Tony Robbins Mindset for Success MADE SIMPLE

Bunny Young (business therapist and serial entrepreneur) explains Tony Robbins' formula for long-term success: belief in others and oneself, consistent public presence, and clear simple messaging. She distills Robbins' approach into three pillars—commitment, consistency, and clarity—and emphasizes that success is driven by showing up (she cites Robbins' phrase 80% psychology / 20% skill). The video includes a practical offer (a free "entrepreneur's Lifesaver" toolkit) and repeated calls-to-action to engage with more content.

There is so much about Tony Robbins right now. I mean, whether it's the Own youn Future Challenge or his books or the fire walking. He is everywhere. Well, maybe he doesn't do that whole fire walking thing anymore. But if you stop and you're like, what is his deal? Like, how did he get this successful? Let me tell you, if you're new here, I'm Bunny Young, business therapist and serial entrepreneur. And I'm glad that you found the Power of Purpose channel. I'd love it if you like this video and subs below so we can keep this relationship going. But now back to Tony. So when people think about Tony Robbins, they just think about the past 15 years. One of the things you have to realize is that that man has been around since the 80s, if not longer, but really writing his first book in the 80s and the late 80s is what kind of got him started. And then through that journey, he has become the world's most successful self help entrepreneur. And really, when you break it down, coming from my background as a therapist and having a master's degree in psychology, I can tell you it's pretty simple. He has consistently shown up and told people to believe in themselves. Furthermore, he's told people that he believes in them. And really, in this day and age, that is super, super powerful. To know that somebody out there believes in you, wants the best for you, and believes that you can not only achieve your goals, but that not achieving your goals is going to be somehow robbing this world, well, here's a confession. Just like Tony Robbins, I believe that too. Now, I'm not standing on a stage and I'm not gonna have you walk across fire and coals, but the power of believing in yourself and that mindset is what changed everything in my life. And I know that it can do the same for you. And if you're like, well, I just don't have the time to do that. I'm not Tony Robbins. I hear you. And that's why I want to give you something that really helped me. So I'm going to give you my entrepreneur's Lifesaver. And if you're not an entrepreneur, it's per fine. This Lifesaver list is there to be able to save you not only time, but also sanity. And it's simple things, but put together, it's a powerful toolbox and it's completely free. And I didn't want to not offer that to you. And so if you want more and you want it, it's completely free. I'm going to put that link below this video. But really, when you look at Tony Robbins success, and when you look at the mindset that he has for success, it's just about three things. And it's about his commitment, it's about his consistency, and it's about his clarity. Everything that he says is so simple, and yet we make things so complicated that we're drawn to that simplicity. And everything that he does, he does with full focus and full power, and he keeps doing it over and over again. So when you combine that simplicity that gives you total clarity with that consistency, it's the same message in itself, consistent. And we've done research that shows that you have to hear something like seven times in order to really get it. That's why in marketing, they say you have to have seven touches with your client before they become a customer or before they buy something from you. And Tony Robbins says that it's 80% psychology and 20% skill. Well, it's 100% about showing up. If you don't show up, it doesn't matter what your psychology is, and it doesn't matter what your skills are. No one is going to remember you, no one's going to see you, no one's going to hear what you're saying. And so that consistently showing up for yourself and believing in yourself is how you end up becoming successful, because it gets to a point, and you can ask individuals that you would deem as successful, like Tony Robbins and your favorite celebrities and Kim Kardashian, all of those kinds of individuals, they get to a point in their lives where they believe in themselves so that the naysayers out there no longer matter. And it's not to say that the Internet trolls don't impact them, but their belief in themselves is so strong that they're going to keep going no matter what somebody else says. And so if you're telling yourself that you don't have the time, that's saying that you're not a priority and that you really don't believe in yourself. And that's going to be mirrored out to the world, and the world won't believe in you, and that you can be successful, and that you do have all of these skills and talents and abilities. And I know you do. That's the good news. And so being able to take the time and really develop the mindset to believe in yourself is going to change everything about your environment. Because when you're putting yourself first, the actions that you take and the behaviors and the beliefs transform in order to be the Best and optimal for your life, for your talents, for your skills, for your abilities. And so when you can show up and you can do that consistently, your life changes. And it's not overnight. Tony Robbins took decades in order for his message to be so clear and so simple for so many people to resonate with it. And if you sat Tony Robbins down and you asked him these exact questions, his answers would be the answers that I'm giving you. Because even though he says 80% psychology, 20% skill, Tony Robbins still has to show up and say that over and over and over again. And so he's demonstrating through his actions the consistency that's needed in order to have success. And that is a mindset to wake up every single day and say, I'm going to do this in order to make the world a better place. Tony Robbins waking up in the morning and saying, I have something of value to give to this world. I'm going to wake up and I'm going to get out of bed and I'm going to share it with the world. Not because I'm Tony Robbins, but because people associate Tony Robbins with, with hope for their lives, with their ability to make a difference in this world, with everything from not being depressed anymore, to achieving all of your goals in life, to leaving a job that is not fulfilling to you, to improving your relationships. The reason that he, Tony Robbins impacts so many people all across the globe is because from a basic human foundation, believe in yourself is really where all success starts. So there is importance in how you show up. But the most important thing is that you show up. That's what I want you to get from this video. Show up be you, rinse and repeat. That's the formula. Show up be you, rinse and repeat. We should put that on the back of a laundry bottle. That's really the rinse and repeat. Or shampoo bottle. That's really the rinse and repeat formula. So if you're still watching this video, I want to give you kudos because this was a great start these past few minutes. In putting yourself first, in taking the time for you and in believing in yourself, taking notes during this video, listening to this video again is all a great first step.
