I put my fingers together. I saw Donovan Mitchell do this. Whenever he shoots free throws, he always puts his hands together and he like takes a breath. And I was like, huh, I wonder if that's a trigger. And I looked up all these performance coaches and they usually have triggers. Some people like beat their chest twice. When I get home from work each day, there's so much stuff that you're thinking about coming home. I literally pull in the garage. I almost always will put my fingers together like this and I go, like, I'm a dad now. I'll oftentimes leave my phone and computer in the car. I just leave it. I open the door, I walk in and I'm a dad. Hey, what's up? How we doing? Energy shifts completely. You'd almost say Bridger's a different person. Like I literally am work Bridger and I'm all these things, stressed out, all this stuff. And I hit that garage door and I come in, I'm like, okay, I'm a dad. A mentor taught me that and I've loved that. It's helped my relationship with my son and my wife and just helped me be a better human.
