Going live. Awesome. Hello, difference makers. So we are talking about planning your calendar, which, if I'm being completely honest with you, I should just move aside and have this being talk to you about planning your calendar, because she's the one who plans mine. So that was it. Mic drop. We can stop the live video now, don't you think? Is that you can go into a little bit more detail, but it does help having somebody help you, you know, coordinate your calendar. Yeah. So this is literally what happens. The little voice on my shoulder talks to me about, is this something that I really need on my calendar and is this a priority? And for a long time it like, everything was. Was a priority or everything was not a priority. And so being able to kind of have that conversation with an external human being to say, here's my reasons for why this is important or my rationale, or here's what I'm focused on and being able to say, hey, V, like, we're focused writing this month. And then you be like, well, then why are you having 15 meetings with people about cooking classes? Ah, good catch. Appreciate that. So being able to have that kind of focus and clarity, even if you don't have a VP of GYSD in your corner, it's nice to be able to have that level of clarity. And one of the things that having Victoria and getting that clarity is necessary is to have a model calendar. And even before you have a person, but particularly when you have a person such as an amazing Victoria, being able to have a model calendar is ideal. So what I did today is I pulled just two of the rules from our seven simple rules for running a business without it running you. And you can get that off of bunnyyoung.com or a betterplace consulting.com or if you're in the difference makers group, just give us a shout out and we'll make sure that you get that. But that's a free download and I actually did an entire video running through it. So I'm just going to give you two quick ones from this is what it looks like. If you want to know what it looks like, that's the COVID So if you're trying to wonder if you have the right thing. So we're just going to give you two of those core rules and I'm going to move back into the middle of the video screen and get big V off of my shoulder real quick. We do this so seamlessly. So. So we kind of already talked about using a model calendar and creating a model calendar, and this is great. Because the chaos that's on your calendar right now, guess what? You're most likely the one who put it there, or you have somebody that put it there for you. And being able to hand somebody a here's what I want my days to look like, or here's my creative times. Here's the time that I need to be gone so that I can get my daughter off of the bus. Here's when I like to travel. Like, for me, I like to travel and leave on a Wednesday and then come home on like a Sunday or on a Friday. So I don't like leaving on a Monday because I feel like everybody else leaves on the Monday. So, yes. And then the other little bit that I'm going to give you from the 7 Simple Rules of running a business without it running you is an autoresponder. I just talked to an executive director this morning about the power of an autoresponder, and people will tell me, you know, I just, someday I'm gonna be like you and be able to throw up an autoresponder on my email and just tell everybody that I don't have time for their email today. Okay, well, why can't that be today? And yeah, it's rough when you go from people expecting to hear from you immediately to people you know seeing this autoresponder. Yeah, autoresponders are annoying. But you know what else is annoying is 317 emails in your inbox, where four are actually only really that important and need your attention. So if you value your time and if individuals value you, then they'll understand. And there are so many solutions in my autoresponder that most of the time I don't need to answer the email. Either it's something that Victoria can deal with, or it's something that the website can solve, or it's for a company that you know they can go to one of the other companies. And that is just been so helpful. And so with your calendar, making sure that email isn't invading your calendar and that your autoresponder is reiterating what's already on your model calendar and that you're checking your email during those times and that you're letting the autoresponder do the rest. And yes, I have a boo boo on my chin. It's from one of the Great Dane puppies. It's a long story. So Victoria's not beating me, and the previous therapist in me is going to tell you that if you're in a situation that you feel unsafe in and it's not a Great Dane related situation. It's not a laughing matter. And please reach out to anybody. I just totally derailed and went down that wormhole right there, but felt like that was necessary since I was not trying to make a joke about domestic violence. I just wanted you to know I'm okay. It's just the Great Dane got Pawie with me, so not Guinness. It was another Great Dane puppy. That's what I have for you today. I appreciate you making the world a better place. Please implement number three. Number six, download the seven simple rules. Get it from the website bunnyyoung.com or the inside the Difference Makers group. Thank you guys for making the world a better place and I look forward to seeing you soon. And hopefully part of your calendar is scheduling to make sure that you're with us live in the Difference Makers on Wednesdays. All right, bye now you say bye. Bye.
