Well, clarity didn't pass, so crypto's dead, right? Wrong. Big news out of the SEC, the Securities and Exchange Commission. These guys run all the securities in the United States. Paul Atkins says, I'm going to be publishing new crypto clarity rules on Friday from the SEC. He wants to deliver certainty for American investors, for entrepreneurs shaping the technology future. Now that's cool the SEC chair said that, but also The CFTC chair, Mike Selig— that's the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, they run all commodities. And with the Clarity Act, they were proposing most of crypto, the big cryptos, would be commodities. So Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana would be commodities similar to gold and silver and copper. He runs all those things. So the Commodity Futures Trading Commission said we're also going to be publishing our rules to provide clarity for the crypto industry. Put these 2 groups together, the SEC and CFTC, I mean, that's all of the really regulators for most of Wall Street and financial institutions. This might actually be even a better path than the Clarity Act because these guys can just move and write new rules, and all of these institutions follow the rules they write. So I'm actually pretty excited for what's to come with the SEC and CFTC. Both these leaders have said they're pro-crypto, they're pro-clarity. As the House goes and votes on 2 more crypto bills this week. One's with the Bitcoin Strategic Reserve, another one's a tax on crypto. And so anyways, a lot of stuff's moving and shaking right now. It's pretty fun to be involved. Follow along to stay in the loop.
