A colleague raised $250,000 to buy five Amazon FBA stores at $50,000 each, merged them, and generated $350,000 in annual free cash flow within a year. He paid back investors with a 20-25% return and kept ownership of a business now worth $3-4 million.
And I had a buddy, a guy in my program. So he raised $250 grand, went out and bought 5 Amazon stores for $50 grand a pop, grouped them all together. Within 1 year, all those stores were producing $350,000 in net free cash flow. So what he did was he took that money, paid back all of his original investors plus interest, plus like 20-25%. So they were happy. He keeps all 5 stores. Now he's got an enterprise value, $3 to $4 million, net free cash flow, $350 grand a year. That's working smarter, not harder.
