Fund regulations work like football rules: confusing at first, but a lawyer can explain the framework in minutes. Once you know the rulebook, you can build strategies that actually work within it.

There's a lot to be done and played in here inside of funds. There's all these rules, regulations. The analogy I use, it's kind of like football. If you came into a stadium and you had never seen American football before, you might be a little confused. What's a 4th down? What's a field goal? Why is it 3 points and 7 points and 6 points? What's a punt? But if someone came and sat next to you and taught you the rules in the stadium, in maybe 20 or 30 minutes, you could probably understand pretty quickly. Furthermore, you could probably develop strategy within the rules of the game. To build upon this analogy, if you went and asked a referee what the rules of the game are, they would teach you the rules, right? It's kind of like when people go talk to a lawyer. Great, the lawyer can teach you the rules just like a referee can teach you the rules. But within the rules, there's a lot of strategy.
