Did you know that According to Stanford, 42% of the U.S. labor force is actually working from home right now? And with the craziness that we've had going on, honestly, are you shocked? And as a business coach, a lot of my clients have asked me when they're starting out with their companies, if they have to quit their job or what are other ways to make money. So I'm going to share with you three of the best ways to make money right now that you could start today and start making money from during this video if you wanted to. You might have to pause the video, but you could get started right now. And when you stay till the end, I've got two bonus ways that you can make money with just stuff and not actually having to do anything. So stay tuned for that. So my first and probably favorite way to make money, regardless of what's going on with the economy, is with freelance. Chances are that you have skills that somebody needs, even if it's just the fact that you know how to set up an Instagram. There are so many businesses that don't yet have a social media presence. So even if you're not a social media manager, but you just want to earn some extra cash by setting up somebody's Instagram or Twitter or help them understand what TikTok is and how to use it, that's a great way that you could take a monthly fee of maybe 300 to $500 just for setting that up. Or you could take a project base and say charge $1,000 to make sure that they have all of media presence, all the bios are filled out, all the information is there. And once you do that, you just made a thousand dollars for using nothing more than your skills. And freelancing is a great way to use the skills that you have and share it easily with the world. And you can do this all remotely. You can do it all from the comfort of your home, sitting right now exactly where you are. This is something that you could do. So get out a piece of paper and just write down 10 things, things that are your skills or your abilities. And then also write down another 10 ways that you've actually made money before. So for me, I've made money babysitting, I've made money in lifeguarding, I've made money as a coach, I've made money as a stunt woman. There are a lot of ways that I have been able to create an income in my lifetime. And just being able to free up those neural pathways to know that you have made Money, you do have ways to add value to this world, and it starts to open up your mind on other creative ways that you can make money without actually getting a real job and still having the freedom and flexibility to do whatever it is that you want to do or while working your real job and just getting extra cash. And when I say real job, I don't have a judgment about what it is that you do for an income, whether you're an entrepreneur or whether you're working 9 to 5 or 8 to 5 or whatever that is. I just want you to know that this video is going to show you other ways that you can expand, expand that opportunity to make money in ways and time that is in line with your freedom and your desire. And that truly the sky is the limit as far as how much money you want to make, how much you can work, how much you want to work, the time and schedule that you put in, and all of the ways that you can actually make an income and add more revenue to your bottom line. So number two is with a podcast or maybe even a YouTube channel. So this is a way to then share your information, share your experience out with the world. And so what I told you with number one of freelancing, that's the way to demonstrate your skills or demonstrate your abilities and trade your abilities and your time for somebody to pay you to do something. Now, YouTube and podcasts, the beauty of that is that it's just sharing your information, sharing your knowledge. You could make a podcast or a YouTube video of you doing the things that you're going to make money on first and compound it. So you're making money from your YouTube channel and the ad revenue that's there. And you're making money because you're actually doing something for a client and producing a result that the client's paying for, that you're freelancing with. Oh, my gosh, yes, it is possible. And there are a ton of people that are doing it and you can do it, too. So the third way is something that I kind of stumbled upon. So again, as a coach, I get asked, what are you reading? What are you listening to? What kind of camera are you using for your YouTube? What kind of microphone are you using to record your podcasts and record your interviews? And so I was sending out these Amazon links and sending out links to what it is that I was drinking and all of this kind of stuff. And I'm not an influencer. But when you have a community and if you do step two and you decide to build on YouTube or build a podcasting channel, you start to get that community. And when your community asks you these questions, and if you set up an affiliate account, either on Amazon or if you get an affiliate code from the companies that you're supporting, which most companies will be happy to share an affiliate code with you because you're sharing their product, you just need to put a disclaimer and be able to share that link with your community. And whether you make $0.30 or $3, every time you send that link, it adds up. So if somebody asks you what are your favorite books, or you put out a blog that has all of your favorite books, be smart about it and use your affiliate links because people are paying you for you, cutting down on their learning curve. And by all means, you should get reimbursed for that, even if it is just 30 cents, that does truly add up. And you are valuable. And sharing your knowledge with other people is truly an asset and valuable. So I'd highly encourage you to use your affiliate links whenever possible, because you're still going to grab the links and so you're really not doing anything differently. It might take you about 10 minutes to set up your affiliate account, but then you're able to get that return on investment. Every time you send a link, whether it's to a friend, a family member, posting it on your website, posting it on your blog, sharing it below your YouTube video, these are all ways that you can generate income, just by sharing your knowledge and sharing products that are helpful to you that could help. So I told you I was going to give you two bonus ways at the end of the video. And right before I do that, I'm going to give you another hint. Subscribing to this channel might be a really good idea if you want to grow not only your income, but also your value and all of the other elements of your life. Because that's what the Power of Purpose Channel is all about. That's what I'm here to help you with. So without further ado, my two bonus ways. Just by looking around what's in your house, chances are you have a donation pile. Chances are you have stuff in your house that you could probably get rid of and be okay. And whether it's Facebook Marketplace or you're doing something on OfferUp, or there's a million other ways to connect with the community and say, hey, I have this thing and I would like to sell it and you might want to buy it. That's a great way to generate cash. And you can typically get rid of something that you otherwise would have had to take to the dump and you're getting cash and most of the time people will come pick it up. So you don't even have to do any driving. I'm going to put a slight disclaimer to be very careful because there are weird people out there and you maybe don't want to invite them to your house. So just be careful when you're getting rid of all of your stuff and don't get rid of all your stuff because you do need a few things to still have your house be a home. And the second way with stuff to make money is you could go to a thrift store like Goodwill or whatever you have in your local community and you can see some stuff that maybe would be worth more than what they're asking for. And so you could buy it for a dollar and then sell it that afternoon for $5 and you've made $4. And while this is a bit of a gamble because you could end up with a ton of stuff that you don't need and want and you've spent money on and now you can't sell, is possible to be able to flip items from a thrift store and make a ton of profit. So those are my two bonus ways. Just with stuff. I gave you the three ways that you don't need to have a job and you can set your own schedule and still make an income. And even if you are an entrepreneur and you're getting your business started or your business is very established and doing quite well, you still know that you can always be able to access this video and access these three ways in order to generate more income for anything that you want to do in this world. So that's what I have for you today. And if you're looking to save not just money but more time, I put the link for our entrepreneur time savers in the description for this video. So leave me a comment. Subscribe and thank you for making the world a better place. I'll see you in the next video. La.
