So, I have not hired an assistant yet. You're crazy. And I— what does that hear? It's the greatest investment ever. Actually, walk me through this. Amazing story about it. I was in the business 2 and a half years. I made $130,000. I knew I need an assistant. I started interviewing a few. And one of them that was at our firm that was an assistant for somebody else was ready to kind of be done. She saw that I was up and coming and kind of kicking butt. She had a ton of experience and I was like, oh, that's who I want. And she was like, I'm $60,000. And literally, my throat dropped. To my growing. And I was like, that's half of my money. One of my mentors was like, Ryan, trust me, if you delegate honestly and you put your heart into what you're really good at and you delegate what she's really good at, that $60 grand is going to be really easy for you. I sat her down and I said, look, I'm going to pay you $5 grand a month and I'm scared to death. She was like, I got you. If I'm not making you that extra $60 grand a year, I'm not worth it. That year that I hired her, I made $750 grand, and that is not an ego stroke. That is a true testimony of good assistance.
