Common mistakes that keep young adults stuck in the middle class. I have a bunch of friends that go to college, university, they pick a career or a job or a major that they believe will look good and sound good to mom and dad. They might get a good starting salary and then by the time they're 30 or 35, they wake up and they go, crap, like I'm in a crappy financial situation. I'm not doing that well. What happened? Finance is the number 1 reason for divorce, number 1 reason for stress and problems in people's lives. The biggest mistake I think young adults make is they aren't intentional with making money. When you go to college, I believe your number one goal is how can I make money? Any career you pick, I don't care if it's your life's passion, eventually you're going to do it because of money. If they stopped paying you, you would probably stop going to work. So, you might as well pick a job or career or something that makes you lots of money so that you can go and do all your passions later.
