What is the best place to find people that would invest in your fund or deal? 2 places I tell you go initially. First off, Google local real estate meetups in your area. I'm in Salt Lake City, Utah. So type in Utah Real Estate Club or Utah Real Estate Meetups. Go to those meetups and start meeting people. The second thing is Google local angel investment groups. These are actually groups that get together every month, kind of like Shark Tank. They get together and they hope someone like you comes in front and pitches them an incredible deal or company that they can invest into. Typically, there's an organizer. You can just DM them and message them and get a spot on next month's meeting where you can go and present. And pitch your fund.
