So what's going on, Mike? So I actually just recently walked out on my corporate job. I was making great money. I was a financial advisor for Fidelity Investments. I actually ran a book of business about $250 million. The plan is to create my own fund. So I was raising a lot of capital and said, hey, why don't I go out and do this on my own? Have you launched anything yet? You're still in the beginning phases. I've never launched anything. Some of the biggest hurdles for me was the legal structuring.
Well, you're in our Single Asset Fund program, so we actually have the lawyers for you. So yeah, the lawyers are all in there so we can make sure that's done the right way and it's all built in there.
