here. And I can use this as a pitch deck if you'd like. You also can do other pitch decks outside of here. This all gets put together into your legal docs. Your legal docs get organised. We then— let me come back to the roadmap here actually. We work on your pitch deck. We work with service providers. So we have a number of service providers in the platform. So if you need help with tax, legal, accounting, We have all these service providers in here. Cherry Becker does a really great job with tax and accounting. Carta does a great job with fund administration. Others that you can actually use, and many of them give massive discounts for Fund Launch members. For example, Carta will give you $10,000 a year off your first year if you join through Fund Launch's portal. We have a partnership with Carta, for example. In here, we have our courses and education. So you come and actually look at what is— these are, you know, excellent fund managers here that all have done courses. These are filmed to a— for example, here's Neal Bawa. This guy's raised over $1 billion for real estate and he actually teaches how he raises money. So you can go through the full video course inside of here as well. We have tutorials and if you're ready to go, you actually can partner with us at Fund Launch Partners. You can come apply. This is our GP staking fund. We're looking for good fund managers. You can hit applications here and actually come and apply. Your fund to work with us, okay? All inside of the platform here. Okay, let's go back. So it's pro.fundlaunch.com. You'll see at the bottom of your screen there. Open up Chrome, Safari, and by the way, I'll take questions now. Drop any questions you have down below. Let's see here, where'd I go here? So this is what the landing page will look like. You guys can come join right now. Again, to reiterate, We are doing the full launch package. Okay, so you get the full legal canvas, LPA, PPM, and quality law firms that come and launch your fund. This is included in your package. You're going to spend this money anyways with a law firm to just launch your fund. You might as well also get one-on-one calls with advisors, the full software stack, custom pitch decks, a community Slack channel. In-person events, come hang out with me and our team of people that have built funds. Office hours, one-on-one call with me to help you, and a better-than-money-back guarantee. Okay? If you, I'll share it one more time here if you missed it. But if you log into the platform every day for the next 60 days and spend at least 5 minutes and don't feel like it was worth your time, okay, we will refund your money. And I will pay you $5,000 for your time. That's how confident I am in what we've built, okay, to help you go and achieve this. Now, let's talk about this for a second as well. You can build a small fund here. What's cool about this is you can do this on just buying a small business, on your next real estate deal. You know, you could put together, we talked about earlier, those smaller deals that are $100 grand, $200 grand. You can put together a few hundred thousand dollars with this system. To go buy your first deal and get moving, get traction. Sometimes it's hard to think of this big, huge new thing you're going to start. What I try to be very good at is like, let's get— let's go baby steps. Let's get one thing and let's just start getting momentum. Little things turn into big things later, but you got to have the little things first. So today what I'm saying is we've made an offer that's very palpable, like probably one of the best offers we've ever made at $5K down, which is just wild. To get you baby steps to get your first deal done and get moving. Now you might ask, well, Bridger, I don't have a deal ready to go. Well, that's okay. Our advisors and coaches and community help find deals. So if you're like, I don't know where to do this, if you actually come into— let me go out of here for a second— into the community piece, which is in Slack, we actually have a full deals channel. You can see here, this is as of today. Hey, I have— we have a 1031 buyer with $37 million in equity to deploy. Their criteria is this. Anybody want, you know, to talk and already— oh, there's Percy. I talked about him earlier. Hey, we have some portfolio projects. So this is an investor that needs to buy real estate. Does anybody want to talk to him? It's like, yeah, I'd love to talk to that guy. Hey, Black Mirror, I'm looking for a connect with VC funds. You know, people, hey, I have an active deal right here. Like, this is where you can come and find deals, meet with other people, and see what, like, what is going on. Okay, um, such a cool thing that goes on in the community is like you can come find deals. Um, I'll also add, back to me, when I start— when I started to learn about funds, I started to see opportunities where funds would fit, but I had to learn first. One of the cool things about Fund Launch is you can take your time. You can join today and maybe you don't even, you just come and learn, listen to the office hours. You come in here like, hey, I want to go through this course right here. I want to listen to how other people build their funds. This guy spun out of Bridgewater and made his own hedge fund. And you guys can hear from him on like how he built out his whole hedge fund. And then what's interesting, once you start getting into the space, opportunities will open up to you. It's kind of like walking through fog a little bit. It's like you have to walk through fog and then you always can see 10 steps ahead or 15 steps ahead as you walk. And what you can do here is join, get in for an amazing deal, come start educating and learning and using this stuff today. Now, I'll also add, this is not for everybody. Building a fund, raising money is not for everybody. This is not for everybody. If you are someone who has a propensity to lie or cheat or someone that's not good at managing money, you should not do this. Fund launch and building funds is for people who are number one, sharp. They, they go after— when they see a good thing, they go after it. They can manage money well. They probably already manage their personal finances well because if you're going to manage other people's money, you probably should be managing your money good. They're sharp. They can connect with people well. They can find deals. But you don't have to be perfect. You don't need to be working on Wall Street. You don't have to work from an Ivy League school. You don't have to have some perfect pedigree. You don't have to look a certain way. We've had people from every walk and form of life. These are good people who have good ideas and good deals in front of them. They've never had the chance to scale those ideas because they just— it's just way too complex to put together. What I'm showing you right now is this is a simple, straightforward way That you can go build and put something together in a in a pretty effective way. I wanted to share this quote. I love this quote from Jeff Bezos. Okay, Jeff Bezos, I think, is one of the greatest entrepreneurs of our time. I love his interviews back in the early 2000s. Amazon stock was up and down. It was not profitable. He was worth two billion dollars and driving a Honda Accord. And people were like, why are you driving a Honda? He's like, ah, I like the car. I don't know. He's on a CNBC interview. Like, dude, you're worth $2 billion. Why are you driving a Honda? I don't know. He's like, I like it. He's just this nerdy guy. Like anyways, and now Jeff Bezos is done. He's like now all jacked and ripped. He's on peptides and stuff. But I love this quote from Jeff Bezos. Okay? Outside returns often come from betting against conventional wisdom. And conventional wisdom is usually right. Given a 10% chance of a 100 times payoff, You should take that bet every time, but you're still going to be wrong 9 times out of 10. We all know that if you swing for the fences, you're going to strike out a lot, but you're also going to hit some home runs. The difference between baseball and business, however, is that baseball has a trounced outcome distribution. When you swing, no matter how well you connect with the ball, the most runs you can get is 4. In business, every once in a while when you step up to the plate, You can score 1,000 runs. This long-tail distribution of returns is why it's so important to be bold. Big winners pay for so many experiments. Man, what an excellent point of swinging the bat. I think entrepreneurship is all about swinging the bat and swinging hard. Many people, myself included, do half swings and we kind of like, I don't know if I'll do it on the side or I'll kind of half swing. Jeff Bezos is like, swing the bat, get moving. And if there's an opportunity for a 10x return on something, swing every time. And you might strike out 9 times out of 10, but that one time you hit it will be well worth it because you can score 1,000 runs in business. It's not limited. Again, pro.funlaunch.com down below. You can join for $5,000 down today and get going. Okay? Let's answer a few questions for a second here. Maybe don't share my screen for a second. Thank you. Let's do this. What questions can I answer here? Do you get a discount if you paid for Funnel Academy already? This is, we think, already very, very discounted. So, David, you can message our team and see if we've had something before with you, but this offer is pretty incredible because we're going to $25,000 next week. So. I'd probably say no, but send our team a message and we can see what we can do for you. I have met with Maddie. She's amazing. You should definitely book a call with her. Yeah, Maddie is awesome. She is absolutely amazing. I'm not a US resident. Does this work for me? It can. So we specialise in US-domiciled funds, but you can live out of the country. So we have some people that live in the UK or Spain or Canada, but they set up US-based funds. That happens all the time. The United States is the largest capital markets in the world and most funds set up in the United States, they follow the United States process so they can raise money well. And you can do that as a foreign citizen to the United States. Yep. Yeah, what's up? I'm in Bridger. Kenley, welcome in. Yeah, let's have our call. Let's do it. Maddie will get you onboarded first. Let's make sure you got everything and then we'll do our call. You know, we can either meet tomorrow or we can do early next week. Yeah, can you email the? Oh yeah, the marketing flyer. Do go to pro.funlaunch.com. That'll have the full the full breakdown. Yep, pro.funlaunch.com. Pretty awesome. Would you help us raise money or just prepping the structure? So two things on raising money. Let me share my screen. So inside of what we do, we help build you a structure. That is very conducive to raising money. Okay, so we help build a really great structure. We help build your pitch deck. You can see here, we set you up with service providers and help you make a great structure. Now, do I go raise money for you? No. Okay, I cannot go raise money for you in this process, but I can put you in a great position to raise money. We have money-raising coaches. We have others. We also have built Fund Launch Partners. Fund Launch partners here, our average check size is about $1 to $5 million that we invest into our favourite funds that we can find. Some of them come from Fund Launch, some of them come outside of Fund Launch, but our favourite funds. And we've done, I think, 17 deals so far. We just looked at 2 more yesterday that we're looking to do. So that's part of our process. But so no, I don't raise money for you directly. I'm not a placement agent. I'm not a broker-dealer. You have to have a special licence to do that. But we do put you in a good position to raise money. Yeah, good questions. What are the questions you guys have? Drop them in the chat. Great questions. Are there other fees after the $25K fee? Yeah, good question. So inside of a fund, let me go back to this timeline. It's pretty useful actually. So look at this timeline here. This is kind of your timeline of building your fund. So, the $25K, now $12K, now $5K to start gets you access to all this stuff, gets you to legal, building your fund formation, and filing your Form D. Now, once you file your Form D, as you run your fund, you'll need— there's costs for every year you got to update your filings, every year you got to do insurance and other things, but those are paid for by the fund. So all the expenses that you would have post-launch once you've raised your fund, the fund just pays for those. The fund pays for the taxes, the fund pays for the accounting, the fund pays for those things. So this cost gets you pretty much everything you need to launch. Sometimes there's a few little nuances that are usually pretty minimal, but it covers pretty much everything to launch your fund. So yeah, it's all-encompassing. We're called Fund Launch for a reason. That's what we do. We help people launch funds. All right, let's go to more questions here. Yeah, pro.fundlaunch.com. Yep. If a person is an investor and wants to do crypto, stocks, futures, and forex, can they make it into one hedge fund? So a few things, Jay, on hedge funds. If you're going to do futures, You have to now file under the Commodity Futures Trade Commission. And so futures is one that is regulated by the CFTC, and they're most likely going to want to make you a commodity pool operator. OK? So you can do it. We have a partner that does it inside of Fund Launch, usually for an extra fee. It's really, it's quite encompassing. So if you want to do the futures piece and trade futures, The total cost is roughly about $30,000. It's quite, it's, you have to register with them, become a commodity pool operator, get licensed, and then you could trade futures. Now the other ones, crypto, stock, stocks, more straightforward, just normal hedge fund that would cover the cost of today. That'd be normal. Forex depends on if you're doing leverage or not. So it all depends on the leverage. Yep. I was wondering about the licensing aspect. Yeah. How can I raise funds without having a license? Great question. So what licenses will you or will you not need to raise a fund? I just mentioned, so if you're doing, let's do this. I'm gonna change my screen here. Give me a second. Yeah, what licenses do you need? What's cool, just in short, sorry, I'm missing my cord here. In short, many fund managers actually don't need a licence, surprisingly enough, because there's all these exemptions. That allow fund managers to— Which is pretty cool. So, I'll just give you a sense. Now, don't take this as— this is not tax or legal advice, okay? This is my disclaimer. But if you look at regulation here, the least regulated is venture capital. If you're doing a venture capital fund, you almost never need a license unless it's very large or doing certain things, which is pretty cool. Real estate funds, You usually don't need licenses as well. When you do debt or private credit, sometimes you need a license. Private equity, sometimes you need a license. And hedge funds, sometimes you need a license. So what is— what depends? What does that mean? So here are the things that you would may or may not need licenses with. Okay. The 2 concerns here is size. Oh, what the— size. Let me just do this highlighter. Let's do undo. There we go. Okay, so the two concerns here. Gosh, I gotta make things smaller. There we go. If you're under 150 million AUM, or if you're over 150 million AUM, you it changes where you're at. If you're over 150, you files an RIA, and that's with the SEC. And most likely, you would need a Series 65 license. That's pretty much the only license you need, which is pretty cool. If you're under $150,000, you file with the state and every state's a little bit different, but many of them don't require a license. But if they do, they usually require a Series 65 license. This is the same license that a wealth manager would get to have there. Now, they also created this cool thing called an ERA. It's called an exempt reporting advisor. If you're between $25 million and $50 million, you don't need a license. Isn't that kind of cool? Many states as well have their own ERA exemption, and you can run your fund without a license if you're under $150 million. And generally, if you get over $150 million, they want you to have a license, and that would be a Series 65 license. So for most of, you know, most first-time funds are less than $150 million, And many of them don't need licenses, which is pretty cool. And if you do need a license, you study for a few weeks, you take a test. It's not, it's not too crazy to get a license. It's not that hard. The one thing I mentioned earlier is if you're doing anything in the CFTC, Commodities Futures Trading Commission, you will most likely need a license. That was the one caveat. And you have to be registered as a commodity pool operator. So a little more intense. And it's roughly the cost jumps, it's like plus $30,000. And that's from our partners giving us discounts. It's usually like $50,000 to $70,000. So it's quite extensive. If you're going to do like a hedge fund that's trading futures with leverage, they want you to be licensed. And rightfully so, you can lose a lot of money trading futures with leverage. Right? So that'd be the one caveat. Hopefully, that's useful. Okay, licensing. I have funding sources. Can I offer that? You're saying to the community or to, I guess, to what? If you're, once you're in the community, we have a lot of people that share stuff and we kind of keep it open. We're like, hey, if you have good connections, funding opportunities, whatever, like share it with the community. If you have events we should go to, we try to keep it pretty tight in the community. That's why we do events to keep everyone together. Is this the setup for one fund? Yes. So Cindy, this cost today covers one fund setup. If you want to come back later, you can go through it again and set up a second fund. We usually do a discounted rate for your second fund if you want to do 2 funds. Okay. Good questions, y'all. If I missed your question, maybe drop it again for if, you know, I just, I only see my chat here. So if I missed your question, drop it again. Right now you can join at pro.funlaunch.com. Again, if— for the people that joined today, welcome in, by the way. If you guys joined, welcome in. I'm excited to meet with you. If you hopped on just a few minutes late, this is what you get. So you get access to the full Fund Legal Canvas. Oh, I'm on the wrong one. My bad. Give me a second. You get access to the fund lease. There it is. That's the LPA, the PPM, 13 other documents that go through legal. We have one-on-one calls with advisors. You get to build inside of the software piece, Fund Launch AI. You get custom pitch decks, the community Slack channels, the Salt Lake City event. Here we're gonna go skiing and hang out for 2 days in our offices here at Salt Lake City, Utah with all of our people. We usually have about 100 to 200 people show up. It's really— anyways, quite fun. We do breakout sessions and groups. We have our coaches come in. It's very fun. It's quite— I just noticed with events, oftentimes you can move your whole business way faster when you just like for 2 days, you fly somewhere with your business partners and like work on something together. I've had that happen a ton with our businesses, me and Mason and others. We've flown to an event. We like on the flight, we're talking about stuff. We get there. We like talk about stuff. We work with coaches in person. We work on stuff. And like it feels like you can move 6 months of time in 2 days. You know what I'm talking about? That's why I like doing in-person events. Salt Lake City is our next one at the end of the month or end of January. We have a one-on-one call with me just for people who fast act at the fast action bonus today, and then a better than money-back guarantee, which was, let's see if we go back here, okay? So that's the one-on-one call with me. You guys can join. Again, I've done some decently good things in business so far. We've had a lot of success launching our funds, running our portfolio funds, hundreds of limited partners. We are on the Inc. 5000 of fast-growing companies in America. I did this with Alex Hormozi. We've done this over 6 years. We've been building this. It's not some brand new thing, okay? For the first 5 people who sign up today, I will do a one-on-one, 1-hour call with you, no extra charge, okay, for this. You can have results or excuses. I'll share one more thing though, is the kind of the crazy thing we're doing. Eventually, we're going to the crazy zone. If you're still on the fence, The better than money back guarantee. So most offers have 100% risk on the client, 0% risk on the company. I wanted to flip that. So for today, if so, if you when you sign up today, you log into the platform every day for the next 60 days and spend at least five minutes, and you don't feel like it was worth your time. If you're like, "Hey, I did this. I did the process. I did the thing with Bridger. I hopped on the calls, and it's I just." Wasn't worth my time, which I think is very doubtful. But let's say it is. OK? We will refund all of your money. So, 2 months. That's really 2 months of time. You get to play and just work on stuff. We— I will give you all of your money back. Plus, I will pay you $5,000 for the time wasted if you felt like it was a waste of time. OK? That's why I call this the better than money-back guarantee. I will refund all the money you've given us, and I'll pay you $5,000 for your time. If you if you add that up, that's five minutes a day times sixty days. That's that's roughly five hours, and actually it's exactly five hours. So I will pay you a thousand dollars an hour. That's how confident I am in this program, what we do and what we build. Okay, and you can join today for five k. On Monday night at midnight, it goes up to twenty five thousand dollars, and this is the last chance. We're doing this live today on October fifteenth. I'm not. This is not a BS thing. You guys have seen me on here before. We are going back to our, we're going into full production mode. We're getting out of beta testing. We're going to full production and we're going to $25,000. Actually, yeah, $25,000 to $30,000 depending on how many partners they have and other things. And so this is your last chance to join before prices go up Monday at midnight. Monday at midnight, we're putting prices back up. Okay? Now, Yeah. If, so again, pro.funnellaunch.com. If you're on the fence and you would like to talk to somebody, again, for people that joined today, you get the one-on-one call with me. But if you're like, hey, Bridger's not that good looking, I don't want to meet with Bridger, I want to wait or talk to somebody, that's totally fine. You can book a call with our team. So we're going to drop it in the chat right here. If you want to talk to one of our team members, you can book a call. I would book it today or tomorrow or Monday at the latest, Monday at midnight this all goes away. So Monday, today, tomorrow, or Monday, book a call. You can talk to our team. They can answer questions for you, see if you're the right fit, and go from there. So we'll drop, for people that buy today, you get the one-on-one call with me. But if you want to wait, you can. But Monday at midnight is the drop-dead deadline for this offer, $5K down. And this is, again, go to pro.funlaunch.com is the website here. Awesome. You can see all the details of what we're doing. You can see it. You can see my screen. Yep. How your fund is going to be built out, how to be put together. You can hit Join Pro and ta-da, right here. You can use Apple Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, whatever. And then you will get— so right after this, you're going to get access to the software and we will book a call with Maddie. You'll be right into Fund Launch AI. You can start working and building out your fund. You can start going through the course, the community, the training. You can add partners to your account, which is kind of cool. So we're going to be changing this on Monday as well. But for now, you can go actually workspace and you can add— I can invite members. So if you have a business partner, they can work on your stuff together. So get you and your other 2 business partners together. All of you can start building out your fund and everything syncs together on one platform, right? So they would come in and fix operations reporting. You work on the legal and compliance section here and help put stuff together for them. Isn't that kind of slick? So you can bring partners in. You'll do your— you'll join the roadmap here. You do your onboarding first. Once you're done, you'll hit checkmark and then you'll move on to team and track record. But yeah, onboarding will onboard you with Maddie right here. In the next few days, you'll be able to meet with her and get going. Sound good? Pretty sweet. And you'll see all the links. Everything's linked in here. We had to build a proprietary— nothing like this existed before. We spent over $1 million building this, building the team, the process, the office hours, the service providers, the events. You can see the event here, January 20th and 29th. You can come actually register for the event here, see all the details of what we're doing, and you can join the community up here as well. You can join us on Slack and then follow us on social media, but Slack is our main hub for social media or for our community, okay? All inside of our proprietary software. So again, pro.fundlaunch.com or book a call down below. What other questions do you guys have? What can I answer for you? Sai, do limited partners have to be accredited investors? Depends on the fund you're doing, but in most cases, yes. It's way better. I'll just say it blankly. There are some funds you can do a Reg A or a Reg CF fund. You can raise from non-accredited investors, but They are quite cumbersome to run and build and launch. I've seen the best funds raised from accredited investors or above, accredited or qualified clients or qualified purchasers. Does a GP partnership work as a 3-person structure, one for deals, one for raising, one for strategy? Yeah, that works great. Or is the last leg really not able to stand on? You know, in a small firm, everybody's helping with everything is the real truth. You give people kind of silos, which works. Like, hey, you're working on deals, you're working on operations, you're working on raising money. But in reality, all the partners are helping raise money. All the partners are looking at deals. All the partners are making operations better. Now there's someone that's over each piece, but the best businesses I've seen, everybody helps each other. But yes, that's— no, 3 people is excellent. That's how we kind of launched Fun Launch Partners and it worked really well. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions to that. I have a Wyoming LLC, maybe this helps. Looking to have a real estate fund to acquire hotels in Latin America. Very cool. Yeah, I usually, we can use existing entities when you're into the legal part or we can build new entities. Building entities takes, you know, a day. It's pretty simple. So either way works. And we've had a number of groups do, yeah, they set up a fund and they go buy hotels in Latin America or do resorts or do whatever. Yeah, that can totally happen. Yeah. Do I need to be a credit investor? No, actually. So you can run a fund and if you're not a credit investor as well, they give you an owner, they call it the owner's exemption. What's the best approach when trying to persuade people to invest in your fund? Yeah, let's talk about cap raising for a second. I'm going to come back to that one in one second. Are there prerequisites for this program? Is there a better than money-back guarantee offer documented? Yeah, it should be on the website, the better than money-back guarantee. You can even screenshot it if you'd like to make sure, but yeah, it should be documented on that pro.fundlaunch.com website. How quickly can you create a real estate fund? You know, if you come in and know what you want to do, we've had people build their whole fund in like 2 weeks. So they come in, they start working on it, they hop on the calls. I mean, 2, 3 weeks, we can, we can have the whole thing built, put together if you know what you want. Now some people come in and they don't know what they want, which is totally fine. We work with people usually over a few months. They hop on a call, they come to the event, and it takes them, sometimes it takes people 6 months. That's totally fine. You get access to this all for All for free. Once you're in, it's yours. And so some people it's 8 months, some people it's a year. But you'd rather build it right once than build it wrong really fast. We can do both though. We can do it in 2 weeks. We can do it in a year, in 12 months. Both work. I want to just build it the right way, make sure it's compliant and done correctly. And for some people, they got to come in and learn everything. So they got to learn all the stuff and help like, how do I do this? How do I put this together? And then they can build a proper fund, which I think is a great way to go about it. Let me grab a drink here. Ooh, that's a crispy one right there. Coke Zero, man. That's a good vintage on this guy right here. Tell you what, you know when just a soda hits good? Tell you what, this one's hitting good right now. Manan, what's the difference between the $12K option and the $5K upfront? So $5K and then it's $850 a month and that's 12 months or 11 months after. But at any time if you want to like fast-track and launch your fund, just go up to $12 grand. It saves you some money on the full thing. And then you can go and launch. So $12K, if you join this month, you paid $5,000, then you pay $850 next month, you're like, I'm ready to launch. Just, you true up your account to $12,000, we turn off the $850 a month, and then you can go and launch your full fund. If you don't want to, you can do $5K down and then $850 over the next 11 months, and you can do it the slow burn way as well. Both ways work, but those are 2 options. $12K is kind of the pay in full, and then $5K down, $850 a month is the longer, When you guys invest in a fund, are you investing as the GP stake or LP side? We do both typically. So we come in as an LP into the fund. Sometimes then we also go, we buy a GP stake in the business. So we actually buy, usually we're buying 5% to 15% of the fund as a GP stake. That's how we do it. And then oftentimes we'll invest as the GP commit into the fund. Sometimes we come in from the LP side, but typically it's kind of through the GP. We buy in some of the GP and we invest into the GP. Are holdcos and multifamily office variations on funds or an entirely different class? Yeah, multifamily offices and holdcos, yeah, are kind of, they can be set up like a fund, a GPLP structure. Some of them set them up differently for tax purposes. Some of them use trusts, some of them use different entities just because every family is a little different. So, but many of them do use, um, they call it a family limited partnership, um, to just run their family. They run a GPLP structure just like a fund. Okay, someone asked earlier about cap raising. I want to get back to that question. And by the way, pro.fundlaunch.com is down below. Great questions. Uh, if you guys join today, again, Monday at midnight is going to $25 grand. We're going to full, so we're leaving We've kind of been in this beta testing period the last few months. We are now leaving beta testing and going full production. We're raising prices from what it's been. It's really historically what it's been. Fund launch has typically been about $25,000 to $35,000. So we're going to go back to that starting, I guess, Tuesday. This is where we want to give you guys one last chance to join at the beta pricing, the beta testing pricing. What's cool is you're not really a beta tester anymore though, 'cause we're going to production. So everything will be production. We've tested this for months. We feel like it's very good and effective. We've worked out a bunch of little kinks, and it's like, wow, this is really good. That's why we feel confident raising prices and beefing up the offering a little bit. So this is the last chance to join at the lower price before we go to full production pricing next week. And I wanna do that. This is just live for people that are live today and really just our internal small list. Of people that have seen the beta pricing. We wanted to give you guys one last chance to join Pro before it changes. Alright, let's talk capital raising for a second. As promised, I said we'd come back to this. Let me share my screen. That offer is still live, and again, if you're on the fence, I would book a call with our team. So there's a link down below. You can book a call with our team today, tomorrow, or Monday. Talk to our team. Talk to our team. I'm not on the fence. This goes, once I close this webinar, it goes away. You will meet with me one-on-one for an hour. So we will actually work together, get onboarded first, get acquainted with everything, and then hop on with me and I will, we'll dig into everything that's going on in your fund and really help you out. So that's for people that are live today, right now. So again, pro.fundlaunch.com, and then there's a link to, maybe I guess Matty and team, I don't know if there's a link to book calls. Have we dropped that down below? Same link? Oh, same link, okay. Same link. You guys can go book a call on there if you're on the fence. Alright, let's talk capital raising. Where was I earlier? Okay, right here. So I talked about this with Funnel Launch partners. So we found when we were raising money, you know, people invest with other people that they, Know, like, and trust. Pretty obvious. You guys get that? So, people that you— probably all of you have people that know you, probably have people that like you as well. Now, the trust factor is interesting. People may trust you with their, you know, hey, like you can watch my kids, or, you know, people trust you in different aspects of life. I trust you with questions on fitness, But I don't know if I would trust you with my money. Now, something that helps with that trust factor a lot is having a very good structure and materials and just being a good human being. And people that know you and like you will hopefully, you know, appreciate that about you. Okay. Structure, materials, the way you're organized is massive. And we can share a few examples in a minute of maybe good things, but using A GPLP structure, using a proper waterfall structure. You can see here the right structure of timing and cadence, footnotes. It just shows you thought through what you're doing, and that's what we do a lot with Fun Launch is help you think through everything you're doing in your fund. Okay, but let's say you got all that. So I'll tell you the real story. This is what happened with Fun Launch Partners. Okay, Fun Launch Partners. We are we had this idea. We should have a fund that invests into the best funds that come out of Fund Launch. And so we're like, dude, this is awesome. Let's do this. So we put together a fund. I'm going to erase some of this, okay? So we put together a fund. Our target raise, I'll put it in blue here. Our target raise is $30 million, okay? We have a bunch of us partners. I'm like the fund guy. I have the largest social media following of any person in investment funds. online. We have this huge community. We've done big live events. I'm like, oh, we'll raise $30 million, no problem. I've already raised like $25 million for our other funds. My other partners, my one partner here had like an $8 billion fund that he worked at. Like, we're like, oh dude, we're going to crush this capital raise. Anyways, we go out to market. Kind of embarrassing. We did not raise money very well. This is like 2020, Man, what is this? 2024, 2023, maybe 2024. We do not do well. We're targeting $30 million. We talked to everybody I know, all of us, and we've raised a whopping— over 14 months we're on market— like $2.8 million. Less than 10%. of our— and we're like, dang. And we've kind of tapped our networks. And we had one partner that was the cap raising partner. We like, he wasn't working out. We had this one partner and then we had, we're like, oh, the other. And like, I wasn't really raising money. The other partners weren't raising money. We had one partner that was our money raising partner and it just, we weren't raising well. So then we said, hey, we'll all help. So we start leaning in. We're like, we're going to help raise some money. We start tapping our networks. My one, our one main partner, Lincoln, who's kind of the CIO, if I can share, sorry, I'm gonna move around a little bit. I'm gonna share this just so you guys can see. So we had kind of structured our fund with 3 main roles here like this. So my, you know, our money-raising partner wasn't really working out too well. And so then my other partner here and my other partner here were like, okay, we'll help. And they're not like natural-born salesmen. They're not like capital-raising types, but they just—they're like, hey, we'll figure it out. So, and I step in. I'm like, hey, because I was kind of like—I was running our other businesses, so I was kind of—I'm over here. I'm like, I'll help too. So we all start helping. We raise. Guess how much we raise? The next like few months we push. We—I think we're up to like four point eight million. Still, like. We did not raise very well. And we're like, dang, gosh, what are we going to do? This is embarrassing now. Like, we've all tried to raise money. I'm the fund guy. Like, on social media, I've ran other funds, but this fund we could not raise money for. It's like, what is going on? And we were like, should we, should we just not do this? Should we do it? Should we not? Anyways, but we started, we started doing deals. We did 2 deals. We held a first close out of this money. We're still trying to raise money, right? So we did a first close on the 4.8 million because we were over 10%, so we could close. And we're still trying to raise money. We had— so I'm gonna speed up the story. I'm going too long. I'm gonna speed up the story. We had one of our investors over here. He loved what we were doing. We found this one guy. We'll call him Bob. Nice dude. He's like, I love what you're doing. I would actually love You know, to maybe be an advisor or help you guys with your cap. Like, what do you guys need help with? We're like, dude, cap raising would be huge. And he's like, great. He's a really sharp dude. This guy was running huge businesses, like very, very cool individual. And we're like, dude, we would love some help. And so, he's like, let me see what I can do. So, we gave him some percentage points of the fund. And he's like, let me see what I can do. He intros us to one person. And we're like, okay, we'll meet with him. So we over here and I— we had our expert investor guy right here meet with him, Lincoln. And Lincoln's like, yo, I'll meet with him. And Lincoln crushed it. Like knocked it out of the park because Lincoln knew what we were doing better than anybody else. The person who was investing knows the business better than anybody else, could talk through all the spreadsheets, the numbers, the offering, the timeline, the cadence. It was scenario planning. And even though Lincoln isn't some slick-talking, perfect-looking, like, you know, I don't know, like what you would think is this capital raiser type, he's like, he just knew the product so well that this person was like, yep, that sounds awesome. And reported back to Bob and was like, Bob, that was great. Thank you. I think I might put some money in. So then what did Bob do? Bob got some confidence in us and was like, oh, that looked good on me. I'll introduce you to some more people. So, he starts introing us to a bunch of people. And so, and Lincoln's working with all these people because he did so well. Like, okay, Lincoln, you keep going. And so, we start raising some money. And then guess what happened? One of these people he introduced us to was another advisor guy named Bill. Bill had ran a big fund prior, was an awesome dude. He's like, hey, I want to be an advisor too. We gave him a few percentage points. Same thing, gave us a test lead. He starts introing us to people. Lincoln is our main point of contact here. And we were at $4.8 million. About 12 weeks later, we not only closed the fund, we oversubscribed the fund. Wow. We went from $4.8 million to $32 million committed in our fund in about 12 weeks. And we had spent 14 months trying to raise that amount of money. Isn't that crazy? Because people knew, liked, and trusted Bill, these advisors. Right? And by relation, they knew, liked, and trusted us. And they were in different circles of people that we weren't in. And they could make the intro and we— and then we followed up on the intro. That's the big piece. We were put together. We had our materials. We were sharp. We were sound. We knew how to answer questions, especially Lincoln. I'll give him so much credit. Like, could just talk game so well because we had thought through the game so well. And people could tell how much we had thought through this process. Bang, $32 million, done. Okay? When I think about capital raising, that was a huge lesson for us. Now, Fund 2, we did the same thing. We went to our people. We built a better process on Fund 2. And then we just opened up Fund 2. Our first close, we already raised $30 million on our first close. And then we're looking to do a final close of $50 million. Here in January, and we have some good leads. We'll see how that turns out, but we're in flight on it right now. Cap raising is often like this. You know, it's kind of this. This is like a timeline. It's like, and then it just zoom. You know, once you get some money, it helps you get more money, which helps get more money, and it also shows conviction. It shows momentum. Capital raising is such a momentum game. Momentum. Momentum is the name of the game in capital raising. You know, we're moving fast. We have deals. We have stuff lined up. If you don't invest with us, fine. We got other people. We are moving quickly. When you talk about capital raising, momentum is massive. Oh, we just brought on this advisor. We just signed this new deal. Like I am sending investor updates all the time. On our momentum. You want to paint a picture of, man, this is a group worth following or investing in. Like boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Like wow, gosh, these guys are just on a rocket ship. I got to be a part of this. There's urgency, scarcity. Momentum is huge. But honestly, advisors helped us immensely. Other networks helped us immensely. We got better at this process of Getting in the right rooms, connecting in those rooms, then closing those rooms, okay? I don't have time to go through this right now, but we teach this a lot inside of the programme is how do I get in more rooms, better rooms? How do I connect in those rooms? And then how do I close those rooms? This is what we talk about when you guys join. Alright, if you guys wanna get started, pro.funlaunch.com. Final call today. Someone's asking, Michael, did I make the first 5? I think you did. Thumbs up for my team. Michael, you're in for the first 5. So we're gonna meet one-on-one with you. I will meet with you one-on-one. Congrats. I don't know how many spots are left. I know a few have been taken already, so I don't know if all 5 are gone or they're here. How about this? Since I don't know, I will leave it open till I close this call. I'll take 6 or 7 or 8 calls if I need to or 10 or whatever since you guys are here. So this is kind of final call. We're getting close to the end of this webinar. So pro.funlaunch.com, if you join right now before this The Zoom ends. As a bonus, you get a one-on-one call with me for an hour. I will work with you in your fund. It's $5,000 down, $850 a month. Monday night at midnight, it goes to $25,000. We also have the better-than-money-back guarantee. If you do this for 60 days every day for 5 minutes a day, log into the platform and feel like it wasn't worth your time, I will refund all your money and— I will pay you $5,000 for your time. Okay? That's why it's called the better than money-back guarantee. You could make money by doing this if you really want to do it. But that's how confident I am in this because we have helped hundreds and hundreds of people do this. We've spent millions of dollars building a proprietary system and platform with partners and team members and coaches and advisors and pitch deck designers and developers to make an incredible product. to help you guys go and build funds. And even if you're not ready to build a fund today, it's a pretty good deal to get into the system, to get into the community, to get around other people that are building funds. I like this. Let me see. Oh, I got to plug my thing in here. Give me a second. I like this kind of framing of Well, this is actually two good frames. Here you go. Let's see if it'll share. Let's see if it'll share for. If you had a fund set up five years ago, let's say you had seen this five years ago and you're like, "I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna set this up." How much more money do you think you would have made in the last five years if you had a fund set up and running that you could buy deals with, buy properties with a pool essentially a pool of money ready to deploy? Type in the chat. What? How much money do you more money would you have made in the last five years if you had a fund set up? Five grand, fifty grand, five hundred grand, five million. If you had a fund set up five years ago and it was ready to deploy, and you could do all the deals that you've seen or looked at or heard about in the last five years, what do you guys think? Type it in the chat. Okay. I know for me, I mean, I've had funds running and it's been it's been incredible. You know? Is this in your ballpark? If you could raise $100 grand, if someone raised $100 grand and bought a business, like we talked about earlier, those small businesses, and you could get that business going and doing better and then sell it a few years from now for $300 grand, and you split the $20 grand 80/20, that's $40K to you and $160K to investors. Is that in your ballpark? I'm talking smallest micro deals you can do. Like, there's stuff like this that is happening every single day. And the SBA, by the way, will also fund deals like this as well. OK? Another question. If all this did was just prepay for the legal docs of your fund, would it be worth it? Maybe you're not ready for today, but you're like, hey, I might be ready in 6 months or a year. This would just prepay for your legal docs. Would it be worth $5,000 down today, $850 a month? If all this did was just have you join a community of fund managers you go to events with, talk to, meet— let's say you didn't even launch a fund, you just were in a community of other fund managers that you might be able to partner with and meet and be in that network. Would it be worth it? And if all this did was got a one-on-one call with me and 3 other advisors to just coach and help and teach you this game, would it be worth it? I mean, I think about business a lot. The world of funds runs kind of everything. There's a chance in the future the company you're running or the company you work at is going to get acquired or have an offer from a venture capital firm or a private equity firm. And oftentimes they're trying to figure out the deal side and the mechanics. It's kind of helpful to know how private equity funds run. How they're structured, what incentivizes them. Just the knowledge of that is very useful in a future transaction. If they're looking for people to keep or fire from a transaction, they might want to keep the guy who understands how private equity funds run and work and are put together. All right, final call: pro.fundlaunch.com. Welcome in you guys that have joined. I said I'll just I'll go beyond five for whoever joins before I close this call in the next few minutes. You get a one-on-one call with me, the better than money back guarantee. All the legal docs for your fund, access to the software Fund Launch AI, access to the coaches, the community, the event in January, the service providers, and the training courses all inside of Fund Launch. You get access to all of that today for $5,000 down today. So, with that, you guys are amazing. Any final questions before we wrap up? You can, if you're on the fence, you can also book a call on that page with our team. And they can help you over the next few days go from there. But you do miss out on the one-on-one call with me if you wait till tomorrow. That's fine if you need to do that, but it just misses that out. All right, let me pull up Zoom. Let's make sure there's no any other pending questions here. Thank you for answering some of my questions. I'm interested to sign up. Can I schedule a call for another time? Yes. Yeah, you can schedule a call for tomorrow or Monday. But this goes away Monday at midnight. Is Funnel Launch Pro different than Funnel Launch AI Pro? No, it's all together in one. Yeah, it's all together in one. Next week, we're gonna kinda formalize it all into something new, but yeah, you get access to all the stuff, David. Yeah, you'll get access to all those great things. So Funnel Launch Pro, Funnel Launch AI Pro, yeah, it's all in there. Yeah, there you go, David. Yep. What do y'all do for post-launch? fund launch, admin, et cetera? Yeah, so inside of here, many of our advisors, let's see, you can share my screen. Many of our advisors are good post-launch as well. So you can still meet, keep meeting with the coaches. You still keep meeting with the advisors post-launch. You can come revisit your pitch deck, your materials, making sure your data room's good. You asked about like service providers. So if I go to my services tab here, We have tons of partners to help build your fund and you can work with your advisors and coaches on this as well. So, what should I use for insurance? What should I use for HR or marketing or, you know, audit and tax? These are all groups that we'll help put together into your fund to help you run and manage your fund post-launch as well. We're building more products as well to help cater to that piece. They're not out yet, but we're building some new, some future stuff that'll help you as well to do that. Yeah, good questions. Thank you very much. Yep. The only thing holding anyone back is belief in themselves if they're otherwise ready. Yeah. And sometimes it's a little bit of a jump, but I've tried to make it pretty minimal. I mean, we made the better-than-money-back guarantee. So If you just, if you just use it, your worst case scenario is I give you your money back and five grand. That's your, that's your bottom case scenario. The best case scenario is you go build a great fund and you launch this new business line. You get partners in, you find great people to work with, and you start building the number one category of billionaires to do bigger deals. So. Awesome. You guys are amazing. Okay. Any other final questions? Final call. That's great. What's the next big step after post-launch? So once you're launched, getting the money in. Yeah, that's the biggest thing. So getting investors signed and committed to your fund. Yep. So once you're— once you've launched the fund, it's like, okay, we got to get the money gathered and then we can go buy our first asset. You're holding first close. And then you're doing your first asset. Yep. Okay. Final, I'll do one more walkthrough here. Final call, but this is how it looks for the offer for today. So, here you go. The Fund Launch Package, LPA, PPM, these docs, if you just Google it, these will cost you $20,000 to $100,000 anyways to just set the documents up. We get great deals with excellent law firms because they like working with our people because our people have gone through this process of organising and building their fund. And so when they work with lawyers, they're easy to work with, they're fast, they're effective, and the lawyers are like, great, these are the best clients to work with. And so that's why we can do this for a relatively cheap cost compared to the market. That's why we're on the Inc. 5000, I believe, is because we've just created something totally new. You also, as a bonus, you get one-on-one calls with advisors that are many of them real fund managers. You get to work with me one-on-one. You get custom pitch decks. You get the software whole piece of Fund Launch AI. You get all the community access to all the other fund managers, weekly office hours, and one-on-one call with me and the better than money-back guarantee and access to come to the Salt Lake City event happening in January. Okay, so final call there. You get access to all of, uh, This whole roadmap inside of Fund Launch AI. We're— the reason we're raising prices is because we're— we've been beta testing the last few months. We are now ready to go to full production, but I wanted to give you guys one last chance to join before prices go up Monday night at midnight to $25,000. All right, enough talking from me. Thank you guys for today. Excellent. We'll leave this open for just one more minute, and if you're on the fence, you can go book a call. So, Manan, if you're on the fence, I would book a call with our team, see if it's the right fit. And if you're deciding on your fund, it's like, okay, you can wait, but it's $25,000. You know, try to find a better solution. But you can wait till next week. That's fine. Or next month or the month after that. This is essentially one way to think about it is prepaying for the fund that you're going to build in the future is one way to think about it. Or getting in just around the people. You know, sometimes it's like hard to buy a car without test driving it, you know what I'm saying? It's kind of hard to build a fund without being around fund people. You know, you're the average of the 5 people you hang out with. And so this gives you a chance to be around and hang out with other people who are building funds. You might be surprised how many new ideas and opportunities come to your mind when you're like around. One of the selfish reasons for this, I love being in our community. I love hearing from all the members what they're building, what they're thinking about, how they're seeing the market. It gives me like this hive mind approach of all these different funds across the world, how they're investing. It's like, and it educates me immensely. It's one of the, like, selfish things. Why do you like— why do I like doing this? Because like, man, I get to learn so much from you guys because I don't know Latin American real estate as well as somebody on the call here. I don't know You know, some you know the south side of Kansas City on what's happening in multifamily real estate. I want to learn from you, and so we do these group calls, and I get to hear from you guys on what's what's working, what's not working, and I get to share that with others as well. Kind of share. So all right, y'all. Great call today. Hopefully that was useful. Share this with a friend. This was recorded on YouTube, by the way. So if you go to my YouTube channel, Bridger at Bridger Pennington slash Fun Launch on YouTube, I'll show you my channel here. So YouTube, if you go to Bridger Pennington, just type in my name or Funnel Launch, you'll see our channel pop up right here. We have 138,000 followers. This, we are live right now. You can see here, you can go to live streams and it's this one right here. This is our stream. So you can go back and see it as a recorded session. But this is great. You guys are awesome. Well done today. Thanks for coming on. Tell a friend, have them come watch the recording if this was useful for you today, and we'll see y'all later. Welcome for people that joined. I'll be on one-on-one calls with you guys pretty soon. So final call here if you want to grab a one-on-one call slot with me. I'll leave it open for a second, but congrats to you guys that joined. I'm excited to work with you, and we'll see y'all later. All right, bye-bye.
