In this live H2H Chat, host Bryan Kramer interviews teenage entrepreneur Remmi, who has been working since age six to combat childhood obesity by making cooking fun and healthy. Remmi explains her mission to eliminate the obesity epidemic, recounts her early inspiration—helping her mother in a busy household of six—and describes how she turned that spark into a kid‑focused TV show and related products. The interview is repeatedly interrupted by bandwidth and video quality problems, prompting Bryan to repeatedly ask Remmi to lower her bandwidth and eventually decide to cancel and reschedule the session. Bryan promises to inform the audience via Twitter and mentions the next guest, Ted Rubin, who will discuss influence and relationships.

Hey everybody, how are you doing? This is Bryan Kramer. We are back, we are live on another H2H Chat, and I have a wonderful guest with us. Now we have some good sound, but I think the video may be a little bit choppy for us, which is fine as long as we can be heard. I think that's what matters most. I wanted to introduce to you Remy. She is a wonderful budding entrepreneur. She has started some really, really cool stuff, and I'm gonna let her explain to you what she started, because there's no better person to explain it than her. So, Remy, why don't you explain what you've done, just a little short idea about yourself?
Yeah, so I've been working on this since I was 6 years old, and my main initiative since then has really been to eliminate childhood obesity through cooking healthy and having fun in the kitchen. So I focus on cook and have fun in the kitchen, and then throughout the years I've created some products to help that mission as well.
You know what, Remy, let's have you drop that bandwidth level down even one more because it's still a little bit laggy.
Wait, sorry, what did you say?
Go ahead and drop your bandwidth down one more. Gotcha. Let's see if that does the trick. Of course, it's going to blur the video a little bit, but what we care most about is the sound. All right, so tell us one more time a little bit about yourself. Sorry to have you do that again.
No, it's okay. So, yeah, I started in 2009, and ever since then, my mission has always been to prevent the childhood obesity epidemic. Or further eliminate it, actually, is my ultimate goal. By making it fun, have fun in the kitchen, and learn how to cook healthy at the same time. And my passion is really food, and so that's where the business idea came out of. And it also came out of trying to help people in my community. And so throughout the years, mainly it started with a TV show where I was just doing kid-friendly meals, a kid show hosted by kids. That's awesome.
We are unfortunately getting a little bit of slowdown. I am thinking that today, if we can't get the sound or the picture right, we may need to delay this H2H chat, which would be unfortunate, but fortunate to get it right so that we can actually hear what you're saying. Let's keep going for another five minutes. See if we can straighten this out. If we can't, then we will go ahead and reschedule to make sure everyone really gets the message that you're trying to say. So why don't we test something out here? Tell us what was the very first thing that that that gave you the idea to to start cooking?
The actually. I was eating in the kitchen, my mom was making dinner, and then she's like, there's got to be food for other kids, because I live in a family of 6. And so then she actually put me to work, and then I just washed some vegetables, made a salad, and that's where it really all started.
Awesome. Well, that was a good test to see how things are going to go. I think at this point We're going to go ahead and cancel today, and that's all right. We'll go ahead and reschedule you so that we can get you back on again. But we're going to go ahead and do one more practice offline so that you all, next time you come back on with Remy, you're going to get the full effect. Apologize for today. We obviously didn't plan on that, plan that, but we will go ahead and reschedule. To everybody else, I'll send a message out on Twitter and let you guys all know what's what's happened here, and we'll let you know the date that we reschedule this for. So again, we'll see you guys soon. Next Monday we have Ted Rubin joining us, and we're going to be talking to Ted about influence and relationships. So stay tuned for that, and we will see you all next Monday. Thank you so much. Thank you.
