How well do you listen to the messages that your body sends you? With the clients that I work with, I see 3 things really commonly and confess to probably doing some of them myself. Firstly, overeating. Have you ever had that feeling where your tummy's going, I've had enough, stop, but your head overrides the message and goes, yeah, but this tastes so good? Or it's rude to leave things on your plate, so you keep shovelling. Second thing is yawning. Yawning is your body's way of saying to you, I'm tired, but your head says, I've got to finish this, and you keep going. And the third thing is pain. Pain is an indication that that part of your body is struggling, but you take a paracetamol And override it. And all of those things occasionally is rarely a problem, but if regularly your head and your body do not listen to each other, that can lead to both physical and mental health. And that's the area that I'm really interested in working in, is that mental health. When there is a message coming into your mind to say that there's something wrong, you need To be anxious, you need to run away, but your head overrides it and it tells you that you're being stupid or that there is nothing wrong. One of the techniques that I teach all of my clients is one that helps your mind and your body get back in communication to each other, get to be friends once again. And when that communication is strong, not only is your mental health stronger, but often You have much more control over those anxious thoughts, those anxious feelings. And it's a really simple technique. So if you'd like to receive a copy of something that you can practice and learn this easily, just get in touch and I'll gladly send it to you with my love. Have a great day.
