The Force is strong with you, young entrepreneur or business professional. No, but seriously, we are going to talk about force energy and how to have Jedi like powers at work. Okay, just kidding. I'm not Yoda. But I am here to share with you some Jedi like mind tricks and energy tricks to use the Force to have more productivity at work, sanity in your life, and to bring empowerment in a way that doesn't have you come across like you're being a jerk or that B word that ends with the way that witch ends. So let's get into it. Whether you want to talk about it or not. Empowerment, particularly in the workplace, is definitely a subject that should be discussed in every single workplace culture and workplace community. It doesn't matter if you're a solopreneur. It doesn't matter if you're an entrepreneur with a small team or if you work for a corporation. The concepts around empowerment apply to everything from diversity and inclusion to being able to have more sanity in the workplace. And so when we talk about empowerment, though, one of the first things that can come to mind is, well, if I decide that I want to feel more empowered or have more empowerment at work, I'm going to come across as a bitch, or I'm going to come across as a jerk, or I'm going to come across as too strong or from a leadership standpoint, well, how can I empower my team to just do their jobs? And that mindset is going about it all wrong. So don't worry, though, because I'm going to be able to help you transition from wherever you are all the way up the empowerment ladder into a life where you feel like you are not only valued, but you also have the ability and the skill, support to bring that value to your workplace, to your home, to your life. Doesn't matter where you are currently, if you want to make it all the way up to the penthouse, or if you just want to have more freedom to work from a poolside, empowerment can help you in all of those areas. So think about it. Planes, trains, automobiles, humans, they all run on energy. And it's not like this energy is just magical and unattainable. It's already inside you. That's the coolest thing about this. And this same energy is what's going to take you from where you are to where you want to go. And this energy, this empowerment, this permission that you're going to give yourself to bring your whole self to work and in anything that you do is what's going to take you from where you are to where you want to be. Even if you're not your own boss and you have a boss at work, all of this will still apply to you. All right, grab a pen. I know we started with the Star wars analogy, but I'm going to switch over to a simple analogy of a balloon. Whether it's deflated or inflated, and an empowered individual is inflated, they have more inside them to give, more inside them to bring, and they're just honestly cooler to look at, hang out with, and more fun. Because how fun is a deflated balloon? But to take that balloon from that floppy, sad balloon to fully inflate it, it's going to take four things. I hope you have your pen and paper ready. Here's the first thing. Number one, confidence. Number two, consistency. Number three, awareness. And number four, recognition. So just in case you missed those. Confidence, consistency, awareness, recognition. Confidence, consistency, awareness, recognition. And I'm going to break each of these down super simple, super quick so that you can start applying these things today. Are you ready? Let's go. So mindset is first. Just like a Jedi, you have this power, you have this ability, and how you think about it, what you do with it, and the actions, the behaviors, and the decisions that you make dictate whether you're going to be on the light side or the dark side of this, whether your balloon is going to be inflated or deflated.
When I think about mindset and confidence, I think about when I was modeling or when I'm on stage and the.
Feeling that I have in the confidence.
In myself versus in my body or.
In my presentation, practicing that mindset and turning down the volume on those voices in the back of your head that are negative. Because it's not just those external voices at work or in your life that are deflating that balloon. It's most likely most of the time, that voice in the back of your head that is saying all of those negative things. So send that voice to its room, tell it it doesn't get dinner, and turn the volume off. That voice is not paying rent, so it's getting evicted.
So the second thing we want to talk about is consistency. And I learned this with my YouTube channel. Even when I'm dog gone tired, being able to edit these videos and deliver them for in the most consistent and concise way possible is making all of the difference. Just like when I was a stunt woman, how important consistency was in our practice and my safety. Doing something consistently is the only way to guarantee that you'll learn and you'll improve and ultimately have success. And the third thing is all about awareness, about knowing yourself and knowing that your only limit truly is you. You're the only one who can light that fire under your ass and get stuff done. And lastly is recognition. Showing up with that confidence consistently and that awareness that this is me, this is who I am, and relentlessly pursuing.
That purpose that you feel like you were put on this earth to do. In order to inflate that balloon and in order to have that overall sense of well being and calm confidence and change that mindset, you have to feel safe. So I did include a link to a free ebook about how to stay sane during insane times that includes some free tips, resources, tools and more videos from me to help transition your mindset to that place of safety, from that place of reactivity or wherever you are right now. I promise you that there's a tool for everyone in there, even if it's just one. But I hope it's more. So click on the link below and you'll get your free copy of that ebook and you can start to work on transitioning from where you want to be to being that Jedi self, even if you're not your own boss. I promise you that once you get through all of these tips and tricks and you start using the four things I shared with you in this video, you are going to be the boss of your own life. And because we talked about consistency, I want you to put in the comments one thing that we can help hold you accountable for that you are going to implement from this video today to help you inflate that balloon, become a Jedi and be more empowered today. Thanks for making the world a better place. Do they need you kind of too close.
