The U.S. government is taking equity stakes in companies like Intel and MP Materials, expanding mass surveillance, and adding over 3,200 new rules annually. These moves mirror China's state control of strategic industries, suggesting America is adopting a China-like model despite remaining fundamentally different.

America and China are starting to look more like each other. And even look at these flock cameras. I mean, China tells us that they track their citizens and they have a social credit score. Well, this last few days, these have gone viral as the US government has contracted a private company to track all of us. You know, China is known for taking stakes in their companies and running companies under a communist regime. Well, the US has done the same thing. We bought a 10% stake in Intel and a 15% position in MP Materials and plans to maybe do more. By the way, this is all in an op-ed on LinkedIn and X. That I just published today. The US also last year added over 3,200 rules, a record of number of rules added to the register. Now, China, on the other hand, you start a business, they don't care about copyrights, they don't care about data, they don't care about nothing. Just go start a business. That's way more capitalistic than some of our stuff in the United States. When you start to put these together, we're starting to look more like each other. If you want to go check out the whole article, find me on X and LinkedIn. You can go check out the whole thing. And yes, I still understand these are still 2 vastly different countries, but we're starting to do things that look like one another.
