Most of us at some point have feared failure, so here's a little tip that can really help to not fail, because then you don't need to fear it. And that is all about accountability. Most people hate letting someone else down, but we're really good at letting ourselves down. So if you want to achieve something or maybe change a habit, Make yourself accountable to someone else. Put it on your social media, I'm going to give up smoking, I'm going to lose weight, whatever it may be. And when you go public, people are going to hold you accountable for it, and that's going to make you put the energy in that you need to, to make that change. Make yourself accountable to others really reduces the risk of failure, and when there's less risk, There's less anxiety. Give it a go.
