This is how I would scale a mobile car wash. Now, usually the biggest thing stopping these entrepreneurs from scaling is capital. Now, instead of using Mr. Wonderful and giving away 50% of your company, what you could do is go and launch a fund and raise debt. And what that means is you get private investors, they put money in, you keep your current business, but they will be investors on all the new trucks and inventory you buy. So, let's say you go buy 10 to 15 trucks, You hire employees, you now have economies of scale. What you can do is once these trucks start making money, you can start paying back your investors and actually over the course of maybe 12 to 18 months, you pay back all of your investors and ta-da, you own your business now with 15 trucks free and clear without giving away huge amounts of equity.
