I had a friend. He went and bought funeral homes, mom-and-pop funeral homes. He found he could sell them for a 2x multiple of what he bought them for. So he'd go out, he bought 8 funeral homes for, let's call them, $1 million apiece. So $8 million. He grouped them together, ran them for about a year to 18 months because you got to get them running and functioning, upgrade them a little bit. He could sell that group for $16 million to a bigger private equity group because they don't want to go through the effort of buying all the ones, but they just want to buy a chunk. They got to deploy capital. So he went off through all the effort of buying and negotiating, put them all together, $8 million to $16 million in about 18 months.
