This is a YouTube video titled "Lot of fear in the market, interesting times ahead, here’s what data I’m focusing on" (uploaded 2026-02-18). It is a single-speaker market commentary focused on macro and crypto sentiment: the speaker describes extreme fear on the Greed-Fear Index, notes crypto is down ~50% from the peak but expresses bullish conviction, references running a crypto fund and Full Launch Partners (and Dan Young), discusses Polymarket odds on a "Clarity Act" separating the SEC and CFTC and designating Bitcoin/Ethereum as commodities, and explains how institutional flows (JPM, Vanguard, Bank of America, etc.), potential rate cuts, and projected GDP growth could impact crypto, real estate, and broader markets. The tone is analytical and forward-looking.

We are still sitting at extreme fear on the Greed Fear Index. If you look at this chart, this is the lowest it's been. This is more than FTX, more than COVID. If you go back and look at this Extreme Fear and Greed Index right now, early 2026, I'm talking just crypto here, but this is true for sentiment around the market right now with real estate, stocks, et cetera. I mean, crypto is explainable. I mean, we're down 50% since the peak about 6 months ago. No real alt season, kind of a sad time to be in crypto, but I am extremely bullish in this market. Me and Dan Young run a crypto investment fund, and I run another fund called Full Launch Partners right now. We see a lot of portfolio managers, and I'll tell you a few reasons why. Specific to crypto, this is Polymarket. Clarity Act being signed into law at 77% chance, just jumped a lot. Now, if you don't— haven't followed this at all, this is separating the SEC, Securities and Exchange Commission, from the CFTC, Commodities Futures and Trading Commission, on crypto. They're designating that a few assets are commodities. This looks to designate Bitcoin, Ethereum, and a few others as commodities. You'll also get commodity digital brokerage licenses. So all these commodity traders on Wall Street that broker, you know, gold, silver, copper, et cetera, can actually now play in crypto, which by the way, moves the entire market cap of crypto in just a few hours. I mean, that's how much Money is in gold and silver and how few dollars are in Bitcoin. I mean, this is pretty wild. Last 60 days, we've seen a number of institutions flip their stance on crypto before this act. JP Morgan Chase launched the JPM Coin. They tokenized a private equity fund. Jamie Dimon is now pro-crypto and blockchain assets. Vanguard flipped their stance on ETFs. They now allow Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other ETFs on their platform. Bank of America now recommends their clients up to 4% allocation into crypto. ARKET is also pricing in significant rate cuts here through July of this year with the new Fed chair, Kevin Warsh. Also have the Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick, in this interview saying we're most likely going to hit 5% GDP growth this year. And he says if we get rate cuts, we'll hit 6% GDP growth. And with rate cuts happening, a lot of people are on the sidelines right now waiting for cuts to happen in real estate. To refinance their mortgage. Think of all the mortgage brokers, the real estate agents, all 14% of our GDP is tied to real estate that will be greatly affected by rate cuts. So you tie a lot of those things together, a Clarity Act, rate cuts, 5% or even 6% GDP growth, inflation is held steady low. Man, I, it makes me pretty excited right now.
