Playing smaller doesn't always mean playing easier...

I've only ever done one small deal. Our smallest deal was $7.4 million. We bought a Marriott Residence Inn in the southern United States. And actually that deal was like harder than some of the bigger deals that we did because like Louisiana had all this like flood stuff and the insurance thing was all over the place. And like, I remember sitting there and being like, we sat at the end of the closing, you know, we had a closing table or whatever, sitting there and thinking, was it worth it? We spent all these months closing this deal. Like, was it worth it when we had just come off of a $100 million deal that put us so much further in basically the same amount of work?
