Is anyone still doing cold plunges in 2026? Oh, let's go! I do this almost every morning still. I know it was like a trend like 4 years ago and I never just got off. I never got off the trend. Anybody still out there, any cold plungers, any daily plungers have at their house or whatever? Man, let's go. It's been— I've done this for, I don't know, 4 years roughly, almost 4 and a half years. It's pretty awesome.
