And I had a buddy, a guy in my program, his name is Brent. He came in, he's like, yo, that's what we do, we do syndication loops and we flip about 4 houses a year, which is pretty good, right? You flip 4 houses a year, average house flip makes like $50,000 to $70,000 a year, making $200,000 a year. It's a pretty good income. He came, worked with us. He went from flipping 4 houses a year, this year he flipped 72 houses. Why? Because we built him the fund model. So instead of every time you find a new house or a new product, you're calling all the phones, get everybody, okay, we're gonna get money in, we gotta set up a new LLC, new bank accounts, move the money in. We set up the fund once. We raise capital once. So that first step's the same. We raise the capital, we put into a vehicle, general partner, limited partnership structure, and now we can do as many deals as we want. Would you win more deals or less deals if you had $7 million sitting in the bank ready to close whenever you found a good deal? Would you win more deals or less deals?
