Men need to live on their edge. I was listening to this interesting book talking about feminine and masculine qualities, and the reason men love movies or they love watching football is because if they can't live to their edge, they watch other men live to their edge and live to this extreme. Most men feel called to like this duty of a higher calling or mission. His legend grows. They need a life purpose. One reason for maybe men having massive suicide rates today is because they are not having a life purpose or edge. Now, women are more feminine qualities. They just need to be loved. That's why they like romantic comedies or romance movies. That's what calls them. Men need to be loved, but also with a life mission and purpose. Men need both those, which is pretty interesting.
