Chapters
Caroline Cavanagh and I sat down with a cup of coffee and spent time discussing the values that make me who I am. I thought I knew what was the most important until we'd worked those values and worked out which was the most important with the greatest clarity. The process was a lot of fun, and it had a profound impact on me. It was a really highly valuable outcome. I'm William Bewst, and I know that working with Caroline has allowed me to see what my priorities should be rather than what they were. And that changes things. It changes things quickly and for the better. It's not all though. I could see that although nothing was broken, I wasn't being the best that I could be. So I spent a day with Caroline on her immersion day. Her skills are extraordinary. I was always relaxed, even when I was deeply challenged. By the end of the day, I felt I was able to make better choices, more confident, more comfortable, frankly more playful too, but with a humility and tolerance that I'd previously lacked. I was happier all round and That's what the people who know me well have been saying since. You know, I recommend that if you want to lift your game, you should seek out Caroline and spend some time with her.
