Bridger Pennington argues UPS drivers won raises up to $100,000, but autonomous trucks and drones will eliminate those jobs anyway. If UPS doesn't automate, competitors will, wiping out the positions workers just fought to protect.

So, good news for these UPS drivers. Great. They can make $100,000 a year for the next few years. I don't know what year it's going to be, but with self-driving cars, self-driving trucks, drone technology, I believe they will have zero job because they negotiated so hard. They win in the short term and they kill their job in the long term, in my opinion. These companies with technology and the deflation that happens in technology, they're actually going to try to automate and/or delete all these jobs. By the way, if they don't, do this, their competitors will, and they will just be out of business and everyone will lose their job anyways.
