Something you can do today to reduce your anxiety is to change the word judgment for opinion. A lot of people have social anxiety, the fear of being judged by others, but we do judge others. It's part of our survival instinct, so let's not pretend it's not happening. But a judgment is just an opinion. An opinion based on their beliefs, their values, their experiences. It's theirs. So change judgment for opinion and feel your anxiety reduce.
