Please don't be confused by posts like this talking about BlackRock buying and selling crypto. And ones like this one as well. Makes it seem like BlackRock, this $10 trillion giant, is secretly buying and selling Bitcoin and buying Ethereum and all this. What they're doing, they have an ETF. So their clients, which could be retail traders, are right now apparently selling Bitcoin and they have to do it because they're an ETF and they're buying Ethereum. They just do what their— it's an ETF. They do what their clients Have them do. It's not like some secret conspiracy that BlackRock's buying or selling. What is cool though is what these ETFs have done to crypto. This has made crypto mainstream. This allows anybody with a brokerage account— you can see this is inflows and outflows of Bitcoin, Ethereum ETFs right here. Anyone with a brokerage account can now just go buy IBIT ETF or the Ethereum ETF right now. This allows so much access for people to get to crypto without creating a wallet and getting to some decentralized exchange and worrying about their security keys. They can just open up Schwab or Fidelity or whatever and buy crypto. That's what's cool about this. Don't get confused by weird headlines talking about secret conspiracies, but look at the math of how much inflow. These are some of the most successful ETFs ever launched in history, and they're only about a year and a couple of months old right now. It is pretty darn cool.
