Craziest fund ideas I've ever heard of. Number 1, almond farms. We have a guy in our group goes out and he has a fund that buys and sells almond farms. Apparently they have incredible margins and he makes tons of money doing it. Number 2, Hollywood scripts. We have guys in our group that go out, they find broke writers in Hollywood that write these great movie scripts or miniseries. They'll buy the script for $10,000 or $20,000. They turn around and sell those scripts to HBO, Netflix, and Amazon Prime for huge margins. And number 3 is funeral homes. Yes, I said funeral homes. I have a friend every year that puts together $7 to $8 million, goes out and buys mom-and-pop funeral homes, groups them together under one roof, and found that he can sell them for $16 to $18 million 12 to 18 months later. There's easy ways to make money and there's hard ways to make money, and that sounds like a pretty freaking awesome way to make money. Like and follow for more.
