Hey, difference makers. So I know we're kind of shifting gears to discuss stuff that was previously not on our agenda, but what I wanted to talk about today hopefully is relevant to everybody right now. And you know, as my background is as a therapist and then I have all of this experience as a business owner, what I really wanted to be able to share is kind of what you might be feeling right now and talk a little bit through that, as well as a little bit psychologically on what to expect. So I'm bringing this up for you and I also posted it and I'm happy to send it to anybody, but it's on our social media and LinkedIn. So I just want you to know that the first couple weeks can last four weeks, six weeks is kind of that shock where it's both exciting and numb to be working from home and having this extra time with family. But there's also this shock and not sure and uncertainty and all of that kind of stuff. And then you can move into this stages of avoidance and depression, uncertainty and doubt, confrontation. These are all things that, it's kind of like when you're pregnant and you read that book what to Expect when youn're Expecting. I don't necessarily want you to read through all of, of these and kind of catastrophize over this because we're going to go through this together and I'm going to be here every week. And if you have any questions, you're more than welcome to reach out to me, put them in the comments. I read them. I'll get back to you. But right now I just wanted you to know if you're, if you're experiencing kind of this numbness that it's perfectly, I'm not going to say normal because I don't think anything's really normal right now. But I want you to know that, that it's part of a larger process, that you're not alone and that there are ways in which you can handle and cope with it. And we're going to put a lot of resources up on the blog. So please make sure that you're checking the blog. If you're not that kind of resource person, then please just shoot me an email or send me a text or put the in the comments below. And if you're an owner or you're concerned about your team going through this, then please, you know, share this with them to let them know that this is part of a process. We're going through it together. And of course, and as always, if there's anything that I can do to help you with that process and help make the world a better place, then I'm here to do that. And thank you for hanging in there and making the world a better place.
