So for the past couple weeks, I've been waking up with this mixture of dread and excitement, like a kid going to Disneyland. And it's a little bit like if you imagine a Venn diagram of like, excitement. And I holy shit, I'm dying. I don't think I can breathe. So somewhere in the middle of that is the place that I get out of bed and the place that I get in the car and the place that I will myself to go get on with my day. And we all are going to get through this in some way, shape or form, in our own way, shape or form. And so the best that I can do for you is to offer you some of the tools, some simple tools, and I'm even going to include the links below to make it that much easier for you to be able to go a little bit further into that side that's so excited to get up and go to Disneyland and get you motivated when the world just seems like it doesn't make sense. And I will admit to you being a therapist, despite the fact that I'm not actively practicing therapy with clients, if the world seems like somebody let crazy off the leash, that's an accurate description right now. Anxiety, stress. And remember, anxiety is not always negative. It can be excitement as well. So anxiety is just energy. And Fritz Pearl says fear is excitement without breathing. And another way to think about fear is that fear only exists in the future. Stress only exists in the future. Fear is one of two things. It's either fear that you're going to lose what you have or fear that you will not get what it is that you want. And neither of those things, you know, currently. So what you can do is to bring yourself back to this moment, break it down to the next right thing, and be able to know that you're here for a reason. You're here for a purpose. You're here to make the world a better place. And I'm not just talking to you. These are the same things that I tell myself. And I'm a therapist and a serial entrepreneur and a mom and an army wife. And I'm not saying that I have more on my plate than you do, because that's not the truth. We're very different people. We have very different stressors. We have very different things on our plates. But you know what we have in common? We're humans. We're humans that are here to make the world a better place. So I hope and I wish you to be able to find these tools helpful or find tools that are helpful for you and to continue on fulfilling your purpose and to continue making a difference. Thank you. And I'm going to see you in the next video.
