Hello, my name is Rebecca Bidwell, and I have been to see Caroline for 2 particular different things. The first one being my fear of spiders, and the second one to help me move forward from past trauma that was really holding me back from continuing to pursue my career as an actor. So what concerns did I have about hypnotherapy? If I'm honest, I didn't have any. I know that people can think it's a little bit woo-woo and that you can get stuck in a state of hypnosis and things. Totally not true as far as I felt. I felt very safe with Caroline and I felt like at any time I could come out of my hypnosis if I wanted to. The feeling of it for me is kind of like entering a world that that's already within you that you don't actually get to tap into on a day-to-day basis. And I think you would need to have a level of mindfulness and meditation to reach that state on your own. I kind of feel like I'm in a, a warm bath or a swimming pool. Um, excuse me, I'm about to— Excuse me! A warm bath or a swimming pool. Surrounded by fluffy clouds and pillows. Yeah. What results did the work that we do together give me? The beasties, the spiders, they have become a spider. Before, they were this terrifying, Gigantic, overwhelming, crippled with fear thing, beast, monster, um, that just filled my entire being and my brain and my body with just immense fear. They're now a spider. They're just a spider. Um, do I want to pick a massive Not really. Do I want to have more hypnosis to maybe be able to do that one day? Yeah, probably. But right now I feel like I've learnt to live in harmony with the spiders of the world because we live here together and I feel more peaceful and at one with them. For my past trauma that was affecting me being able to move forward, forward with my professional acting career, I now feel the human I am today rather than the humans, because there were a few that I was holding on to or I was stuck in. I was, I was mentally and subconsciously stuck in those old selves, age 7, age 14, and age 21. I now feel like the 41-year-old version of myself that I am, but I've taken with me That 7-year-old, that 14-year-old, and that 21-year-old to combine this amazing self and be able to utilize them. So I feel really empowered. Caroline is amazing. She is one of my oracles. She was recommended to me by one of my oracles, and I will continue to use her for wonderful empowerment moving forward. So good luck and don't delay. Book your appointment today. Bye.
