Working at home versus working in the office. There's actually a recent HR study done that showed people that work from home and people that work in office can work at the same efficiency levels. However, it takes 75% more time as a manager to effectively manage people that are remote than people that are in office. So yes, output can be the same, but managers have to be way on the ball to make sure their remote workers are doing good quality work. Personally, I love working in office. I love the collaboration, the stuff that happens, just the in-between stuff during lunch or breaks is way better than when we worked remote in the past.
