Building a Soccer Fund in 60 Minutes

In this live, unstructured walkthrough, Bridger Pennington demonstrates how Fund Launch AI can create a full‑stack private‑equity fund focused on buying European soccer clubs in under an hour. He starts by defining the fund’s thesis – a $100 million “Moneyball Capital” fund that will acquire 3‑5 lower‑mid‑division clubs for $20‑30 million each, applying data‑driven “Moneyball” scouting techniques. Using the platform’s AI‑driven agent bar, he generates the fund’s name, legal structure, fee model (2% management fee, 20% carry, $250 k minimum investment), governance (5‑member LP Advisory Committee), and timeline (7‑year life, 5‑year investment period). He populates the team section with his own track record, co‑founder Mason Vrains, and a fictional partnership with Billy Beane, then refines the competitive‑edge narrative and sourcing pipeline. The AI auto‑fills a 200‑point fund canvas, drafts a private placement memorandum, limited partnership agreement, management‑company documents, and a scroll‑deck/pitch‑deck that can be published as a live website with custom themes (Moneyball‑movie, USA World Cup). Throughout, the platform flags red items, suggests revisions, and syncs changes across all documents in real time. Bridger also showcases the legal‑review workflow: once the fund is “green,” he submits the package for a law‑firm to review, file entities, and prepare Form D, cutting the traditional six‑month, $100 k process down to a week. He repeatedly invites viewers to claim a 7‑day free trial before the beta cohort closes, highlights community features (Black‑Card members, office hours, one‑on‑one advisor calls), and teases upcoming capabilities (capital‑raising agents, post‑launch fund management). The demo ends with a fully built fund, pitch deck, and website ready for investor outreach.
Chapters
A soccer fund in 60 minutes or less. We're gonna be designing an entire soccer fund for the World Cup on Fund Launch AI. So I'm gonna come down now. We're gonna be trying to buy a soccer firm or soccer firms. We actually just looked at a recent group that was doing this, buying soccer teams. And so let's build our whole fund on here on Fund Launch AI. So let's do this as a private equity fund since we're buying businesses, and we're gonna need $100 million. We're gonna buy smaller firms. Okay, so with this, maybe we could buy. Let's call them 4 firms for $25 million each, 4 soccer teams. Okay? So we're gonna try to build an entire fund for soccer teams right now. So let's say, hey, help me build a fund to buy soccer teams for $20 to $30 million each. We want to buy the teams in Europe and grow and scale them. Okay? We'll do some Moneyball, some Moneyball strategies with how we're going to get teams and soccer players, all that kind of stuff. Sound good? Okay. So we're going to hit enter on this. You guys ready? So again, we're building a soccer fund. Comment AI down below. I'll send you the link. Say hello. Say where you're calling in from. This is a live stream as well. And feel free, my team, you guys can fix stuff on the backend if things aren't right. All right. We're going to hit enter and execute on this. So this is going into now Fund Launch AI, the platform. This is calling on a dozen or so sub-agents that are actually looking at what are best practices for private equity firms that raise $100 million that are buying, you know, maybe junior or amateur soccer teams anywhere from between $20 and $30 million each in Europe and how to scale them and put Moneyball strategies into So we're going to see. I've never built this type of fund before. Let's see if we can build a fund in an hour or less. So here we are. We are now live in the platform here. You can see it's given me a name on the right. This is Pitch Capital. It's not a bad name. I don't know if I'd keep Pitch though. Let's change it to, we'll call it Moneyball. Moneyball Capital. If you guys have seen the movie, Brad Pitt, Moneyball, they take all the Moneyball strategies to baseball. We'll do the same thing to soccer here. Now you can see on the left, this is my agent bar. This is working right now. You can still see it's drafting narratives, writing fields, and it's actually— okay, here we go. European soccer club buyout fund for $100 million. We're going to be buying out in Europe. So England, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, lower mid-division where clubs are mispriced. Okay. We're going to do controlled buyouts of 3 to 5 European teams. Pretty cool. Value creation. We're going to do data-driven. It was kind of cool, right? So we have now kind of built my fund. By the way, comment where you're calling in from. Who should we buy first? Who's going to win the World Cup, by the way? I know World Cup's kicking off, so welcome in. So on the right, this is a scroll deck. It's a mix of a pitch deck and a website. So what you're seeing here, and I can go change the theme. So I can do this, for example, is a space theme. I can change to other themes like what we call Ironclad, but I actually, I'm going to make a custom theme. Theme. And, uh, before I do that, I'll show you one more thing back to this one. This is again, a hybrid between a website and a pitch deck, because I can simply just download this to a PDF. Sure. But also I can publish this to a website. So once this is built out, this is again, just first draft off the rip. I have a working website with a URL up here. You can see, and this is my executive summary, you know, why we stand out, my competitive edge, my problem, all that kind of stuff. Now we haven't edited any of this. So let's go back. I'm going to unpublish and let's change a few things. So Moneyball Capital, it's a 10-year fund. Let's change that to 7 years. That's too long. So again, I can just live update any of these minimum investment. Let's make it a little bit smaller. Millions is going to be too much for my investors. I'm going to do $250,000 minimum investment. We're going to charge a 2 and 20. I'm just going to leave those. We're raising $100 million. Now my agent bar on the left, so I can just live edit here if I'd like, or I can go to the left and say like, hey, what's next? What should I be working on next? And it's going to give me some ideas. And I think it already gave me a few ideas, but I'll re-prompt it again. What are some things I should be working on? And it can actually walk me through this. Another way it can do it too, I can go over to the fund builder, and this is the guts of my fund. So what you're looking at right now is this interface that brings together 200+ data points. of a fund. If you've ever built a fund or worked in funds, I've launched 4 funds prior to this. So I launched BlackBridge Capital out of college. I ran that for 3.5 years, sold that to a competitor. I then ran Ugly Unicorn Fund 1 and Fund 2. I still actively run those. And I run Fund Launch Partners Fund 1 and Fund 2. Combined, we've raised about $84 million of equity between those funds. Our aggregate portfolio AUM is over $630 million. Wow. So, yes, I know a thing or two about running funds, raising funds. And through Fund Launch, we've launched over 400 funds. The old process of building a fund before Fund Launch AI, none of this existed. So, you would just go call a lawyer. The old process was you ring up a lawyer and you say, lawyer, hey, can you help me build a fund in Europe that's going to go buy soccer teams like this? And the lawyer says, okay. Yeah. What are you thinking? And then they will start to ask you questions like, let's go into my fees and carry. So, do you want to have a fee offset rate? And you're like, what is that? And they're like, well, I'll teach you. And the lawyer would teach you, what's management fee? What's carry? What's my preferred return? What's a catch-up rate? What's my fee basis? Right? And they would then teach you, or if you had questions on these things, they would go back, they work with an associate, and they would bill you $800 an hour. To do this. And then you go back to fund structure. Okay. Let's go to structure. Should I be a closed-ended fund or an open-ended fund? They said, well, you know, should I use leverage in this fund? What's my debt interest rate on the leverage? Should I do, you know, LBOs? And so this, again, lawyers would take months and months and go back and forth and charge you about $100,000. That's the, again, I'm not making that up. You can go look it up. Go ask Claude or Gemini. The average cost to build a private equity fund or a hedge fund or real estate fund is about $100,000 just in legal costs. And then you come down here to like governance. So should I do annual audits? What's my LPAC size? You might be like, what even is an LPAC? Right? And so again, lawyers will bill you a ton of money to do this. In Fund Launch AI, I can come down here and say LPAC size. Currently, it's set to 5 seats. It's already preset. But I can actually ask this little button right here, get insights. So Get Insights is going to take into my agent bar in the context of the 200 data points in my fund. It's going to bring the context in of what are all the other things going on in my private equity fund that's going to buy soccer teams in Europe. And so it says right here, why 5 is the right number for Moneyball Capital. I like the name Moneyball Capital, by the way. That's a good name. Industry best practices, 3 to 7 members for a fund size. What an LPAC actually does, consistent on conflict of interest waivers. For sports teams, one thing to revisit, but I could even ask like, what even is an LPAC? It can just teach me. So as you go through, instead of watching videos or trying to piece together what is a fund, you can, oh, okay, an LPAC is a limited partner advisory committee. And these are all the things an LPAC does. And again, in context of your fund, it's not just a generic thing. It is actually based on your type of fund. Isn't that pretty sweet? Again, if you guys want access, you can go play with this. The deadline is tonight at midnight. This cohort goes away. It's beta.fundlaunch.com/start. Here's the link. You can join a 7-day free trial of Fund Launch AI. It goes away in 10 hours and 50 minutes. So, or comment AI down below, and I will send you the link. So, comment AI, and we'll get you in here. All right. We're going to keep building our fun. So LPAC, we're going to leave it to 5. Now I can look at, these are all green and filled out. What's this one? This one's red. Succession plan narrative. Okay. Maybe I need some help with this. So I'm going to hit get insights on what is our succession plan. It's going to prompt the agent to help me kind of think through and draft what even, and like, again, a lawyer would ask you this. You'd say, well, let me tell Talk to my team and let's meet back next Tuesday and we'll figure out what's right here. What you can do in Fun Launch AI is go like this. So, okay, what is success in plan is in a it's a short paragraph for the PPM and legal docs that answers one question every institutional LP will ask: What if Bridger gets hit by a bus tomorrow? What happens to our money? It lives in your government section, etc. So here's a recommendation. It says, in the event that Bridger is unable to continue in his role, the LPAC will convene within 30 days to evaluate contingency options. Day-to-day portfolio oversight is to club operations. Pretty standard. I could also add, um, I could say, looks great. Let's also add that, you know, in the event Bridger dies, uh, Mason Vrains, his co-founder, uh, can take over operations. And will use equity to recruit new partners pending LPAC approval. So it's going to add, and actually it's going to help me now redraft this narrative to make sure. And again, this is— these are legal document narratives that are going to go in. And by the way, after it's drafted, here you go. So it helped me draft this. You can see it actually drafted it for me and populated it for me. All in here. Now you see this bubble is green. Great. We filled out that bubble. So I can go back. Now this section is looking pretty green. I'm doing pretty well here. Uh, most of these actually are filled out pretty well. Let's click on a couple of these. So I can go to my fees and carry. I'm going to charge a 2% management fee, you know, 20% carry. Now I can just play with this. Let's say I want to do a 5% management fee. Well, what happens is it actually goes red. It says you can do that, but it's kind of off market. It's not really standard. So I'm going to go back to 2% here. And you can see the bubble then repopulates to green to signify to me like, hey, that's what I, you know, I'm actually, you know, in the green or in the optimal space of what's common for investment funds. Isn't that pretty sweet? Someone's asking, which AI tool is this? This is Fund Launch AI. This is, so, and you can go sign up right here, fundlaunch.com/start. 10 hours left for this cohort. You can do a 7-day free trial. Comment AI down below and we can send it over to you, or we can comment to you in the chat. Um, by the way, comment where you guys are calling in from. This is a live stream. I want to answer your questions directly, so drop questions as we go. But this is— you can actually go build again your whole fund. We're building a soccer fund right now. All right, so we're gonna keep working through here. Team and track record looks red. Okay, because it's not filled out yet. I, I haven't given it any info on my team or track record down below. So let's go down to team down here. You can see here, and actually I can add— oh, I'll go back here. Let's go manage team members. So you can see Bridger here. This is me. I'm gonna go upload a photo. And these are important, by the way, for your pitch deck, for your legal docs, everything in your fund. So I can go add my address, my roles. Let's say I'm on the GP, I'm on the management company. Here you go. I'm a signer as well. I'm the fundraising contact. I'm a key person. I'll say, you know, Bridger has Ran 4 funds prior, exited BlackBridge Capital to a competitor, Inc. 5000 winner, number 2652 of fastest-growing companies in America, which is what we won last year for Fund Launch. Kind of cool. Okay. Let me hit save changes. So it's going to update that. By the way, this auto-populates everywhere else. So this is auto-populating on my Scroll deck over here. It's my pitch deck. It's also updating my legal canvas. So this right here, these are all the legal docs that go into your fund. So these are actually live updating as I edit. So you can see this is my PPM. I can see Moneyball Capital here. I'll zoom in so you guys can see it a little bit. You can see my PPM presentation date. Now these are, you could think of these as smart/dynamic templates. We had about, I think, 3, actually 4 law firms now dig into these documents, tear them apart. They move and change as you change things in here. So, and by the way, you can come and edit these live in the documents. You can come edit them in the fund builder or on your pitch deck. All of them auto-sync. I'll tell you a quick story is we actually, we got some expensive docs done from a very reputable law firm. I won't say the name of them. They came back and you can see, by the way, there's, I think, 13 documents here for your fund. This is your limited partnership, your management company, and your general partner. We got these documents back and I'll go kind of like light mode, dark mode. I don't know. We'll see. We'll try light mode for a minute. We got the documents back. They had missed a few things because there's so many documents. And so we asked them to change something. Again, this is a document we did for Fund Launch. They changed it in one place, But they didn't change it in other places. And thank goodness for AI. I got the— it was like 17 documents back. I plugged it into AI and I found there was a couple of discrepancies. Things weren't titled right or things that they had changed on one document weren't changed on other documents. Well, we went back and I pinged them. They're like, oh, we'll fix it. They proceed to charge me again for this. I'm already at a $50,000 legal bill. For these, and oh, we'll fix. And they again, they're charging eight hundred to a thousand dollars an hour to fix things they made mistakes on. I I I emailed them back. I'm like, hey, thanks for the fixes. I'm not paying for these fixes because you didn't do them correctly. And we went back and forth and kind of figured out a good resolution. But the idea that as you come into Philanthrop AI, when you edit something here, it auto updates everywhere else. So if I come into my, this is my limited partnership agreement. This is a massive document. Let's say I update it 7 years. Let's change it to 8 years. Let's do an 8-year fund. I can hit just enter on 8 years. If you see all that right there, 8 years. If I go back to my scroll deck, look at this, 8 years. It's auto-updated. You can see my fund builder has also auto-updated. I kind of like the light mode. I kind of like dark mode better. Dark mode looks just a little cleaner. So this has also auto-updated. And by the way, the sub-dependencies also update as well. All right. We're getting back to it. Comment AI down below if you guys want the link. 7-day free trial goes away in 10 hours, 43 minutes, and 43 seconds. So go check it out. You can join a 7-day free trial. Come build your own fund on here. You guys can just go check it out. Um, okay. We were working on team and tracker to get this thing a little bit less red. So I was gonna add another team member. Let's add my co-founder, Mason Vrains. On Mason. So we're gonna add more team members in here. He's on the GP. He's, you know, and this is again signing roles for this person. He's a key person. I'll say, you know, Mason is awesome. We'll create team members. Since we're doing Moneyball Capital, we gotta add Mr. Brad Pitt. Isn't it Benny Bean? What's his name in the movie? You guys know in the chat, what's the name of the guy in Moneyball? Isn't it Benny Bean? Benny Bean. I think it's Benny Bean. Type in the chat, what's the name of Brad Pitt in Moneyball? The actor is, or the, it's Billy Bean. Oh, Billy Bean. Yeah. Thank you guys. Not Benny Bean. I was like, Benny Bean didn't start. Billy Bean. All right. We got Billy Bean also on our management team. Since we're buying soccer teams in Europe, we're raising $100 million to do this. We need Billy Bean on our team. He's gonna be on the GP as well. Okay, we got Brad Pitt. He's a key person. Okay, so we got myself, Mason, and Billy Bean. We're running Moneyball Capital to go buy some soccer teams for the World Cup here. We're gonna buy some junior league teams. So, uh, we've added some of our team. Let's go through our experience. Prior fund count, I've ran 4 funds prior. Now you'll see as I update this, other things start popping up. You know, average year experience. I've ran funds for about 10 years. Prior fund gross IR. We can go through all these. I'll come back a little bit. We're starting to complete this. We're at 8:05. We're actually doing pretty good. Let's go to strategy and market. Now, this is where things are going to get, you know, a little bit unique to us, right? So we're buying professional sports teams, European soccer clubs, and we're going to buy them in Europe. Okay? Now, let's go to narratives, like our competitive edge. So This is interesting. Now, the AI, just based off of my data I've given it, has already prompted or built out my competitive edge, but I really haven't given it much detail here. Okay? So, oh, look at this. Okay? So here's our competitive edge. Pitch Capital's load-bearing edge is structural market access, the ability to acquire controlling stakes in European football clubs. AI rubric gives me a little detail here. No club name, deal count, or filed agreement means the edge cannot be verified. So, okay, it's like, give me some more density, some more things. Now it flags something. Look at this. UEFA Club Licensing Database described as publishing revenue, wage, and debt figures annually and cited as the direct LP verification path. UEFA's Club Licensing Financial Sustainability Regulations do exist, but the database is not publicly queryable by LPs in the manner implied. So it's actually telling me problems about the thing it gave me. Okay, so let's go and actually do a revision plan here. So it's got a few ideas for revision. Let's hit enter here, and it's going to go pop these into my agent bar, and it's going to think through a revision plan. Also, I'm going to add some more context. I'm going to say, hey, um, part of our— this is our competitive edge. Competitive edge comes from Billy Bean's, uh, background with the, uh, A's in the MLB and applying a Moneyball strategy to help them succeed. Succeed. We get, um, you know, off-market and unique deals because of Billy Beane's background. Gives us a little bit of unique edge. Okay, you can see it's also given me a few You know, things here to add for the edge. Now, one flag: the narrative now names Strata Sports Group and Iberian Football Partners as real counterparties. Uh, I would add, you know, those, uh, counterparties don't exist. Please help rewrite. With our competitive edge comes from Billy Beane's background from Moneyball. So I'm gonna have it now take in the context of Billy Beane. who's on our team for Moneyball. We're buying European soccer teams. By the way, if you guys want to go play with this yourself and start building out your fund, comment AI down below. You guys can join a 7-day free trial. This goes away tonight at midnight Eastern. So you only have a few hours left, uh, for this offer anyways. And you get access to all of Fund Launch AI. You get access to the legal canvas, the scroll deck, and the actual real people in the loop. I haven't talked about this yet, but we have one-on-one advisors, coaches in the platform that actually can meet with you. You can meet with someone like Gabe. You can see he's a— he has securities and compliance. You can actually meet with him for 550 credits. You can book a call Saturday at 8:00 AM. And you go right here. You talk about the fund you're doing, confirm, and you actually can book that call for 550 credits. You can also join office hours. We have live office hours going on every week. For example, this is Cherry Bekaert. They're a tax and audit firm. Uh, you— they go live, you can see other people that are going live as well. All right, let's go back to our, uh, fund builder here. So one thing to flag, the current, uh, the fund currently lists Billy Beane throughout. The famous Moneyball figure from the Oakland A's is Billy Beane with an E. Worth confirming the spelling. Yes, thank you, uh, for the spelling check. Please update. And let's look at this. This translates, uh, and please add to our competitive edge. So it actually take— it's gonna update his name. It'll take all that and add it to my competitive edge for my fund here. And you're gonna see it, uh, let's have it updated here in a second. And hopefully my AI rubric scores it better. Now again, why, like, why is competitive edge important? Well, first off, that's the guts of your fund. For investors, for your marketing materials. It also goes into your LPA and your PP, especially specifically your PPM on why is this fund worth investing into on your PPM. So these types of narrative things are important. And today you can see here more of our it's gonna it's gonna generate here and rescore this. We'll give it a second. But again, here you go. Now more on Billy Bean specific M O B tracker. The AI is different. You know, here we go. Awesome. Would you like to add? Yes, please add. It's funny because I was just pulling it from a movie. This is a real person. Billy Beane is actually a real person. So if Billy Beane sees this, maybe we'll do a soccer team fund in Europe. We're going to go buy teams for a $100 million private equity fund. It goes, awesome. This is gold research service from some highly specific and very viable facts. Great. It's going to rewrite because Billy Beane's now my partner. inside of my fund to go buy European soccer teams. Very cool. Okay. By the way, drop questions in the chat. Would love to answer any of them that you have. Comment AI, and I can send you the link directly. But you're getting a sense of this. Now, while that's working on this, let me go back to my scroll deck. So we're doing Moneyball Capital. Let's build a custom theme. So this is one of the coolest pieces of Follow Up Boss. Yeah, you actually can build a custom pitch deck Live right here. So I say, hey, help me build a custom deck, Moneyball movie themed for soccer European clubs in Europe. Oh, I already said Europe. Club acquisition. Okay. We're going to do off essentially the Moneyball movie theme with, in specific for soccer European clubs. So we'll see how it does here. It'll give it a minute. It takes a second to kind of generate these custom ones. I can come back to my, you know, these are my previous themes here. All right. So let's go back to the fund builder. We're scoring pretty well. We updated some of our narratives. Let's go to market focus now. Now I think it's going to flag me red because I'm in Europe. This is a US investment fund doing it in Europe, which gives you a little bit of pause when you go overseas. Okay, with how much narrative? Okay. Oh, it's like pulling Billy Bean's actual background. Okay, we won't worry about that because we're, uh, Billy Bean's not our actual partner. Um, okay, so we went back to Competitive Edge. Great, still updating here. Sourcing Pipeline. Great, let's say, uh, I'll just hit Get Insights here under Sourcing Pipeline. So it'll actually start generating, help me fill out my sourcing pipeline. of how we source deals from Billy Beane. Is the free trial only available for the next 10 hours, or is the whole AI engine only available for the next 10 hours? The free trial offer. So what we're doing for the next 10 hours here is this— this is a great question, by the way— this cohort of people. So we've brought in a few hundred people to come play with Fund Launch AI. Many of them are building their funds and actually launching their funds on platform. So we're closing this group At midnight tonight. Okay? And this offer, there's a bunch of cool perks with this offer. So when people come in and they join, they get access to the events. So we're throwing a black card cruise in September, a Fun Launch Summit in January, and a bunch of other cool perks here. So again, this whole offer goes away in 10 hours. It'll be closed up next week. So actually, after this is done, we'll actually close it. We're going to keep working with our funds internally. We have enough funds in here that we want to play with and launch their funds out of here. And by the way, if I didn't mention already, as you go through and complete your fund, these are going to start being completed and you're going to hit submit for legal review. This is when our partner law firms actually come in and now work with your fund, sign off on your fund, file the entities, draft your Form D, and your fund is completely launched. So we are closing up this cohort of people in the next 10 hours. And then we're going to go launch a bunch of their funds and, and go from there. Okay. So if you guys want to act, if you want access to come play with it for free on a 7-day free trial, comment AI down below or go, go to beta.fundlaunch.com/start and we can send you the link. All right. Let's keep going here. So we've built out many of these things. Oh, it helped me draft this. I say, I'll say, looks great. It's going to now add that into my sourcing pipeline. Let's see if it works here. So again, the cool thing about this, the agent bar can do everything. Like everything that happens in my fund can be all done from this left agent bar. It's incredibly intuitive, smart. By the way, like we've spent around $1 million in development costs on this. And most of the stuff you're seeing, actually you don't see. It was all around this backend agent bar training on our proprietary data. And now these are all just features on top of that. And coming soon, we're launching features around capital raising, running and managing your whole fund, building your own custom agents are coming out soon as well. The 3, you know, you're seeing Legal Canvas with the lawyers in the loop. You're seeing the scroll decks that are custom. Let's actually, let's look at our custom scroll deck here. Ooh, here we go. So here's our custom theme. Too long of a headline. Let's change that first. You can see that. I kind of like this. I like this Moneyball theme though. Top 10 clubs, tier 1, tier 2. Look at this. This is all like custom to me. Billy Bean is our principal IC member, club owner. That's cool. Let's change this. This headline's way too big though. Change the headline to the name of the fund. Okay. So we're going to, it's going to say, you see updating preview here for Moneyball Capital. There we go. A little more clean. That was too long of a headline. See, but you can just edit stuff. All right. So here's our target IRR, target net NYC. Let's say, hey, Hey, adjust target net MOIC to a 4x. So instead of 4.72x, let's adjust it to a 4x. It's going to again sync here. You can adjust. Oh, look at this cool little soccer like goal. I didn't see that at the beginning. Kind of background on the green. The green looks good too. I kind of like it. Did a good job. Okay. There we go. So it's now changed to 4x. So I can just talk to the agent sidebar and change everything here. I can also again publish this. So let's see. This is now a working website for Moneyball Capital. I can actually take this. I could share this website. Coming soon, you'll be able to put your own custom domain on here. But this is a working pitch deck. Isn't that pretty slick? Look at this. Billy Bean. We're running Moneyball. And again, I could spend some time on here and adjust all these little things to make sure they're correct. But like, this is a pretty clean deck off of one prompt. I mean, like, so slick. You can schedule a meeting. I haven't linked it yet, but you could actually put your Calendly link or Google Meets link or whatever here, and actually someone could go and schedule their meeting with you all from— this would be like your working website live off of like one prompt. Isn't that pretty cool? Again, comment AI down below. Comment any questions you have. I'm happy to dive in more. Okay. Let's keep building that. We are building a full soccer fund to go buy European clubs team. We got Billy Bean as a partner. We're doing Moneyball Capital. All right. So we got a few things to work on here. Now I can click through here or I can just work on the left. And actually it's already given me a few steps. Hey, you should work on your team and track record. You should add some team members. Um, and, uh, you should do some closing dates. All right. Let's work on some of those. So I'm going to go, um, Let's go to team members. I'll just click into here. Advisory board size. Let's start adding some things here. We'll go 3. Previous firm AUM. Currently, my funds have $84 million of equity. That's equity raised, total firm AUM though. Portfolio AUM would be $630 million. Team, you know, me and Mason have been together for 7 years. So I'll put that in there. Senior partner count. We'll put, 3. So we're filling out our team. These are starting to turn more green. You can see we're going here. Let's go to experience. Now these are all just going to pop up because I said I've ran 4 funds prior. So it's going to ask, what's your fund's IRRs or track record or, you know, net IRR or institutional background? So, um, we'll, we'll add a couple of these in. Now I don't want to add, I guess, what are we at? 1.27 on our Fund 1 right now. So we'll just, we'll leave some of these. We're kind of filling it out. Realized exits, you know, if you have exits, we'll put some in here. Prior funds. So I'm filling these out. We're turning a little more green here. So you can see these are starting to, this gray area is still getting filled out. Legal and compliance. We have a few more to do here. Initial closing date. Let's do our closing for next month. So July 31st, final closing date. We'll do, we'll do two years after this. We'll do seven thirty one, twenty twenty eight will be our final closing date. Again, those are all the reason you're doing this. You're you're thinking through your fund. You're asking the agent to help you, and it's now populating into your legal docs. So here are your legal docs. Now, as we're building our fund, we're kind of getting close. We've actually built out. We got Billy Bean. We're buying European soccer teams. We know our competitive edge. We know how we're sourcing deals. We've done some conflict checks. Let's actually go into the guts of the actual legal documents here. So now I can do this through a couple of views. I actually can go to the documents and hit approve here on yep, Bridger Pennington is here. I'm gonna have an authorized person. I'm gonna add Bridger is gonna be those authorized authorized persons here. Okay? So I'm going to hit save changes. So it's going to add these. And I'm like, I'm confirming these by hitting approve. Okay? I'm going to confirm the name Moneyball Capital Management LLC. This comes later, MC authorization date. Once we're live, that'll come later. So I come out here and now you can see these are now turned green. So these are now green. I'm completing my legal documents. Now, as I go through this, once I'm done, I will submit for legal review. It'll go to real lawyers. Who will then sign off again, add comments or change things and go from there? Okay. Okay. Let's keep going here. Comment AI down below. Can answer questions. Someone asking about splitting stock dividends on Chia. You know, I don't. I think that's. I have no comment. No comment on that. For more regulatory things, Billy. No comment. What do you think? What do you think on their stock split? Comment more. If you have questions down below, comment comment as well. By the way, this goes away tonight in 10 hours, this offer. So you can join a 7-day free trial, get all the cool bonuses. This is our first time releasing Fund Launch AI to the, I guess, public public. We've had, we've done this for over, I guess, a month and a half with Black Card members building their funds, launching their funds, taking calls with here. We've brought in our legal partners as well. So this is the, we're, this offer goes away in 10 hours, which is pretty cool. So grab a 7-day free trial. Beta.funlaunch.com/start or comment AI down below and I'll send you the link. Okay? All right. So we're back in here. We've got our fields. I'm going to go to the fields view. So this is the canvas view. I'm going to go to the fields view and I can actually start approving some of these. So I like the name. Here's our investment philosophy. We already worked on that one. We already worked on our market opportunity. Our sector focus is European soccer clubs. Target geography. Here we go. I'm going to hit approve on all these. As you can see, my green bar is starting to fill out here. I got an orange bar here. Now, if you're doing this for real, you're probably going a little bit slower than I'm going, but we're going to go faster just for the sake of it. We have a 100% catch-up rate. Let's change this to a 2-year extension length. Our investment period is 5 years. We're going to charge a 2% management fee, 8% pref. Now, at any moment, if I don't know what these things are, I can go talk to the agent and I can go fix some of these things. Now, notice this right here. So as I've been editing things, some of my narrative sections are out of date because I've been editing these. I'm like, hey, the agent's like, hey, do you want us to update these or not? And I'm going to say, actually, yes, let's regenerate and work on those 19 sections. So It's going to take a minute. I'm going to let it actually refix, as I was changing some things as we're going, fix these 19 sections behind the scenes. So it's actually going to go and auto-sync up my entire fund. Isn't that pretty slick? So let's go. We'll keep improving some of these. Let's go back to our legal canvas here as it's updating those. Here's our custom pitch deck. I actually really like this pitch deck. We can come and talk to the, you know, I'll say, Can we shorten this headline? Most sellers don't know to something else. So I can actually prompt it and it will go update my preview of things I want to change. Let's see if it did it. Ta-da! There we go. There's a shortened headline. I'll say, hey, can you add in a chart? That shows valuations of soccer sports teams in Europe over the last 20 years. That'd be kind of a cool chart, right? Kind of show how they've appreciated over 20 years. Great. I'm going to hit enter. This one might take a little bit longer, but it's going to go. You can see it's updating the preview. It's going to start syncing values here. So we've got to give it a second. So that might be a nice chart to add into our custom pitch deck here. Moneyball analytics. I like how the stuff highlights. See how things like highlight and overview, time-bound and window. By the way, if you guys want access, 10 hours left, fundlaunch.com/start. Comment AI down below and we can go from there. Drop comments in the chat if you have them as well. We'll keep building out our European soccer fund. We're almost done. It's regenerating some sections. Edited sections you customized are out of date. Edited fund details no longer match the generated prose. You've edited thesis statement, market valuation. Let's hit regenerate anyways. Okay? So it's actually going to regenerate and hopefully update those. And then I think I've given it multiple prompts at once. So let's see if it'll work here. Back to our fund builder, we're scoring it an 818. That's not too bad. And then legal docs here as well. Something I haven't talked about much here is this. So If you ever get stuck or want to talk to real humans in here, as cool as AI is, humans are incredibly powerful and useful. So if we're doing a real estate fund or name the type of fund, you can actually come and work with— this is Jim Riggio. He actively runs a hedge fund. He's one of our Black Card advisors as well for years. Great dude, 15 years of experience. You can read some of his background here with his own fund and other funds he's worked at. You can actually book a one-on-one call with Jim Riggio for Tuesday at 8 AM. I can give him some notes of what I want to talk about. And actually right here, I can go confirm booking. This is live happening right now on the platform. It uses some of my credits I have on the top. I also can join office hours. So here are office hours that are going live every single week. You can see Scott Hoffman, who's great at marketing and sales, Dan Pearson, For he does real estate and private equity. I go live every Wednesday on a private Zoom call, so you can see all those inside of the platform here. Services. So you can see these are partner firms that you can actually work with after your life. So like Cherry Beckert, for example, they're an audit and tax firm. They're one of our partners. Many of these partners give discounts to members on platform. The events we have the Cabo cruise. So for people that join tonight before midnight, you have access to come to the Cabo cruise for black card. And also access to come to our event at our offices, at our Fund Launch HQ in January of next year, which is, anyways, pretty fun. You also can join our community. So this is our private Black Card community. Members only can join this. So again, you can join that and be a part of about 1,500 people in our Black Card community. These are all fund managers that are launching funds in our proprietary, you know, small Black Card community, which is pretty fun. The other thing that's interesting here as well is you can come play with the assumptions of your fund. So maybe you want to model out what your fund would look like for you. Well, you can come and actually play with this. So let's say we want to use leverage in our fund or not leverage. What are the interest rates on that leverage? So I can see this is how much money the GP would earn and how much the limited partners would earn with, you know, 8 years from $100 million commitments. Pretty cool. Okay. This is assuming a net NYC of 3.61x, right? Which would be that amount for limited partners. I can come change what's my pref return. Again, it just gives you a way to put pen to paper, start moving in direction to build out a fund. For years, we've taught investment funds. I've had videos. I've done an incubator. I've done free courses on funds. Now you can come just build your whole fund right here with a very smart agent bar that'll help think through all the things inside of your fund. Okay? Okay, look at this. So it added a new valuations trends section. Ooh, let's see how it looks. Oh, clicked the— clicked on the button. Value, where is it at? Inline with SVG line chart showing European top-flight soccer valuations from 2004 to 2024. All right, let's see where it went. Chart 3, numbered 0.5.5. Let's see where it went. Chart 2, that one. See, that chart's not showing up. Let's see if we can have it show up here. I don't see it. Let's see. Hey, I don't see it. Can you update the colors to make it visible? See, I don't think it's that chart. I think it's more— it might be this one anyways. Let's have it try again. Now, as let's go back, we've already updated all of our other fields. Let's go down here. We've already confirmed a lot of these things here. GP commit. Let's keep confirming we're raising additional capital. Actually, let's hit revise. No. Well, let's see. Raising additional capital. Whether the fund is actively soliciting additional capital. Oh yes, we are. Okay. LP commitment minimum. We want that to be a hundred grand. There we go. Bridger Pennington. Yep, I'm the contact for the fund. I'm a key person. So we're gonna hit approve on these things. Again, you'd probably go a little bit slower if you're going in real time, but we're going, we're going somewhat faster. This one's empty. 123 Moneyball Street. Okay. But we are actually going through and confirming many of the, you You know, one two three money Wall Street. I'll save this for our other ones. Fund office address. There's our management company office address if it's different. Has additional material conflicts? No. Return basis on net. So I'm actually going through and confirming many of the you know decisions you have to make. Inside of your fund. In the old system, you had to talk to a lawyer and think through this. Now, most of our— look at this, most of it's filled out now. We've got a few more here we haven't confirmed, so I can go back to my fields. I can hit, what needs action? Okay, this is coming soon. Initial limited partner name, which would be me. Okay. Date of formation, that's coming soon. Okay, so this one's complete. I come back. That one's should be complete now. Let's go back to this one. Oh, let's go back to what needs to be completed. Okay, LP presentation date. It looks like that's coming soon. This is later date, later date. We need the register agent date. That's coming later. Investment period's five years. Yep, those all look good. Notice cutoff time. Final closing period. Okay, we got that one done. Okay, so I'm starting to confirm these. Let's see if it came through and built my stuff on the left. Great. Save this. So if you're coming on late, we've gone through, we've built our entire Custom pitch deck that we can make a website. We've gone through, we've built out our fund. We've made these things green. We're not all the way green, but we you know probably could spend a little more time. But we're looking good so far. We've gone through and approved almost all the legal docs. Got a few left to approve. We've gone through. We can book calls here again. You guys have ten hours left, so comment AI down below if you want to get access to this on a seven day free trial. Can I make the pitch deck U.S. Cup team themed? Yeah, let's try. Good idea. Let's try it. So let's go back. I kind of like our green one, but let's say, yeah, let's do a USA. Let's make a USA World Cup themed deck. Okay. So we'll give it a second. Let's see what we can do here. USA World Cup themed deck. Good comment. I like it from Bud. What's going on, Bud? Good to see you. Comment AI down below if you guys want the link to go play with it yourselves. All right, so we're just about here. We got 34 of 35. We're missing— which one are we missing here? That one's done. That one's done. Data formation. Oh, I gotta go. What needs action? Let's do this actually. What final fields do I need to crystallize on my legal canvas? So you look at the final fields. I can also hit this one. It'll tell me the last field. So I need notice cutoff time zone. Potential third-party conflicts and professional long-term relationships. Okay. So I had not completed those in the fund builder. So let me go back and actually let's complete these right here. Professional long-term relationships. I'm just going to say none. Okay. That's what we were missing. And then third-party conflicts of interest. I'm going to say none. Okay. So now we're at 52 of 52. Okay, we've got all these have turned green. We got one left. 34 of 35. Let's go. Need action. These are all coming later. Notice cutoff time zone. We'll do EST. Boom. All right, I think we've got all of it. Look at this. Okay, we have now completed all of our legal docs. You can see the, you know, here's the, the light mode. These are all completed now. We have gone through, we've built our fund. We're at 806 fund score, which is pretty darn good. We've gone through, we've built, uh, we're still making our US World Cup theme deck. Uh, let me go back to, we've made our Moneyball deck. And again, these are all updating and syncing. We'll see how this, uh, the US-themed one comes out. I can again come join a few office hours with real fund managers who are raising and launching their funds all in here. Now, once I hit submit, for review right here. So I'm ready to go. Let me hit submit for legal review. Now it's not going to show it right now because I, I do not have a legal credit, but I've got to purchase a legal credit. Uh, this then sends it over for legal review. You can see now you're ready to submit for legal review. Great. I'm gonna submit our agents, and right now it's actually— it's gonna send me to a queue. So we're, we're queuing people on this right now. So I'll return back, but you can see here now my top changed here. My documents go live. I will be assigned a law firm behind the scenes that matches funds that go to European-based funds. So sorry, for a Euro soccer team fund, we have multiple law firms we can match you with. We'll match you with a law firm. You sign an engagement letter with that law firm. And then that law firm starts to look through your documents. We then file entities. We draft your Form D. You can actually go and We'll set up a meeting with the attorneys. You can leave comments and you actually go build your fund. This whole process takes about 7 days. Isn't that freaking cool? Instead of the old way, which was 6 months, $100,000 of legal costs, now you're right here, 7 days, 10 days, 4 days, let's say 7 days, give or take, your fund is live. You were launched. You're now raising a $100 million fund. You have all of your pitch decks, scroll decks here. Oh, let's see our US-themed. Here we go. Here's Moneyball Capital. Again, it's going to be too long of a headline. Let's go shorten name of my fund. Okay. Shorten the headline to name of my fund. Moneyball Capital. There you go. There's a more US-themed one, kind of a cool background design here. Here's some more. You know, kind of cool. Isn't that sweet? Oh, look at that. That's sweet. So these stay as I scroll. The ones on the right go up. That's pretty smooth, actually. Dang. Off of one prompt. So what's cool is it's taking in all the 200 data points of what I've done, and it's pushing them into here. So this actually is all accurate to the fund I've built. It's not like guessing. It's got me, Bridger, my co-founder, Mason, and Billy Beane. My other partner on my Moneyball Capital. Okay? It's got my investment, 8-year investment timeline. It's what we decided earlier. Okay? Now I'll say, look at this. See, these are white text. I'll say, hey, the dates are white text. Change those to a darker color so they are visible. Let's see if it does it here. It'll take a second. But yeah, pretty cool, right? If you guys want access to this, come play, 7-day free trial. You have ten hours left before we lock up this cohort, and we kind of we're going to finalize this cohort and go build funds with these people. So come try it for seven days free trial. Comment AI down below. I will send you the link. Here it is. Yeah, come check us out though. Beta dot funlaunch dot com slash start. Okay, let's go back. Let's see if it fixed it. Where was it here? Ta-da! See how those now these now we can read these. Okay, they were white before. Now they look a little bit better. Not too bad though. Let's see. This is a European buyout fund though, so I feel like doing USA theme just doesn't seem right. You know, I feel like I like the Moneyball Capital a little bit better. So we'll stick to Moneyball Capital here. This green one. But I like the idea though. Start that kind of looks clean. I like it. Here's Moneyball Capital for the USA theme again though. I could publish this. Look at this. Publish. This is now a working website. Here we go. I could share this with somebody. Here it is. Here's the cleaned-up version of this on a domain. Coming soon, you'll be able to put your custom, your own custom domain in here as well. All right. But we've gone through. We've built out our entire fund. We've gone through the legal canvas. We've built out our fund here. We've submitted for legal review. We're getting assigned a law firm as well. I can actually come book one-on-one calls with real advisors, real lawyers, real tax people. Real accounts. Coming soon will be Project Artemis and Ares, which you can go agentically raise capital and then post-launch agentically manage and run your fund. So that'll all be happening here coming soon. But this is a, I mean, we are incredibly impressed with how this came out. So again, for you guys, you can go play a 7-day free trial, come build your fund. You can do a private equity fund, a real estate fund, a hedge fund, a venture capital fund, a private credit fund, a crypto fund, all here In the platform, just a minute ago we did this. You know you can come see what's being done here. Go join. I'm gonna I'm gonna finish this live in just a minute, so make sure you have the link: fundlaunch beta.fundlaunch.com/start. This goes away in ten hours and eight minutes, so go check it out down below. We built a full. Let's go back to our our Moneyball fund. Here's our custom theme pitch deck. Legal canvas, all done here, all in one spot. These documents, by the way, are custom to private equity firms. All here. What deck should we make next? What do you guys think? What are some themes, some decks? We did a soccer fund today. What do you guys think we should do for the next one? Comment down below. Any ideas? We could do one more. We could do one more theme here. What's a good theme? I mean we're in the soccer age. We could do like a Europe one. We could do an Argentina. World Cup themed. And then also for our next one, should we do a— we could do a hedge fund, we could do a private equity fund, we could do a real estate fund. What would be useful? Comment in the chat. What do you guys think we should do? Stars and stripes. All right, comment AI down below. I will send you the link. You can go check us out. We have 10 hours left. Join a 7-day free trial on this as we log off here. You guys are awesome. Um, okay, share this with your friends. Share this with somebody who needs to go build their own fund that's always talking to you about building a fund. You can go and actually just in one prompt build out a lot of your fund. And then as you saw, over about 60 minutes, I've built out the majority of a fund. Ready to submit to legal in about 60 minutes or less. This is pretty crazy. So with that, share this with your friends. Comment AI if you can. Say say thank you to my team here for putting this all together. We'll wrap up here in a second. All right. Thank you guys. Goodbye.
